Step by Step Private Nursery Maryhill

Both of our children have been at the nursery since they were one (3yrs) They both love the nursery and have created strong bonds with the staff. The staff are friendly and caring. The staff focus on activities that the kids are interested in whilst challenging them with new experiences. The playroom have weekly swimming lessons which are excellent and also go to the forest school which is great. Would definitely recommend Step by Step.

As a previous employee, when I was looking for childcare for my 18 month old son I knew there was nowhere else I would feel confident in taking him. We visited nurseries closer to my workplace and the standards and environment did not compare to step by step in my opinion.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery, he had bonded with all the staff and they make you feel like your child was one of their own. The variety of activities is impressive, they observe the children's interest beforehand, to provide activities they know the child will love!

The children are outside in the garden every day, and also go on local walks and trips regularly.

Would most definitely recommend this nursery to anyone, by far the best nursery in the area. It's great knowing I'm at work and my child is having a brilliant time without me :)

Step by Step is an excellent nursery, the staff are all friendly and are well equipped to carry out their job. They genuinely care for the children and do their best to help develop and teach the children. Strong management team maintain high standards throughout the property. My child attended Step by Step for over 4 years and he really loved and enjoyed his time there.

Step By Step provides a caring, safe and stimulating environment. We always felt confident that our son was receiving an excellent level of care and education. The staff are encouraged to undertake fresh learning challenges which in turn ensured the children are offered a host of opportunities such as forest school.

My daughter has been at this nursery since Sept 2014 and I have been very impressed with all aspects of my child's care. She has formed strong bonds with the staff and other children and there was a very well thought out settling in period that was tailored to her needs. The communication we have with the nursery is excellent and we are kept fully informed at all times. I have visited other nurseries in the past but none were close in terms of the absolute confidence I have that my daughter is safe and cared for and her development is being fully supported.

My son spent over 2 years at Step by Step Nursery. The staff were very encouraging and spent time with my son with small groups of children to build up his confidence at the beginning. On leaving the nursery to go to school he has much more confidence and has learnt many new things to help with the years ahead at primary school. The staff are very polite, great with the children. I loved the fact that they were constantly taking them out on trips to improve their learning, forest schools, learning to ride a bike, farm parks and local parks. Always giving them the chance to learn and to play.

Both my boys (aged 2 and 4) have attended Step by Step since they were 10 months old. We have always been very happy with the care provided and impressed by the wide variety of activities they take part in. The staff are excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery.

I absolutely love Step by Step Maryhill. My 2 year old has blossomed into a confident, happy child. The staff are so caring and conscientious. I have no worries at all after I drop my boy to go to work.
