West Drayton Day Nursery

I can't recommend the nursery highly enough. From day one the team have been more than welcoming to both my children, with my older one now in school having been at the nursery for 5 years. Currently, my younger son goes to the nursery and all the staff are very warm, extremely friendly, patient and accommodating. It is really lovely to see him developing every day with all the fun and diverse activities that they do. Communication and facilities are excellent, with updates being provided on the app throughout the day. Even though we have moved out of the west Drayton, I would never dream of moving my son elsewhere as I know he's well taken care of! The support and care the nursery has provided over the years is immeasurable.

My daughter has been attending Grandir West Drayton since she was 1 year and 10 months and now she is 3 and enjoys being there! The nursery is a lovely environment and the staff are very welcoming and caring towards my daughter. I could not ask for a better place to send my daughter. The management have also been very welcoming and are always there to help when I have any questions. I always get updates daily and sent photos of my daughter playing which makes me happy. She has bonded well with the staff and the children, that she even talks about them at home! Really recommend sending your child to this nursery. 10/10. A wonderful nursery with caring staff who provide excellent support. Our child has learned so much and grown in confidence. We're grateful for their nurturing environment and the positive impact on her development. Highly recommended!

Staff are very helpful and they are keeping me updated with everything by app or even by phone! Thank you so much for supporting my son in his development and hopefully as soon he will be transitioning to the next group he will be in good hands like here! Really appreciated!

The only critique I have is that some of the indoor resources could be better, but the staff are very resourceful with what they have, creating fun tasks and experiences for the children, as well as using the garden and taking the children out for local trips. My daughter can't wait for school and is so prepared thanks to this nursery. She will really miss it here, thank you so much.

Both of my children came here for nursery and the team looked after them both and bonded with them. They kept them entertained, helped to instil good behaviour and helped them to reach their milestones. Everyone who works there has a big heart and they clearly love the children who they get to know over many years. Thank you for everything.

My child has been well-supported and loves the teachers in her class. She has thrived and enjoys taking part in all of the activities. We particularly like the messages and pictures to see what our child is up to, and they are very understanding and thorough in response to any concerns we have when our child is having challenging days at home, and when she returns home after nursery, she has always recovered from any earlier upsets with us at home! And they are very honest about whether she gets upset and why. Their record keeping and courtesy calls to keep us informed are also very helpful and feel organised. Overall they are an outstanding team. Office managers, room leaders and teachers, and the kitchen staff are all warm and lovely to all of us. A very happy experience.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone and I always bang on about how grateful I am that my babies have a place there.

First the staff, they are friendly and welcoming that was the first impression I received from them. They are good with the children and all the children receive the same attention from their teacher. Well organised and communicate effectively when needed. My child has been happier attending there.

My little one has been here since June 2022 (10 months old) and has thrived, shes loves it all the staff and has made some really lovely friends along the way. Always happy to go in when I drop her off and tell me about her day when I pick her up, they go above and beyond here and I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. I never have to worry about the food as it's always fresh and cooked on site and she's always learning something new. One very happy mum.

This is really a very nice daycare. The staff are all very friendly and cooperative. I am happy with the activities and the learning. My kid has been looked after nicely here. I recommend this nursery to others.

Really helpful and welcoming staff. My daughter got settled very well after a few days. Absolutely loves all of her carers, happy to come to nursery every day and leaves still giggling. The nursery provides a nutritious well-balanced diet and she eats a variety of meals throughout the day. She receives great attention, both in group and at individual playtime, improved her social skills and her development has skyrocketed since she joined a couple of months ago.

I am having an amazing experience with the nursery. My son is learning so much and enjoys his nursery. I am very pleased with all the staff and how they support us. The meals provided to my son are delicious and nutritious.

Both of my kids go to West Drayton Day Nursery and really enjoy it. As a mum, you feel guilty about sending them to nursery for a long day but I can see that the staff really care about my kids and have built bonds with both of them. You can keep up to date on the app and particularly when I want to find out how my youngest is doing the staff are always very responsive in providing updates. I have had no issues with any of the staff over the past 2-3 years and I can't thank them enough for taking good care of my children.

My son has been going for two years (including when the nursery was called Happy Tree before), we've been very happy with the level of care. The staff are all lovely, attentive and caring and they do lots of nice activities with kids. And the menus are varied and healthy which is something particularly important to us too.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the learning for my child and recommend the nursery 100%.

I feel so lucky to leave my daughter in such capable and warm hands!

My daughter joined the nursery this September and she is having a great journey so far. All the staff members are very efficient and know exactly what is the need of a child. She has grown personally and started doing things by her own. She enjoys her stay at the nursery. We get regular updates of her daily activities and detailed observation reports periodically. I would strongly recommend the West Drayton Nursery.

Our child enjoys activities and experiences at Happy Tree Nursery. Thank you for all your support. It would be helpful if we could receive more frequent daily notes and photos to understand what children are learning each day.
