My Daughter attended Footsteps since June 2024, just before she turned 2. Every member of staff, in both rooms that my daughter attended have been fab! I cannot fault anything with Footsteps and I highly recommend this nursery if you are thinking of sending your children here. My daughter is shy, and needs lots of reassurance and each TA that my daughter was with, always ensured that she was always reassured and always seen too and always comforted. I loved the app for updates! I was able to see what she had eaten and photos uploaded if their activities during the week! If there was any queries they were always a message away and I never felt like a bother. Each member of staff was approachable, friendly and polite. I will be using Footsteps when my baby number 2 arrives and I go back to work. Thank you all for being so amazing! Teaching my daughter new skills and helping her be more confident and learning everyday when she was at footsteps.

Both my daughters have attended footsteps nursery with my youngest daughter finishing in April 2025. The nursery is amazing. I know my children have been so well cared for and have been left in safe hands. The staff are lovely - very friendly, welcoming and approachable. My daughters have been had really positive experiences at footsteps and it has helped with their development and social skills. The communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent variety of home cooked meals and really good at catering to allergies and dietary requirements. We are so grateful for the care our children received!

Footsteps Nursery has been an incredible part of our lives for the past two and a half years. From day one, the staff were warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Our child has flourished in every way - emotionally, socially, and academically - thanks to the nurturing and engaging environment they create. The team tailors learning to each child, and the daily updates and photos kept us connected every step of the way. It's clear how much love and care goes into everything they do. We're so grateful for the strong foundation they've given our child and couldn't recommend Footsteps more highly!

My son has been going to nursery since he was 6 months old and now he is 2 years old. The staff are amazing, and welcoming and always put the children first. My son loves going to the nursery and loves the variety of messy plays, activities and all the new equipment/ toys in the room. He thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery, the majority of the time he runs in and says bye to me which is amazing and so reassuring. On collection, they always give a handover of what the child got up to that day and how he's been even though you can see everything on the app for you to access yourself as well as regular photos. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone needing childcare. You will not be disappointed. There is a large variety of meals offered so he doesn't have the same thing each week. I am very happy with this nursery and 100% chose the right one.

Our daughter attended Footsteps from January 2019 to August 2021, and after such a positive experience, we had no hesitation in choosing Footsteps for our son, who attended from October 2022 to January 2025. The staff are truly outstanding and a real asset to the nursery. Their genuine love and care for the children made it much easier as parents to feel confident and reassured about leaving our children in their care. Since the new owners took over, they've introduced several improvements, including updates to the nursery's decor and outdoor area, as well as implementing the app. The app has been a brilliant, easy to use and provides daily updates on our son's activities, meals, and photos, which we always look forward to seeing. We would highly recommend Footsteps to any parent!

When I first came to Footsteps for a visit, I knew I'd chosen the right place. Since my child started it has exceeded my expectations. The girls are so kind, helpful and thorough. Really love the app too and most important of all my child loves being there!

I couldn't be happier with Footsteps Day Nursery! The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for the children. My daughter has flourished since starting here - her confidence has grown, and she's always excited to go to nursery each day. The range of activities provided is fantastic, helping her learn and develop new skills while having so much fun. I'm particularly impressed by the communication from the nursery; they always keep us informed about her progress and what she's been up to. It's clear that the team truly cares about every child, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my daughter is so well looked after. I would highly recommend Footsteps Day Nursery to any parent looking for a warm, supportive, and enriching environment for their child.

My son has been going to Footsteps Day Nursery since he was 18 months old, but even at that age I noticed he was developmentally delayed, so I was hesitant to place him into a daycare but choosing Footsteps was the best decision I made. My son is now 4 and has been diagnosed with autism but the ladies at Footsteps are marvellous with him! His social skills amaze me and it's all thanks to the ladies caring for him and the children are all so kind and patient too! I'd also like to mention the manager who does the scheduling in the office as she's on the ball with everything and even when my son was transitioning to nursery at his school, the nursery made a daunting process so easy for me in regards to paperwork and support. It is such a weight off my mind knowing my boy will skip into that daycare and is so well looked after by such an amazing team!

This nursery is a wonderful place. The staff are always warm, friendly and welcoming. My grandson absolutely loves going to nursery. He has so much fun and enjoys all the activities set by the nursery. The care and nurture at the setting is second to none.

Everyone at Footsteps have been amazing. Our son came to them so shy, had maybe 10 words at the age of 2 and a half and he's absolutely blossomed while there. The girls there can't do enough for you and always keep you updated with what's happening in the day. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing staff. My grandson is always happy to go to nursery. The activities supplied are always so engaging for the children. Nothing is ever too much for them. He is well cared for and all his needs are met. Amazing nursery.

My daughter has been in Footsteps Day Nursery since September 2024 and as someone who was extremely nervous to put her child in nursery, I couldn't have asked for a better nursery with better staff. My daughter is absolutely thriving and gets so excited to go to nursery. The staff are wonderful and have helped us with any issues we have, my daughter is obsessed with the girls who work there and you can tell they all love the children they work with. Wouldn't dream of putting her or any future children in a different nursery.

The girls at footsteps are brilliant. My daughter started in January and it was a massive change for her; the way they care for all the children and make them feel so comfortable is brilliant. My daughter absolutely loves going and we are absolutely gutted that she will be leaving this month. I couldn't have wished for a better bunch of girls too look after my child, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are just amazing at what they do.

Choosing a nursery for our first child was a daunting experience but we couldn't have chosen a better nursery. The staff there are so lovely and always smiling when our little boy arrives. For the first few weeks, he was a little nervous but they made him so welcome he now knocks on the door and walks in without even looking back he's so excited! Every day we get updates on the app about his day from what food he eats, nappy changes and photos from the day. It always gives us a smile seeing how much fun he's having and helps us to plan his evening meal knowing what he's had through the day. Since joining nursery he has developed so quickly and his social skills have come on so well being able to play with other kids on a regular basis. We were so pleased with the nursery we recommended it to a friend whose little boy is around the same age and now they are best buds!

Choosing Footsteps for our son was truly a blessing! Over the past three years, their dedicated staff provided not just childcare, but a second home where he blossomed. Brilliant nursery. The staff are lovely. My daughter loved going to the nursery every day, I felt reassured knowing what a good relationship she has with the staff, and that she will be really cared for. Footsteps Nursery played a major role in her development. From weaning, motor skills, potty training, to counting and Welsh language - the setting provides a great variety of age-appropriate, supportive and creative learning environments. My daughter has learnt so much while attending Footsteps. The school are really impressed with the level of her numeracy and literacy skills, that she developed at the nursery. Thank you, Footsteps, for providing such a caring and nourishing environment for our girl, and helping her grow into the little madam that she is today.

Footsteps is a nursery! The children are always exploring different topics and lots of outdoor play, weather permitting. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the children are happy and well looked after.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 1 year old, she's now 2 and a half. They have been brilliant with our flexible requirements - I work shifts and need different days depending on how my rota lines up and the staff have always been so accommodating, understanding and helpful regards this. The facilities at the nursery are great, every day the children are doing something different and updates come through to the app to keep me and mum in the loop. She always seems to eat all of the provided food as well, which is nice as at home sometimes it can be a struggle, so it's good to know she's being well fed. The staff are lovely and friendly, our daughter calls them her nursery family and she is clearly very fond of them and happy to be there; on nursery days she is through the door and goes off to play as soon as we turn up. She always comes home and is absolutely wiped out as well, a testament to the hard-working staff. Highly recommend!
