The setting is bright, calm and encourages free-flow to the outside areas which are available to children all-day long.

My little girl has been in the 1-2 room for a while. She runs in, calls staff names and hugs them. The care is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for the care they give her. It really is like a second home to her.

Son loved nursery - happy to go in, big smile each day. Always a different story each day - about different activities. Staff always greeted son with big smiles and they knew him and his traits well. Always given personal feedback each day - showing staff had a clear interest in my son.

The Hollies is a great nursery and provides excellent childcare and education services. They are very flexible and reasonable when it comes to booking time in and off and the wrap-around care is brilliant. My toddler loves it there and has made some great friends there as well as strong bonds with the
staff, who are friendly and welcoming. She gets to do lots of fun, varied activities that change weekly. I can't recommend the nursery enough. Thank you very much to all the team who look after our little one.

My son has been at Hollies for a few months now and he loves it. He's developed massively since starting and I can see he's more confident with other people. Because he's so young (6 months old when he started) I was really worried but the staff were really understanding and made me feel better. He
loves them as well and he's all smiles as soon as he arrives.

My son loves attending the Hollies. All staff are very caring.
We have found them to be extremely vigilant regarding allergies.
My daughter left at school age after being there since 1 year old. She misses being there and loves to pick up her brother to see the staff.
Communication is great, and
we would highly recommend it.

I’ve had children in Hollies for many years, and honestly, they’re so friendly and have such wonderful bonds with my children, it’s so great! In addition to this, they are such good role models and always find creative and fun ways to teach the children, which means that mine love attending. I wouldn’t
choose another setting and would (and always have) always recommended them.

Our little boy has been at Hollies for over 18 months and he absolutely loves it there. The staff provide a mix of structured play/learning alongside the opportunity for independent play as well.
Our little one has grown in so much confidence during his time at the Hollies and he loves to show us
the paintings he’s done and the cakes he’s baked there! He has a lovely group of friends who he always talks about when he’s not in nursery, too.

My son has attended The Hollies since he was 14 months old (he’s now 3). My son was a fussy eater to begin with, however, since going to The Hollies he has overcome this. His speech and reading have come on so much and I know the team have had a lot to do with this, so thank you. Such a lovely team
and I will be sending my two younger children to The Hollies as well when I go back to work. A lovely environment with a lovely outdoor area at the back which is covered so the children can get outside even when the weather isn’t great.

We are so happy with how our daughter has been doing at Hollies, starting as a 9-month-old and now approaching 2 years old.
The whole team has always been friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful, and all seem genuinely invested in the development of every child.
Our daughter walks in happily
each day and is always proud to show us what she has been up to at the end of the day.
We have several friends and family members who also have little ones of various ages that attend Hollies and we know that all have had a very positive experience like us. Would highly recommend it.

Hollies have fantastic staff, 2 of my children have attended and have formed lovely bonds with their key workers. Activities are always fun and varied and my children are happy to go in. A lovely, homely setting with plenty of light and space.

The nursery classroom staff are the reason I’ve continued to use Hollies for years. All of them seem to know my children’s names and have time to say hello to them, the key workers, in particular, have always formed lovely relationships with them. I think as well as the fun activities and good food,
this is the main reason my kids are so happy going in every day of the week.

Wonderful staff, always providing engaging activities, loving care and healthy food. The children love the nursery workers and look forward to attending. Earlier in the week my child threw their arms around their nursery worker when the door was opened!

Tracey Jones

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Tracey has over 18 years Early Years experience in early years. Starting off at the Hollies as a nursery assistant, Tracey gained her NVQ level 3 and 5 during her role as a practitioner. Just like Kim, she has been a part of the time for over 18 years. Tracey is a firm believer that children should be given the best start in life and allow them to learn at their own pace in a warm, fun and homely environment.
