Dundee Nature Kindergarten

The staff are great at updating parents on how the day has been and the app to keep up to date with their day is great.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and a half and my experience has been nothing but positive with Thrive Childcare and Education and all the staff at the nursery. Communication from both staff and management is excellent, they continue to keep me updated and I feel that they really care for all the children they look after. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and therefore has been moved to different rooms based on her age. Each room has been great in keeping us updated, including us in her learning as well as helping develop her own skill set which has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are also very helpful with any queries and nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Nature Kindergarten is a fantastic nursery. The management team and staff have been great and always show genuine care and interest in my little girl’s development and well-being. She loves the outdoor space and has built great relationships with staff and other children over the last year and a half. I am more than happy with the variety of meals and snacks on offer. I have no concerns or regrets with our choice of nursery and I feel completely at ease knowing she’s at Nature Kindergarten when I am at work.

Wonderful and caring staff, daughter loves it and we feel very confident as parents that she is getting brilliant stimulating and educational experiences that she loves. Great use of outdoor space. Staff have been very encouraging with regard to meeting developmental milestones. Great communication with parents.

Fantastic nursery, with awesome staff that takes great care of our daughter. Our little girl has built relationships with the staff as well as her peers and they have all been an integral part of her development and her growth into our amazing little lady.

Fantastic nursery all around. The staff are all very caring and attentive, the management outstanding and there is a lovely atmosphere. Excellent facilities and outdoor space. I’ve been delighted with my son’s care all around. Thank you!

Great nursery, great staff and a happy child. Lots to do, plenty of outdoor play and well fed. Very good communication and updates about his day when he is there and what he’s up to. No issues. All good.

Such a brilliant nursery and team. The outdoor space is amazing for the kids and the ethos of the nursery getting the kids active as much as possible means my son is always happy there. The staff in the 3-5 room are all lovely and take such good care of my son and the management team are amazing too.

My daughter is currently in the 2-3 room and to say she is nurtured is an understatement. She is constantly learning and I am confident refining her motor skills on a daily basis just by attending. The amount of learning that has been shared with her about emotions and feelings is fantastic and has helped her communicate at home about what things feel like. This also helps her display emotion and feelings towards others which is heartwarming. Fantastic team. Every single day I know my daughter is in the safest hands. The team are all fantastic and constantly admired at home when my daughter is away from the nursery setting. This in itself speaks volumes.

Great and very experienced nursery staff. Many facilities for kids especially the forest. Great communication with parents. Skilled and professional teachers with a friendly approach. They are not only a favourite for my daughter but also for me as a mother. Overall a very well-managed place.

The setting in this nursery is very good, the staff are professional, friendly and cater to each child's needs. I have been with them for two years and I can see the development of children positively. They have also kindly catered for my child's special diet, which is very admirable of them. I very much appreciate all the staff for their care.

I would absolutely recommended this nursery. I moved my son here after experiencing problems elsewhere and they were happy to accept him with short notice and support with the transition. The manager and staff really takes an interest in the children and take the time to listen and discuss any issues. My son has come on so much and responds well to the consistency in routine the nursery has. Great gardens and plenty of opportunity to play outside which he also loves.

It is such a wonderful feeling knowing my children are in a safe and happy environment. The staff are always so helpful, understanding and approachable. I full-heartedly recommend this nursery to all my family and friends. Well done team! You are all doing an amazing job!

Great Nursery with fantastic staff. Have never had any problems and have always felt comfortable leaving my daughter. My daughter always comes home with stories to tell about her day and is always happy coming in.

My daughter has been going to Dundee Nature Kindergarten for almost 2 years, the staff are so caring towards her and she developed so much from her time there! The staff care for the children is second to none but also the time they have for the parents is brilliant - always feel I can message at any point or get feedback. Due to working during lock down my daughter was in nursery a lot to allow me to do my job, and I can’t thank the staff enough for the ease I felt knowing how much to loved it and was gaining from each day. The long days at work I felt I could call and get an update and it made all the difference. Felt like leaving my girl with an extended family and will forever be grateful for the input they’ve had to my little girls development. Feel very lucky to have found such a great nursery, it’s exactly what you want for your child 100%.

Fantastic nursery, really well run by the Manager and staff who are amazing will all my boys and they are very happy there. The garden is such a great space for kids and they get to play outside a lot which they love as do I, 10/10.

The nursery is a home from home. Even as a nana, the staff know me and welcome me when the children are dropped off or picked up. That personal contact is important. Now that restrictions are reducing, it was wonderful to take the children to their own area and see where they spend their time when at nursery. The atmosphere is happy, caring and safe. A lovely environment inside and out.

The nursery has been amazing in helping my daughter settle in, who had some challenges given some of the isolation lockdowns had caused. The whole team were so patient, friendly and supportive and have been so welcoming and have played a major role in allowing my daughter to feel comfortable with what was a big change in her small world. My daughter loves the nursery which offers a brilliant range of activities and spaces and really loves the environment and people. Her development and own confidence has increased so much at the nursery. I could not recommend it highly enough.
