Busy Bees Halbeath

Highly recommend this nursery. They have been great, my little girl has been going since she was five months old and she loves it. When we came out of lockdown my little one got really bad separation anxiety, they were great with her and helped her to calm down when I left her, now she is happy going.

The nursery has provided an environment for my children to flourish and express themselves especially my daughter as she has become very good at drawing. We received a large pile of my daughter's artwork to take home which I was very impressed with as she has advanced with her drawing and creative skills which I believe has been down to the staff at the nursery facilitating this and encouraging her to express herself.

I have found the staff extremely friendly and professional. My son loves going to Busy Bees and likes all his friends, playing in the garden and eats well.

Highly recommend this nursery. We moved from London and wanted to ensure our son had a smooth transition to his new nursery. The manager and her team have been excellent, taking time to allow our son to settle into his new environment. He loves Busy Bees Halbeath, always comes home very happy with lots of stories of what he has been up to - I would highly recommend.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since she was 11 months old. She has always enjoyed attending. She has made really nice solid relationships with the staff. As a parent, I feel supported by the staff team and am greeted with warmth and understanding. They have worked with me positively with all aspects of my daughter's learning and development. I am very happy to have chosen Busy Bees and would recommend.

The menu is amazing, my son eats a variety of foods that he sometimes wouldn't eat at home. Their communication is also excellent. They are always so helpful.

Both my children attend/attended Busy Bees Nursery. I feel they listen to you and have an excellent facility for children. I feel very safe knowing my children are in good care and know that they are enjoying themselves and are getting a good start in life in regards to learning lots of new things such as learning to could and how to write.

My son loves his nursery. He is full-time Monday to Friday and is always happy to go. he eats and sleeps well and is clearly very much at home. I never worry about the level of care and attention he gets at nursery. I feel his needs for socialisation and stimulation are well met. His milestones and development are tracked and reviewed regularly. The staff help him to communicate with hand signs as his verbal communication is still a work in progress. The staff are interested and invested in his development, communication and general development.

The staff appear happy and confident in their work and genuinely care about my children's wellbeing and development. This means I am confident and secure that I am leaving them in a safe and fun environment and can get on with my day without worry.

Our daughter has settled into nursery quickly. The nursery staff are extremely caring and she has developed a good relationship with all the staff in her room. We have found them to be approachable and very helpful in handling any concerns we have. We find the nursery to be a safe and nurturing environment which our daughter looks forward to attending.

Although being pro-active, I did not like to hear that staff were providing toys. This is expected by the nursery to cover additional toys and learning material.

Very happy with the service Busy Bees provide. Have used the nursery for the past 4 years and cannot fault it. Our son has learnt so much and made friends along the way. Can't thank the staff enough.

Everything from the facilities to the food, to the helpful staff and the activities they do, are great and we would have no hesitation in recommending Busy Bees to other parents.

Staff very friendly and caring. Attentive to children's needs and ensure they get to know them well. Could do with more outdoor activities and improved outdoor space. Food good but more fresh fruit and vegetables would be good. Overall, have been very pleased with the nursery.

I have no faults for this nursery. My children love it there.

The management and finance team have been very helpful with regards to fees, help with childcare vouchers and any other questions I have about the nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery and I love that I can get on my with the day without fear or worry about her day. I have complete trust in my daughter's key worker and the team who care for her. I know she's in good hands and I would (and have) recommend Busy Bees to anyone who wants a safe, happy and fun environment for their child's care.

My twins have been in Busy Bees nursery for 2 years now, I cannot express how much I am grateful for everything the staff at Busy Bee's does and has done for my children. All staff in the building are amazing and always have such a positive, friendly and caring attitude. I am always informed of what my children have been up to during the day. (Which is always a lot of different learning and fun experiences) and also what they have eaten during the day (which is a lovely varied healthy menu). Busy Bees is by far the best nursery I know. Thank you Busy Bees.

My younger son was born with Downs Syndrome and life from that day has been a roller coaster of emotions, however, the nursery and staff have been brilliant with him, and he has grown into a very contented independent individual who is due to start mainstream school in August this year. It will be very sad when we leave the nursery but I would personally like to thank all the staff for their help and support and for having bags of patience! There are certain staff who have been fantastic - thank you very much from the bottom of my heart - you know who you are!
