He is always engaged in fun and stimulating activities and enjoys the food. Gold stars all around.
The home activities link supports the projects in pre-school and really give insight into what your child is learning. The staff at the nursery are great, they are supportive encouraging and have your child's well-being and independence at the heart of what they do.
Our son attends Elsie's for two days a week. He moved up to the Preschool room a few months ago and just loves it. He is happy and thriving. Daily activities are great and he particularly loves the outdoor time. We love that he's been involved with the preparation of food recently and (even better) has eaten it! Very happy with the staff, feedback at the end of the day, meals and we love getting the book of photos and observations back when they move up to the next room. We've never had any issues and feel very happy that our son is so happy here.
We did have a concern with our youngest child's key worker recently and how we felt the relationship was and how negative the feedback was being given. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by management.
Great staff, I like the comments that they give at the end of the day on how my child has been. Had a problem or maybe misunderstanding, I phoned and was really angry however the person I spoke to was really helpful and solved that problem and was surprised how they absorbed that anger from me and made me relieved at the end of the call.
Our son is always excited when it is his day at the nursery. He is amongst the excellent staff and I am sure that he is in good hands when I am at work. The range of activities is very good and I can see how happy and how much my son learns in there. Highly recommended.
Very happy with the way my daughter is taken care of at Elsie Inglis. Staff are usually nice and always take the time to give some feedback. Facilities all good and can't wait for the refurbishment.
They have kept in touch and were great when my son was settling in.
Maybe less cake for the babies.
Our daughter loves going to nursery - the staff are brilliant, she's made some lovely friends and we are very happy with the activities she is involved with and the amount of outdoor time that is provided.
The nursery accommodates my son's allergies and provide alternatives and also help look after his skin.
We are extremely happy with Elsie’s and our son’s progress in 2s room. The staff are lovely and attentive and our son loves them. They do a variety of activities and try to get outside as much as possible. The staff take a genuine interest in the kids including what is happening at home for them. Would definitely recommend.
The environment is very safe and they all encourage children to be more independent which is fantastic. We couldn't recommend it enough it's a five-star nursery.
My youngest son has been at Elsie's since 10 months old. My oldest son also attended until school age. Both have very different personalities and both have thrived at the nursery. The staff really care about the children and get to know them and ensure the child is happy, settled and safe. The entire team at Elsie's are professional, caring and flexible. The food is healthy and varied and second (and sometimes even third!) helpings are often requested.
The girls and staff at Elsie's are really good with my daughter. She loves going into the baby room and seeing all her wee friends and having fun with the girls. She has adapted well to nursery, this is with the help of such good people working with her in the baby room.
The children are cared for to a very high standard and are really happy there. Communication from the teachers to parents is excellent and I feel they have the best interests of the children at heart.
I am very happy with Elsie Inglis Nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at the nursery which is a sure sign she is looked after well. I am very impressed with how my daughter is developing and this is down to the effort the staff put into helping her talk and develop her skills.
I really liked this nursery from the very first visit. There's so much space to accommodate the different age groups inside and out. It's a safe, stimulating, fun and caring environment. Our daughter absolutely loves it, which is the best review!
Highly recommended.
My daughter and I continue to be extremely happy and impressed with Elsie Inglis and every day she is there, I look forward to hearing about the new things she has learnt and what activities she has done.
The staff are fantastic and I feel happy and secure in the knowledge that she is safe and well looked after.
I think this nursery is fantastic and I wouldn't have her anywhere else.
I must thank Elsie Inglis for taking such good care of my son. I've had a horrible experience in the past with another nurse when my son ended up in a hospital and was never able to adjust there. I was quite scared while enrolling him at Elsie Inglis but within a month I could see my son adjusting. He absolutely loves the staff and I see them quite open to ideas and suggestions which is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Great nursery, caring and attentive staff, every age group has their own room and outdoor play area. Our son is very happy here. The staff think about the little things like if we forget a jacket for him on a sunny day and then later it gets colder, if the children go outside they make sure they put a top on him so he stays warm.
