Bright Horizons Livingston Early Learning and Childcare

Since my son joined which was just July, he has come on leaps and bounds. His knowledge of reading and different subjects they do each month is amazing, the staff are great and hardworking. They definitely deserve their place in the nursery, always friendly.

Our child has been at Bright Horizons for over 2 years now. We have been very happy with the care and service they have provided. Friendly staff and lots of activities. Lots of outdoor time too which we feel is important.

My experience with the staff has been fantastic, from the babies room through to pre school. Regular information and news about my child’s development are informative. The staff are extremely approachable and friendly.

My son absolutely loves the place. Staff are very caring and attentive to children's needs. They learn as well as play along all day. Garden and woodland walks are our favourite. If I could give a higher score than excellent I would.

Fabulous nursery, staff are so welcoming and helpful. They always go above and beyond and have a great bond with my child.

The staff take time to really get to know my little girl. I feel so comfortable leaving her here as I know they look after her just as well as my husband and I would. Our daughter loves coming into nursery in the morning and enjoys telling us all about5 her day afterwards - this is all down to the fab staff, resources and activities my daughter gets to participate in. I wouldn't choose any other nursery if we have another child and I know my daughter will miss it here when she goes to school.

The baby room staff are absolutely amazing with my 9-month-old son who just started in the baby room in February. I started back at work quite a nervous parent and they made a lot of effort comforting me spending time with my son so they would get to know him and his daily routine. In the first week, they sent me home pictures to reassure me that he was having a good day at nursery which made me begin to relax more. I also received a mother's day card from my son that he did himself which I loved. When I come in to collect him he seems excited to see me and I enjoy hearing from the staff how his day has been. My son has developed into a confident little boy, has made so much progress and is more willing to try new things at home. I would highly recommend this nursery as I feel like my son has an amazing day here and I know he is 100% safe and in confident hands. The staff in the baby room go above and beyond to make sure that I and my son as a family feel important. Thank you so much.

Staff are so caring to the children at the nursery and I am lucky that both my children have had a great experience with childcare and I hope for it to continue.

Bringing him to this nursery has brought him out of his shell in many ways and we have noticed this from day 1, he seems to have made lots of friends and the staff are lovely here, the food menu looks lovely.

We receive good communication from the Nursery and know that we are able to contact them should we have any concerns or queries.

My sons are now 4 and 6. They have both attended the nursery since they were 8 months old and have thrived throughout their time at Livingston Nursery. My eldest son was thoroughly prepared for school and I trust that my youngest will have the same life skills to enable him to start school with the same confidence by the time he is ready to go to school also. The staff at this nursery are superb and make me feel at ease when leaving my children in their care. They all do a fantastic job even when under pressure. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare in the Livingston area.

Both of my children attend (girl 16months and boy 4yrs) and I can't speak highly enough of the nursery.

When we relocated to Scotland, they made what was a difficult period of change for my son, much easier. The leaders and team members are great, they know my children really well and give me great feedback at the end of each day and at parents evenings. Everybody always has a smile and kind/thoughtful/interested words for us.

We receive weekly email updates including updates about the brilliant Growing Learners programme (unique to Bright Horizons and in my opinion, really sets them apart from other childcare providers).

There are large outdoor spaces and all other facilities are fantastic, clean and well maintained. I love the light and open library space.

I'm confident that my children are safe, happy and enjoying developing through the nursery's extremely child focussed and child led approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright Horizons Livingston Nursery to anyone.

My little girl has been part of this nursery now for 5 months. I am confident that when at nursery she is getting the right support and have really seen her develop through the activities of the baby room.

My son has been going to Bright Horizons for around 6 months, and he has settled in brilliantly. I cannot recommend the team at Bright Horizons enough - they are incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. My son actively looks forward to his days at nursery and has come on leaps and bounds since he has been going. The facilities are great, the nursery is clean, bright and welcoming and the outdoor area is fantastic. Communication is very good too, with weekly newsletters and a personal, tailored update on what he has been doing at the end of each day.

What an excellent nursery, new to the area and my boy's welcome has been superb. So many activities and learning experiences for him to develop.

My daughter started nursery just before she turned one. She settled in very quickly and now loves nursery! My partner and I always recommend the nursery to anyone who asks. The staff are all fabulous, she gets a huge variety of indoor and outdoor activities - as well as a great meal plan.

We all love bright horizons and feel our daughter is benefiting from her time there.

My son has been in the nursery since he was 9 months and has been in 3 rooms - babies, toddlers and twos. I have found the staff in each the room to be amazing with the children. They are very patient and understanding with the children and only too happy to accommodate any requests I have had. There is always a friendly face in the morning when dropping off and in the evenings they will always take the time to go through what my son has done during the day that is personal to his experience.

There is fantastic communication from the management on the day to day running of the nursery via their newsletters and they take the time to organise social events for the nursery children (e.g. Easter egg hunts etc) which gives us as parents the opportunity to spend time with other parents in the nursery and socialise. The amount of hard work everyone puts in, that is over and above what is needed, is amazing and massively appreciated.
