Dundee Nature Kindergarten

My two boys have been attending this nursery from a young age and so I have experienced all the different age group rooms on offer and can say that every room has so much on offer for the children to play and explore. The outside space is second to none, it’s my favourite place for both my boys, so much space to run around and enjoy with their friends. Having the forestry area at the back is another win in my books as the kids get to learn outdoor skills with their nature lead who is doing a great job since joining the team. Overall, it’s an incredible nursery with such friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to anyone for their kids.

The staff have been brilliant at helping my daughter settle as she has been quite anxious being away from us. The facilities the nursery has are amazing. A big thing for us was having a good outdoor area and the forest/play area here is second to none.

Great nursery, my oldest has been attending since she was two and also my twin girls. All starting in the 2-3 room then on to the 3-5 room. The staff are supportive of each of the girl's different needs. The outdoor space and activities are exceptional.

My daughter has been at Dundee Nature Kindergarten for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. She’s come on leaps and bounds since she started, nursery days are definitely her favourite. Her days are filled with loads of different activities which I can see through the app which I love! Each and every staff member is so attentive and genuinely caring, management always goes above and beyond too. The variety of food is fantastic and always varies. Genuinely one of our best decisions was to go with Dundee Nature Kindergarten, I’d always recommend it to everyone!

I was so nervous about my daughter starting nursery last year but from the very first visit she was so happy and so was I. The staff are honestly so lovely and always show interest in her development. The environment is just perfect for her to play, grow and be safe, with lots of ways for her to develop her physical and mental skills. She loves the outdoor area and never wants to leave when I pick her up if she's outside playing at the time. She sometimes tries to sneak toys home as they have so many and they let her bring books home for us to enjoy. It's been so nice watching her make new friends in the nursery as well. I'm so glad this is the nursery we chose. I highly recommend Dundee Nature Kindergarten. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and all they have done for my daughter.

I would highly recommend this nursery to others who value education from a young age. They go over and above on a daily basis.

My son has been in the nursery for two years now and he likes it. I can say I was a bit worried in the beginning but the staff are amazing and they showed me so many times how caring for the kids they are and my fear just disappeared seeing my son happy coming back from nursery. The manager is always looking for everything to be smooth and not to have accidents. I had spoken to many mums in different nurseries and I can see the difference in the attitude with the kids and I know I made the right choice of nursery for my child.

I find this nursery to be exceptional in their level of understanding and commitment to the children in their care, the setup they have seems very geared to allowing children to play safely but still allow them to be children and have proper fun outside and with toys, generally allowing them still to be well-rounded kids, getting messy and running around. I'm so pleased to have moved my child here and would not even consider anywhere else now.

Highly recommend this nursery, this is my second child to attend the nursery and we have had such great experiences for both our children. Can’t fault the nursery or the staff in any way! Our kids have always been so excited to go. Fine-stars.

Dundee Nature Kindergarten is a great nursery. The staff are all really approachable and invested in my son’s development. My little boy has been at the nursery for almost three years and has had a very good experience in all the rooms he has been a member of. The outdoor facilities are a firm favourite of my son’s and he comes home happy everyday.

The nursery is amazing, my daughter has started off in the baby room and it is such a nice, large, room full of educational toys and the garden is great too. The staff pay very close attention to the kids and I know she is really well looked after. The app is great for updates regarding her sleep, meals and nappies so I have no worries. She has a milk allergy but I find the food variety so good and inclusive so this has not been a problem at all for us, thankfully. She is always so happy to be dropped off, I know she has a great bond with the staff who work hard to ensure this. I’m so happy I chose this nursery!

We highly recommend Dundee Nature Kindergarten. Having relocated to Dundee with a toddler, who required a lot of settling in and reassurances, the staff at the nursery have always been encouraging, welcoming and supportive of her. Communication is clear and timely and my daughter is full of positivity and kind words about her key workers the end of the day!

Have been taking my child to Dundee Nature Kindergarten for two years now and could not be happier with the services provided. Staff are professional and friendly and take a clear interest in the children in their care. All of the staff know the children by name and are aware of the needs and interests of the children they work with. I have always felt comfortable leaving my son in their care and he is always happy to see the staff when he arrives. He is very comfortable with all of the staff and has grown in confidence since starting. I cannot fault the management and staff at Dundee Nature Kindergarten as they are very well organised, have fantastic communication with parents and provide an excellent range of learning experiences for the children. Have recommended it to multiple friends who have had children since we started with Dundee Nature Kindergarten!

Dundee Nature Kindergarten is a fantastic nursery. The care, attention and all-around management are second to none. It is extremely well run by two excellent managers along with senior staff and it shows, the children are very happy there, they play outside as much as they can and are very well looked after. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

My child has been part of Dundee Nature Kindergarten for the past four years. My baby will be joining this year too. This nursery has the best staff, caring, genuine, involved and makes you feel at ease. I never have to worry as I know they are in the best hands.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and a half and my experience has been nothing but positive with Thrive Childcare and Education and all the staff at the nursery. Communication from both staff and management is excellent, they continue to keep me updated and I feel that they really care for all the children they look after. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and therefore has been moved to different rooms based on her age. Each room has been great in keeping us updated, including us in her learning as well as helping develop her own skill set which has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are also very helpful with any queries and nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend this nursery.
