The staff go above and beyond to ensure the children are happy and well looked after.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 1 year old, she's now 2 and a half. They have been brilliant with our flexible requirements - I work shifts and need different days depending on how my rota lines up and the staff have always been so accommodating, understanding and helpful regards this.

The facilities at the nursery are great, every day the children are doing something different and updates come through to the app to keep me and mum in the loop. She always seems to eat all of the provided food as well, which is nice as at home sometimes it can be a struggle, so it's good to know she's being well fed.

Fantastic nursery setting with excellent staff! My children love going there - they’ve been in the nursery for 5 years and still love going there for their after-school club! The staff go above and beyond for the children!

When we were viewing nurseries for the girls, we were told by friends to look around and get 'that feeling'. We viewed 6 nurseries and got 'that feeling' with Footsteps. Girls have been with Footsteps for 8 months and they love it. The staff are fantastic and personable. Little things like letting me know my daughter hadn't been herself one afternoon so I was able to get antibiotics before the doctors closed as it was a Friday, too. Letting me know that my other daughter refused her nap and whether I would like her to sleep later or keep her awake. One lady, who I hadn't even met but knew the girls, helped me with them from my car to the nursery door. I am so appreciative of all the staff. Thank you for taking care of them and being a part of their early years.

Amazing group of staff, so happy, friendly, amazing with the kids. My little one loves all the staff there. Makes dropping him off so much easier when it's with staff who genuinely care and build amazing relationships with the kids. The nursery is very accommodating to tweaks and changes to schedules where possible, amazingly priced, and fill the kids day with tonnes of activities. Couldn't recommend enough!

My son absolutely loves coming to nursery and the staff are so caring, gentle and patient. I feel so at ease with the staff looking after him, they always ask how he is and give us a summary of his day. I feel that they know him inside out, his likes and dislikes how he goes to sleep etc. They are always updating the app so I get updates while I’m at work and he has so much fun there. The meals are home made and tailored to each baby/ child. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to look after my boy and couldn’t recommend the staff at Footsteps enough. Thank you for helping him thrive!

My little boy attended Footsteps Day Nursery from February 2020-August 2022. From day one we felt completely at ease dropping our little boy off with the baby room staff, the welcoming faces and reassuring staff made me feel comfortable and confident my little boy would be safe and cared for at a great standard. He absolutely loved attending footsteps and making lots of relationships with friends and the staff. He enjoyed lots of activities both indoors and outdoors at Footsteps, the girls took the time to update both me and my partner on what he had done throughout the day and how he'd been. I'd like to thank you for caring for him, going above and beyond meeting his needs and giving him the best start ready for school.

My Little boy attended nursery since he was 9 months old! He built relationships with all the staff in each room as he transitioned through them all! The staff are welcoming, caring, loving and fun! They knew my little boy very well and always met his needs. I felt sad when he left in September to start school! The nursery in the last year has made some huge improvements such as the nursery app and the building environment itself. I'm cannot recommend the nursery enough and when the time comes for my youngest to start nursery at the end of the year I know he will be given the best start possible in very safe hands.

Our daughter first started at Footsteps just before her first birthday and continued until just before she started full-time school. All of the staff are so lovely, know all of the children inside out and care for them like their own. The facilities, range of activities and food on offer is great and our daughter would always run in and not want to leave. The communication is great and we would receive a run down at the end of the day but also updates and photos on the app which can only be accessed by staff and parents. We cannot thank Footsteps enough for taking such good care of our little girl and preparing her so well for school.

Amazing nursery and staff! My daughter has been in since she was nine months and has loved going there and all the staff. I couldn’t fault anyone who works there, they all go above and beyond for the kids there! Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone, she’s come such a long way with her milestones! Even took her first steps there! The app is the best thing as well, you can track your child throughout the day, what they’re eating, naps, snacks, anything you need to know is on the app! The cook there makes amazing meals for them as well and will always work around your child’s needs as my daughter is CMPA, they always made sure she never missed out on anything and catered to her needs.

They were always easy to contact and responses were prompt and always very accommodating. Definitely a 5-star from me and my child.

My daughter has attended Footsteps Day Nursery since the age of 5 months (now 7 years old) and from day 1 she has been made to feel a part of a family. I have given the staff rating 5 stars and if I could I would rate higher. The staff at Footsteps have always gone above and beyond for the children, helping them grow and nurturing their individual needs and at times supported me as a parent with any concerns with my daughter. My daughter has been provided with a high variety of good quality meals and snacks (to the point I had to get recipes off them at my daughter's request). The facilities are very clean and updated with a good variety of facilities available for children of all ages. I have also found that compared to other daycare providers they have kept their costs as low as they possibly can. I would highly recommend Footsteps Day Nursery to anyone looking for excellent nature and care of your little ones.

My son started Footsteps Day Nursery in September 2021 he was 9 months old and left when he was 2 years old. I can't thank the staff enough for the care they gave to him. He enjoyed going every week, he came on great his social skills and his speaking improved each week. The facilities at Footsteps are amazing they cater for all ages. I felt really at ease leaving him at Footsteps. I was given regular updates throughout the day and if ever I need to ask anything or was concerned about anything someone was always willing to help. I would recommend Footsteps to anyone and me being a first time mum I was really nervous leaving him I honestly can't thank them enough.
