Overall, I feel that I have taken the best decision for choosing this nursery for my son.

Both of my kids have thrived and loved their time here.

My daughter has been attending since March 2022, all the staff have been amazing. My daughter is happy and smiling when she is with the staff. I love seeing her “moments” throughout the day. Great meals and facilities for the children too.

I cannot fault this nursery. The facilities are fantastic, especially outdoors, and the staff are incredible. My daughter has now moved into her third room and I keep thinking she has met the best staff to care for her and then she moves and we meet more fantastic individuals. They all care so much for the children and she thrives when she is there. My daughter is genuinely excited to go to nursery in the morning and I'm not sure that can often be said by parents when taking their children to nursery. I am reluctant to move her to school nursery to meet her future peers because she is so happy here and so settled. Credit to them that this is the position I am in. Well done to the manager and her incredible team!

My daughter has been attending the nursery now since April 2020, as I am a key worker, so started in the middle of the pandemic which was a bit daunting for me. But everyone has been amazing and continues to be so supportive since day one. She’s recently progressed into the next room and continues to thrive. All staff are so attentive and, as parents, you are kept up to date at every opportunity if anything arises. We, as a family, are so grateful for everything they do. Great nursery.

Our daughter started early 2021 and we cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone is so friendly, my daughter absolutely loves all the staff and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Very accommodating. I wouldn’t have her anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been here since she was 1-year and has thrived! She looks forward to going to nursery, talks positively about her friends, staff and the activities she does. One of the reasons we choose this nursery was because of their large garden which she is out in as often as possible and their encouragement of 'risk play'. I firmly believe this is why my daughter is so willing to try new experiences as well as being resilient to when things don't go right. Staff and management are wonderful. Best choice we made for our daughter.

All the staff are so approachable, friendly and are very child-centred. The environment inside and garden space are amazing and they even have a nursery pet. Excellent management and guidance for staff with the meals and snacks being fresh and cooked on site. Can't recommend this nursery highly enough.

The staff are wonderful, really caring and informative about what’s been happening that day. My son loves nursery and I’m so pleased he has such an engaging and lovely nursery to go to. He always eats loads of the lunch too!

I have used this nursery for the last five years for two of my children and plan on using it for my third. All the staff are fantastic and make the children feel welcome and safe. The nursery environment is amazing, especially the outdoor space which is like no other nursery in Dundee. Management have always got time to address concerns, answer questions or provide help and advice.

They keep me updated on everything and I'm 100% confident he is well looked after.

Superb nursery. I have recently moved my daughter from another nursery and I honestly feel that the care here is second to none. The children are treated like their own. The management team are beyond amazing and there for you every step of the way. When I moved my daughter from the previous nursery there were concerns about her being affected by her experiences and the management team assured me that she would be well looked after and would be fine in time. They have since monitored her, supported her, kept in constant contact with me and together the whole team have been there for her helping her grow and overcome any concerns that she had and now she is a much happier, confident little girl with nothing holding her back. From the morning welcome to the end of day updates, the facilities, the learning, the list is endless. I can go to work with the peace of mind that my little girl is well looked after and so happy to be there. That means everything. Cannot thank the team enough.

Brilliant nursery. Staff are engaged and attentive. Management is kind, communicative and very professional. Facilities are excellent and I love the outdoor area and purpose-built interior design/layout. Food is excellent and my daughter tells me my food isn't as good as nursery! Fantastic job manager and team - you're amazing!

Dundee Nature Kindergarten has been fantastic for my older son. He is excited to go to nursery every morning and loves the messy playroom and the mud patch outdoors. More recently he has made new friends and enjoys playing with them regularly. The nursery has been all-around fantastic for him throughout his time there, and it has been amazing to watch him grow and open up. I am thrilled and grateful that he is part of this fantastic environment, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dundee Nature Kindergarten. My second son is getting ready to join it too.

My kids love Dundee Nature Kindergarten. They are always warmly welcomed. I always get a good run down of their day and they have a good ethos which aligns with how we parent at home. The kids have access to a lot of learning materials and skills.

Both of my children started at Dundee Nature Kindergarten in October 2020 and we cannot be happier with the nursery. The level of detailed attention and bespoke care is amazing. The managers and the entire staff are amazing and always available for a chat. Our kids get to spend so much time outside in fabulous, natural gardens and learn hands-on with activities such as growing radishes, caring for pets (tortoise and stick bugs alike), problem solve with peers, building in the spare parts or cooking in the mud kitchens. Both of our kids have a great bond with their key workers and our 4-year-old is always excited to give a detailed report of his and his little sister's day over dinner. My kids' development has come on leaps and bounds since moving to this nursery, I cannot recommend enough.

If you are searching for a nursery for your little one - stop right here. From the second we came to view the nursery when my son was 3 months old, I knew this was the right place. 3 years later and this has been proven time and time again. I trust the management team and the girls 110% and there is no question my second son will join his big brother when I return to work. Every nursery follows the same curriculum but I believe the way they deliver it and treat each child as an individual is truly unique. My son skips into nursery giving hugs to all members of staff. I'm sure he would rather be here than a day with me! The food is freshly cooked each day and I'm often told he has seconds. They have done home baking on occasions with the kids! For me what really stands out about members of staff is the dedication they have to meet the potential of each child. Management is second to none and will go above and beyond expectations. I will forever be thankful for the recent support given.

My son joined Oranges and Lemons in January 2019. Unfortunately, he was only able to attend for a few months before lockdown, and as he is an only child, I was concerned about the lack of interaction with other children. He returned to nursery in August 2020, and I cannot fault the support and professionalism of the staff, who have gone above and beyond to settle him back into the nursery. Staff are fully committed to supporting the development of the children, and the nursery has a wide range of facilities for learning and play, including a large outdoor space and forest school environment. It’s very obvious that my son loves Oranges and Lemons. He is always excited to go to the nursery and spends a lot of time telling us about his day, the activities that he has been involved in, and games that he has played. We have absolutely no concerns about his time at nursery, we are confident that he is being very well looked after, and as a result, we have a very happy boy.

My daughter started in September 2020 and being a lockdown baby, I was nervous as she hadn't interacted with other people or children. Right from the visit to the nursery, the manager and her team were amazing and so welcoming. My daughter has come on so well since joining this nursery and would never look back now. Definatley recommend to others.

My daughter has only recently started at Oranges and Lemons after spending most of my maternity leave together in lockdown. It was an anxious time as she hadn’t spent much time away from me but the staff have been brilliant and nothing but reassuring! Nothing is too much and they are very understanding. My daughter loves going and gets excited when she sees the nursery and staff! 10/10 from me
