Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark

I have been using Pear Tree for childcare for 4 years and currently have two children there. The staff are fabulous with my girls and really care about the children. I’ve felt they’ve been great through Covid in measures to keep everyone safe. They do a big variety of activities with the children, and my girls have really benefited from going to nursery. The girls love it and never want to go home either!

Amazing nursery, so glad to have found it for my son starting. All the teachers are fantastic and really show that they care. The activities are well thought out and planned, he loves every day. They also spend a lot of time outdoors which my son loves too. Highly recommend!

Pear Tree has been fantastic for my two children. They both love attending and get to participate in a huge variety of activities. We really enjoy seeing updates and photos of what the children have been doing each day and hearing from the staff about how they are doing. The staff have a genuine interest in the kids and how they are, what they’ve done at the weekend and how they are doing during the day. We have nothing but positive comments for the nursery and how they have handled the current pandemic situation.

My little one has been going to Pear Tree Nursery for over 2 years and absolutely loves it. She has moved up through all of the age ranges and felt supported, welcome and happy at every stage. The range of activities is wonderful and allow her to build new skills in so many areas, from messy play to outdoor exploration and baking. They are very communicative and supportive with the parents too. I couldn't rate the nursery more highly.

Pear Tree is an excellent nursery and my daughter loves it. They are so welcoming and do so many different and engaging activities. I love the outdoor walks they do in the local community. The staff are excellent and really care for the children.

They have a wonderful time and go on lots of walks, they paint, bake and play outside and usually come home messy, a sign of a good fun day! I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We are very happy with the service provided, my child enjoys her time. We would recommend this nursery to our friends and relatives. We do not have any other comments.

Our daughter has been very happy at this nursery, even in what has been a very unsettling year. Staff are welcoming, warm, understanding and always think up lots of fun and engaging things for the children to do.

We have nothing but praise for the Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark. The staff are just wonderful. Our daughter has been in the baby room now since August and we can tell how much she loves it at drop off when she goes to the staff with arms open and a huge smile on her face. The communication through the app is fantastic, so despite not being able to enter the nursery, we feel like we really know exactly what she is getting up to on a daily basis. The food provided is fantastic, extremely varied and the facilities in the nursery as well as their focus on outdoor learning is amazing. The nursery have done exceptionally well operating throughout the pandemic and deserve praise for keeping all children and staff safe in these times. A really fantastic nursery that we will recommend to all who will listen!

Our son has attended the nursery since he was one years old and I have always been happy with the care, food and education through play. The staff all bring different qualities to the setting and have seen some of them bloom in their advancement roles.

Our little girl has been at Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark for the last six to seven months. She has had a really difficult time settling in with the various lockdown's but the staff have been absolutely wonderful with her and clearly do everything they can to get her to cheer up throughout the day. They always keep me updated if she's having a particularly tough day. I fully trust them and know she's really well looked after. The back garden is fabulous and I always see the kids having a great time back there. The food they are served is excellent and they get a variety of different foods to try. Despite it being a large nursery, the atmosphere is still very chilled and the kids seem happy and relaxed.

We have two children in attendance. Both love it and have settled well despite the disruptions caused by lockdown restrictions. Communication has been consistent throughout. Children are engaged with interesting activities daily.

The staff have been great and my daughter really enjoys attending. They spend a lot of time outdoors which hugely benefits her. The nursery have done exceptionally well at managing this challenging year.

Love this nursery. Great communication. My daughter gets all excited to go in and has the biggest smile on her face when the ladies come and get her. Always waving at me happily. The practitioners are amazing.

Both my kids have attended Pear Tree Meadowpark from a young age and I honestly couldn’t rate them highly enough. My eldest went from ages two to four and always had such a great time and I feel it really helped him get ready to move on to school. My youngest had to start at three and a half months old as I returned to work and leaving such a small child, I was apprehensive of course but the staff in the baby room made the whole experience so easy for us as a family. She has since moved up to the two to three room and has continued to thrive. She loves going to nursery to see her friends and the staff. The communication is always great between staff and parents and usually it is grandparents picking her up, we really enjoy the online learning journals as we can see what she has been up to during the morning. We love seeing photos of her and her friends taking part in fun activities. Would highly recommend Pear Tree Meadowpark to friends and family.

All staff at the nursery have gone out of their way to make my child feel welcome throughout the past year. They have kept me up to date with all of the changes and have made me feel safe that my child has been kept safe at the times that he has been able to attend. All of the staff know my child by name and speak of him in a positive way, encouraging his individuality. They have embraced the difficulties by using technology to include all children who were unable to attend, offering activities and story time. They have also embraced a new system to share what my son is up to during the day, which is easy to use and a nice source to be able to access any information I need about nursery. The staff always take time to speak on the phone and make me feel part of an extended family which is very reassuring to me when I leave my son in their care. The children are always happy when I attend drop off and pick up and there is always a lovely vibe in the air, no matter what is going on.

Couldn’t be happier with the care that my child receives here. My older daughter also went to Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark. Caring, enthusiastic staff and a range of activities. My son continued during lockdown as we are key workers and I always felt confident that he was in a safe space and all the Covid-19 precautions were being followed. The nursery coped very well with all the changes and the transitions felt smooth. My son looks forward to nursery days and I always feel confident that he is in good hands.

Excellent nursery. My son loves his time when he is there. All the girls are brilliant with him. His development has been excellent since he’s been there. The app that they have introduced is great so we can see how he's getting on during the day.

My child has been attending this nursery since she was 11 months old, this nursery has brought my child on leaps and bounds. Each day if different at the nursery and they are forever changing what the teach the kids and making sure their time there is as fun as possible.

Since my child started with Pear Tree Nursery Meadowpark, I have noticed she has come on leaps and bounds in her development. She absolutely loves being there, and it is such a home from home setting, she just goes straight in. I leave happy; knowing she is safe and well cared for. The staff are very nice, genuinely really care about my child and get excited with me about how much she is developing. I am so pleased I have found such a great nursery for my child!
