Taylor has spent the past ten years working in early childhood education, supporting children from birth through to primary age seven. Their journey began as an apprentice, and along the way, they earned a BA in Childhood Practice from Glasgow University. Over the years, Taylor has taken on various roles in nursery settings, from apprentice and qualified practitioner to leadership positions such as third in charge, deputy and manager.
Passionate about creating a space where children feel heard, valued, and empowered, Taylor enjoys engaging in creative activities, sharing stories in cosy corners, and encouraging outdoor play. Having seen firsthand how nursery education nurtures children's social and emotional growth, Taylor now appreciates it even more as a parent—especially witnessing their own child's development at Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs.
Taylor is dedicated to making the nursery a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like a home away from home for children and their families.
She looks forward to getting to know everyone and working together to support each child’s happiness and development.
