Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark

Our little boy loves the Pear Tree Nursery, and has been going for over 2 years.

Staff are very friendly and extremely good and their jobs, looking after our son to a high standard.

Staff keep us informed with our son's progress.

Great staff, always looking to improve things and receptive to feedback. My two children have been very happy here and my third will start this year. Outdoor space has improved significantly over the last 18 months.

Pear Tree Nursery is brilliant. My son loves going, he is stimulated, cared for and educated in a highly professional manner. The staff are marvellous and really go above and beyond in working with the children. I would recommend Pear Tree to anyone.

My son was previously at another local nursery which at the time I was satisfied with as I couldn't get a place in the Pear Tree but put our name down for the waiting list as I had heard so many good things. Needless to say after a couple of months a place came up and I have to say i'd never look back. There is no comparison that could be made, the Pear Tree is in a league of its own and my son is always excited going into nursery and comes home with exciting stories to tell every day. Couldn't rate the Pear Tree highly enough. Awesome :)

I would highly recommend Pear Tree Nursery. All elements from settling to sleep routines, dietary considerations and personal requests for individual children are listened to, taken on board and actioned. The staff constantly go the extra mile. I am delighted we send our daughter there.

Our daughter has spent over a year in Pre-school at Pear Tree and has loved going to nursery every day. The staff and facilities are amazing and each child is encouraged to express themselves and is recognised as a individual. Everyone does an amazing job and I would recommend them highly.

My son is in the process of being diagnosed with autism, the staff at the nursery have been amazing at helping both myself and him with nursery life. He is due to move to school nursery soon and I was worried that this would be an issue for him but the staff in his room have come up with some great strategies to help him get ready for the transition. They have been such a great help throughout a stressful and emotional time in my sons life.

Caring and enthusiastic staff with bags of energy to support the children's play and learning. Welcoming, comfortable and homely environment in which the children feel both relaxed and inspired. Parents also feel welcomed and well informed with opportunities to get involved with the life of the nursery.

We have had two children with Pear tree. My eldest son has now moved onto school. We have been extremely pleased throughout our 5 years relationship with the nursery. My daughter enjoys going to nursery which she does three days a week. There is always plenty to do. Currently her favourite is forrest school. This has been a real winner in our household.

Amazing nursery. My son got a funded placement here and felt very welcome. He settled in very well and loved the staff. The garden is great for children and they were always doing activities such as trips to the forest.

Great nursery, lovely caring and creative staff. Forest school has been a particularly popular recent addition to their offering in pre-school area. My daughters have both loved their time spent at nursery and made some great friends.

I was a bit unsure about sending my 2 year old daughter to nursery. But I have found Pear Tree a fantastic place. My duaghter gets so excited about going each week so I know that she enjoys it. The staff take great care of the children and are professional and caring. The handovers are great and they make me feel that the staff are paying attention to the kids and making sure their days are full of fun and different things.

This is quite simply the best Nursery around.

All of the children there build up excellent relationships with all of the staff very quickly indeed.

Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the 12 months that she has attended Pear Tree, our only regret being that we did not move her here sooner! The only reason that she is now leaving is to take up a School Nursery place closer to home.

Upgraded garden a massive success - excellent outdoor facilities in a safe secure setting for all the children.

Look nowhere else for a nursery to place your child - This quite simply is the best children's nursery in the United Kingdom, never mind Haddington, East Lothian or Scotland.

My son loves going to nursery! He loves all the staff and the other children there. Everyday at nursery is made fun and exciting for them. The staff are approachable, friendly and always there to help if need be.

This is a great nursery whose staff really take the time to get to know both parents and children. Staff are happy to assist children transition through different stages of their lives. For example some of the children will soon have younger siblings or have been moving house so the staff use this as discussion topics throughout the day. It is a very progressive nursery with staff well trained. An excellent service.

Great nursery. Couldn't fault it. Staff very helpful and friendly and feel comfortable leaving my daughter with them while I go to work. Lots of things for my daughter to do and learn. Outside space in baby room great for the little ones.

I've been really pleased with my experience of the Pear Tree. Genuinely caring, thoughtful and intelligent staff who remember details about son and give lots of their time. The nursery is always striving to improve. They renew equipment regularly, support staff development and keep the nursery looking good and clean with regular changes and improvements.

The nursery is very spacious and allows kids to explore freely. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery and loves the interactive games and baking they get involved in.

The nursery teachers are super friendly and talk about your child's day with great details and passion.

He outdoor area is a bit hit especially the sand and swings for my little one.
