Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs Early Learning and Childcare

My daughter experienced with Bright Horizon staff has been fantastic the staff & office staff are amazing with feedback about my daughters time at nursery my girl is a very emotional child and the staff are so understanding of her feelings and give her lots of reassurance overall fantastic learning place for my daughter.

The nursery has been fantastic for my children. They are happy, cared for and supported by all of the staff. The play experiences are comprehensive and children have ample opportunities for outdoor play.

Ive been so impressed by the quality of care provided at Bright Horizons in Bishopbriggs. My daughter always comes home happy and telling lots of stories about the fun experiences shes been doing. I feel really comfortable leaving my daughter there and there's always a warm welcome when we arrive.

Hi. Very happy with the services the nursery provides. Never had any problems. Marked difference (for the better) in how nursery operates and communicates since change of manager last year.

Staff are a credit to the place.

The staff are professional/capable and always go above and beyond. Jack is very happy there. Access to the nursery is secure and well managed. Jack's development is great. We cannot be more grateful to all the staff.

The management team are always approachable and everyone clearly knows all the children and engage with them around the building.

Honestly, a great nursery; the only downside is that they hardly ever upload observations of my child on the app. He's been there since March 2023 and he's had 10 maybe? I've talked to key workers and management and they all say they will update more and it never happens, or they say they've got several to put on the app and they never do.

Staff are great and really attentive. I like the emphasis on outdoor play, facilities seem in good condition and the more rustic type play area outside where obstacles can be built and then played with is really good.

Best nursery around. Thanks for looking after my son.

The staff all take such amazing care of my little one, he loves attending Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs Early Learning and Childcare and has gained so much confidence! The facility is clean and I can't commend the staff enough. They are kind, friendly and so supportive. I am so happy we found Bright Horizons.

My son loves being dropped off at nursery. He's always busy at play when I come to collect and the staff take the time to talk about his day. The app is well used to share photos and information about my son's activities and progress.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs Early Learning and Childcare for a little over a year now and I can't be more complimentary. It's always a daunting choice, as a parent, on whether you're making the right choice but I can gladly say we're so happy with what we've seen. The room teams are excellent, both in the 2's and now the pre-school. They seem to really care and make really good connections with the kids and our son talks really positively about the team after his days which is the best sign. You can see the structure in their learning and get great feedback at the end of the day. The management team have also been fantastic, engaging with parents and taking on suggestions through the parent committee, the recent summer fun day was a roaring success! Really positive overall opinion of this nursery, our younger son is starting at the end of the year and my nephew is already in the baby room, thank you Bright Horizons team.

Great wee nursery. Amazing wee fun day today. Staff are all friendly and so helpful. They helped our wee one settle in fantastically and made us feel at ease leaving him with them. They get fed amazingly as well.

Great facilities and lovely staff, who go the extra length to come up with great variety of activities for children across all rooms. Our little ones get to do a lot of outdoor activities, including exploring the facilities of both gardens and the mud kitchen. The food options are great, our girl loves it here.

Coming from another school where she was from 1-year-old, the settling was a significant concern.

My daughter has only been attending here since October but I couldn’t be happier with the care she has experienced, she has come on tremendously in the last few months and I’m so proud of her, I attended this nursery when I was a little girl and although different owners, it brings a lot of comfort knowing she’s in the same building I was! All the staff that are in twos or I have met are absolutely brilliant and so kind and caring, I don’t worry about her attending nursery as I have complete faith in everyone who takes care of her, excited to see what the next few years have in store for her! Thank you Bright Horizons Bishopbriggs Early Learning and Childcare and everyone who looks after my daughter, you are all amazing. The app is amazing as well, I am constantly checking to see what she’s been up to, I’m always so jealous of her meals and snacks!

Not very satisfied, would have changed nurseries if there was more time between now and starting school.

My daughter attends Bright Horizons Nursery and goes there 3 times a week and she totally loves it and all the staff are lovely, they make sure that all the children are a priority. They also made an app and its showing what your child is doing and what they have eaten and how many times they have been changed and they will take pictures. I would like more pictures of my daughter thanks.

My daughter has recently started this nursery and I feel all staff, including management, have been amazing with her. The staff are so loving, caring and happy all the time. It initially took two weeks for her to settle in and now she is really enjoying the nursery and is always smiling when I drop her off and collect her. She has been eating all her meals and plays with all her peers. As she is an only child, I always felt she might not interact well with other children; however, she has been doing so well. Every time I make the staff aware of any concerns I have with her such as constipation, tiredness or when she isn’t well, they always take that into account and go above and beyond to help her. The app is brilliant and the staff always update it with meals the kids have, any nappy changes and sleep times. The meals are always different, good and healthy, prepared by the chef. My key worker is great too and always updates the app with my daughter's progress. The nursery is fab.

They have a fantastic first-aid training programme. The onsite chef is brilliant and the meals are varied.
