Singleton Day Nursery

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff are all so, so amazing; mu son loves it here. The management team are all so helpful, and I have great confidence that the nursery is run very well. My son's key worker is fab with him and always keeps us up to date with his day via the app.

I and my children love Singleton Day Nursery. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The girls take the time to help the children achieve and reach their milestones. My children are always very excited to attend. They have access to wide and varied educational activities whilst at creche, as well as both structured and free play. There is also an outdoor play area too. Food provided, as well as an app, which allows access to their day, as well as communication with staff.

I feel that staff at Singleton Day Nursery are very approachable, who provide a really good, safe environment. I also feel the standard and quilty of care is second to none. They ensure that my child keeps active and stimulated by learning through play and interaction with others. What I also found impressive was the infection control measure put in place by staff to keep everyone safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Our child started nursery during the first lockdown, and I was particularly anxious about this. Although, as the staff are so loving and welcoming, our child settled in extremely well. Our child is always excited to go to nursery, and particularly loves her key worker. She is very settled and content. We enjoy seeing all the fun activities she gets up to, and can clearly see Singleton Day Nursery has been excellent for her development.

Singleton Day Nursery had been amazing for the last four years since we put our son in their care. We are happy with the care and their flexibility to accommodate emergency/extra sessions of which are very convenient for us working parents. Staff are amazing, friendly and caring. The app has been really good at putting our mind at ease, knowing what he's been doing while being there. Excellent service.

Our daughter joined the under 2's at Singleton 4-months ago. It offers our daughter a warm and nurturing environment where we feel she is safe. We were allocated a key worker as a point of contact, and all the nursery staff got to know us and our daughter quickly, and are always friendly and helpful. We have regular updates vis the app each day and were allowed a telephone conversation this month to discuss our daughter's progress. The nursery offers homecooked food daily, and we are confident that she is being introduced to health and nutritious options each day. The management team are also very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we know our daughter is happy and well looked after, and we could not recommend it to any parent highly enough.

Our son really enjoys nursery, and since joining earlier this year (August 2020), he has settled really well. This is mainly down to the excellent care that his key worker has provided. She honestly has been superb in making him feel settle. My son is a fussy eater, and the nursery always tries the menu options with him, but if he doesn't eat it, they will offer toast/yoghurts etc, it could be improved if they could tailor the hot meals though. One other improvement would be more communication on how he is getting on from an educational point.

I have been sending my little boy to Singleton Day Nursery since May of 2018 and he has thrived there. He's now of an age to be starting school and he is going to miss nursery so much when he eventually leaves. I get asked every morning if its nursery day and his keyworker is mentioned all the time at home. He really loves them! The communication is fantastic and they are really flexible, which has been really important this year especially. The Famly app has been a great addition to the nursery too. Thanks all!

Staff are always so warm and friendly. The children absolutely love the staff and the creche in general and have so much fun. The whole family comment on how relaxed we feel with the kids attending.

After going back to work after maternity leave, I was very apprehensive about my daughter going to nursery at 11 months during this strange time, especially not being able to go inside with her at all. She did cry a few times, and I was worried about her settling in but she has settled amazingly well. I'm so happy with all the girls there and would be happy putting her in for more days if needed as I know how happy she is. Such a weight off my shoulders!

Singleton Day Nursery is amazing, the staff are so attentive and great with my nearly one-year-old. He has an amazing time there, and they do lots of fun activities and messy play. I'd 100% recommend this nursery.

All of the staff are very friendly and caring and the food is excellent. It is all freshly prepared and the chef is lovely. The facilities are good and children are encouraged to play outdoors which is important to us. Would highly recommend.

My little girl has been going to Singelton Day Nursery for three years now and she really enjoys going. The nursery staff are brilliant with her, very friendly and enthusiastic. For the last few months, the nursery have been picking her up from school in the mornings which has been a godsend.

Staff are very friendly and caring. They can report back in your child which gives that reassurance you need. They are more than happy to help on issues that arise at home or in school e.g trouble going to the toilet. I fell at ease knowing my son is being taken care of to such a high standard.

I have been taking my two boys to Singleton Nursery for nearly five years. I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly, and more importantly caring and considerate to my children. The boys always look forward to going there and have never had a negative word to say about going, which puts my mind even more at ease knowing that they are happy. I would recommend anyone to take their children and leave them in the capable hands of Singleton Day Nursery. It is reasonably priced, has fun-filled days for the children during the holidays and a warm, friendly environment for the children to thrive and play in.

They did a lovely parents evening to see more about the nursery and our child's progress. The staff seem to get to know all the children and are always engaged in fun activities with them. The toys and activities they have are fab.
