Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs Early Learning and Childcare

Nursery has been excellent, they use an app which keeps you very much updated with your child’s progress and development. My son only attends once a week and has a close bond with many of the lovely staff members in his room.

My child is in the baby room and the staff in there are the best, Especially one member of staff in particular! They are always so helpful and cheery, my wee girl just loves when it's nursery day. We also love it as the nursery provides snacks, lunch and dinner so it makes it so simple. The meals they provide are so good as well, they probably eat better than me. They also use the app to keep you up to date with everything that's going on that day and you often get photos of your wee one enjoying their day. I would give Bright Horizons in Bishopbriggs 10/10.

Our child has been in from 2 years old to pre school age and we have had a very positive experience. The staff are excellent in communicating with the parents, the facilities are good and good garden space and trips to local parks. My child loves going to nursery to play and learn with her friends and looks forward to seeing the teachers. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

I have used this nursery over many years for both of my children. Over this time we have seen many challenges with a high turnover of staff including management. I can, hand on heart, say that the staff who have worked with my children are amazing. My priority for my children is that they are happy and the staff go above and beyond to ensure this. I know that my children's best interests are the focus of the staff and my kids just love them. Granted, there are frustrations when childcare plans have to be rearranged due to illness and building issues but I appreciate the work the staff do to nurture the wellbeing and learning of my kids.

Nursery care/room staff is excellent. Our daughter talks about the staff and looks forward to seeing them. The outside play area is very run down considering the space available and the monthly money paid. The activities are good but can be repetitive. More variety would be good. Helpfulness from the office/management could be improved.

My son has been attending the nursery for almost a year and loves it. The staff are incredible as are all the activities for the children. He also loves the meals provided and all the outdoor space. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

The staff provide excellent activities for the children to take part in. My child always talks about what he does at nursery and loves to come each day. I love the learning wall that is in place as I can see what he has done everyday and discuss this with him.

We found the settling in process to be beneficial in getting to know staff and the nursery routine. Our son has already formed a strong bond with his key worker and other members of staff within the room.

The rooms are light and spacious and filled with many engaging toys of good quality and they all look well maintained.

We definitely feel engaged and involved as parents even by the manager who showed us around the nursery and by the office staff who greet myself and my son every morning.

There have been a lot of positive changes to the nursery, staff are great and very patient with the children. My daughter is learning new things on a regular basis. Nothing is a problem when asking something from staff.

Both my daughters have attended the nursery from the babies room and have had an excellent experience from the start. The staff in the babies room did a great job settling and made us feel very comfortable. Our eldest is now in the preschool room and is brimming with confidence and enthusiasm, ready to start school in August.

I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. My boy absolutely loves every minute and has lots of stories when he comes home about how good a day he's had and what he's learned.

We'll be sad to move our daughter on in January but thank you for everything.

My daughter really enjoys nursery, both the staff and mixing with the other children. Also loves activities.

My children have both had wonderful learning experiences at Bishopbriggs Childcare Centre and my daughter continues to enjoy this experience. The staff are all friendly and so helpful. I would gladly recommend this nursery.

The enthusiasm of the staff is the biggest asset of this nursery. The teamwork in the Twos room is outstanding and the creativity and energy of the staff in 3-5s is second to none. I feel that my children are known well and not lost among the other children. Well done!

The staff are friendly and approachable and clearly care for the children. The remodel has improved the building with great rooms and a good outdoor space. My child is very happy here.
