My son has been attending this nursery since he was one year old and we couldn't have asked for a better place for him to grow and learn.As the parent of an autistic child finding people you truly trust is incredibly important. Every member of staff has been so caring, welcoming, patient and kind. They have always taken the time to understand my son's individual needs and have created a safe, supportive environment where he has been able to thrive.The genuine care and dedication shown by everyone at the nursery has meant so much to my family. We've always felt confident leaving him in their hands knowing he was happy, valued, and well looked after.As our time here comes to an end we'll be incredibly sad to say goodbye. We are so grateful for everything the staff have done for my son and our family. Thank you for the wonderful memories, support and care over the years. I will always recommend this nursery to other families

Our youngest has been coming to step by step since she was a few months old and she has now about to leave for school. The greatest thing about this nursery is the staff. Entrusting your child to a nursery to care for and nurture your child from their earliest days right through to pre-school is a big decision. I would have no hesitations in recommending step by step.

My granddaughter has came on leaps and bounds at Step by Step nursery staff are really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.lots of activities and learning . My granddaughter has got better at socialising.

My boy loves this nursery. We tried a few at the beginning and he wouldn't settle in any until we tried him in step by step. His teachers are great, he has bonded with them all, the app updates are great for keeping you informed in what he gets up to every week, highly recommend.

We really love the nursery, our daughter is so happy there and all of the staff are just brilliant! The regular updates are so detailed and give a great insight into our daughter's development at nursery. The photos and videos are great to show us what she's been up to and what a great time she is having! Special shout out to Morgan who was our daughter's first key worker, it has been lovely seeing the bond that they have developed and how much she cares for our daughter.

Step By Step has been amazing for our son, he's loved it and we've been able to see him make connections with the staff and other kids and it's really grown his confidence.

The staff are all very attentive and great with the kids.

My son has came on loads within the nursery setting being there nearly 2 months. He was very upset at drop off most days which would break my heart but the staff are amazing with him and understanding. Now I can hardly get him out of the gates to go home. All staff are wonderful!

My daughter is so happy to go to nursery every morning, she loves playing all the wonderful activities and spending time with the lovely staff and other children. I am kept up to date via the app, which is great to look at if you have a spare minute through the day, showing what activities she has been doing (photographs/videos) and notes such as sleep/eating etc. Has been a fantastic nursery for both my girls, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in Glasgow west-end area.

My child has had the best experience at Step by Step. She is confident going into nursery each morning and really likes the staff, the range of activities and making lots of friends. The range of learning activities has been great and I know the nursery staff are supporting her development for school. Would highly recommend Step by Step.

My son really loves the nursery. They often go to the park, the library, they play in the garden and also they are doing lots of activities in the playroom. He really enjoys the playroom and he likes the food as well.

This is a fantastic nursery. My son struggled to settle at first but the staff have always been so patient and understanding with him. They always do whatever they can to meet his needs and support his development. They get a lot of outdoor time in the garden and local parks and visits to the fire station, library etc. The staff all work so hard and are very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Can’t speak highly enough of Step by Step Nursery and all the staff. Facilities are great and the staff are fantastic. My child has been attending for two years, moving through the rooms, and his development has been great.

I love the dining room experience that the children have. They get to eat together at the table (flower included!) and are encouraged to help themselves and be self sufficient as much as they can, which is developing good life skills and allowing them some independence. All while being guided and assisted when and if required.

Step by Step is a fantastic nursery! Our 4 and 2 year olds always come home happy with smiles on their faces. The staff are all friendly and really seem to care about the children under their care. Our son has multiple severe allergies which the nursery has really done their best to navigate and improve how they manage children with allergies. The graduation ceremony they organised was wonderful and had me in tears! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Step by Step.

My grandchildren have been attending for nearly three years now and I am always delighted at how well the staff know my grandbabies and make an effort to get to know our family. My grandson regularly boasts about his trips to the forest and if a dirty child is a happy child then this applies to him. My granddaughter on the other hand loves to be a princess and staff use her interest in this to develop her colours and she loves the singing and dancing activities. I will be sad when both leave for school as we really have felt like part of an extended family.

He has come on so much developmentally (often comes home singing songs, or telling me stories from the day). The staff come up with so many fun activities for them. I love getting the updates and photos from the day. He gets to do all sorts of messy play activities (he loves their mud kitchen), painting and cooking. During June they had a paddling pool to play in, lots of picnics outside and went exploring the garden for bugs. There have also been opportunities to visit and see my son playing in the nursery (stay-and-play sessions). Was so lovely to see him interacting with other children and staff, and to know he was genuinely happy there.
