The Cheshire Day Nursery @ Guardian Street

The Cheshire Day Nursery at Guardian Street is brilliant! My child has attended here for a number of years now and he has loved every room he has been in and all the staff have been very welcoming and great with communicating with the parents.

Thank you to the staff who do such an amazing job looking after her.

The staff in the baby room are beyond amazing. I was nervous about my boy starting nursery in October but with the regular messages and updates made me feel at ease. He comes home with lovely artwork weekly and is always smiling on the pictures which shows he enjoys his time there.

The nursery is very good. My child has come on so much since starting. All staff are friendly and welcoming and the environment is outstanding. Food choices and activities are always different are relevant. However, the new app isn’t very good.

I’m very pleased with the Nursery. They look after my child very well and he is happy there. I also like the fact that they provide homemade food. They organise different activities for a different occasions as well.

My child enjoys going to nursery. She learns a lot of things and has improved her language and social skills. I have peace of mind sending her there when I come back to work, knowing that she is well taken care of by amazing staff.

Outstanding nursery with amazing staff. My little girl has come on so much since starting here and we can notice a difference in her week to week. Her counting, vocabulary and communication skills have improved massively. We couldn’t be happier.

I can't thank all the staff enough for the care and attention they pay to my little one, and have done since he started when he was around 9 months old now in the Kindergarten room, he's experienced every room and the care has been excellent throughout. He has learnt and developed more than I could have given him at home. The development doesn't even stop when they leave, the "at home" activities are amazing too! So impressed with this setting.

The manager is lovely too! Just a whole-hearted, nice place with lovely staff members and a great leader!

My daughter has special educational needs is always accommodated into the nursery from meal times to amazing activities! The activities the staff prepare for the children are outstanding! The nursery also offers many open evenings/days where we as parents get to see how nurturing the staff are and I can understand why all the children love attending this setting. My daughter loves her time in this amazing nursery and I would recommend this nursery to all my friends and family! The staff always go above and beyond for the children and always offer amazing advice for parents.

I've been using this nursery for over 10 years and it's excellent. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are more like family. My children thoroughly love attending and have made lovely friendships/relationships with the staff and other children. Keep up the amazing work you all do, you are all amazing. She started in tweenies, then Toddlers and now Kintergarden. It is an amazing nursery with great teachers. All teachers are very friendly and helpful, and my daughter adores them all. It's a big nursery with lots to do, and the outdoor space is great. My daughter loves the food and has many friends here. She also gets sad when it's her day's off from nursery. She has learned a lot from this nursery, and it really is outstanding. It is bright and always very clean. I could not have chosen a better nursery for my child and will be sad when she finishes in August.

The manager and assistant manager made me feel really at ease when my tot started last year. They were both super patient and considerate of us. Forever grateful for both of them and the rest of the team.

His transition from Baby room to Tweenie room was amazing, I was informed well in advance and was able to go and see the room and meet the staff within the room which was able to settle my mind a lot. All the staff are more than happy to help with any questions or queries I need; they always go above and beyond for us.
