Pobl Bach Nursery in Johnstown provides high quality care and education for children within a large, colourful, modern and open plan building.

The nursery offer top quality indoor equipment and a variety of age appropriate toys to support the learning and development of each child.

Pobl Bach promote and enjoy the benefit of outdoor space which is utilised at every opportunity. The gardens have specialised safety flooring to minimise accidents and offer a variety of age appropriate equipment, as well as stimulating features and sensory play areas, such as sand pits, wildlife areas and playhouses.

The nursery adopt a very friendly and caring atmosphere and this is displayed by the warm and loving relationships between the nursery staff and the children in their care.

Only good things to say: the kids are so well looked after here! The food is freshly made on site, the play areas are fresh and clean and really fun (wish I got to play in there!), and the staff so good. Our kid loves it there! We've noticed some brilliant changes since they started (confidence, new

Pobl Bach have been absolutely amazing with my son, they always send updates and photos throughout each day he is there, staff are very lovely the nursery inside is also lovely too very clean and tidy, I recommend Pobl Bach

Both my children have only been to one nursery ( Pobl Bach) and had a fab experience.
Fab nursery for all ages and great experience overall
My daughter is 10 years old and has been going since she was small and also my son.

My daughter has been attending Pobl Bach Johnstown since she was 11 months & she is now 3 years old. It's become home from home for her, well for the both of us. She absolutely loves the staff - they are all very attentive, caring & hard working.
Communication is a big plus, everyone is approachable
& you are always listened to. Nothing is too much. I am always updated with any necessary information.
It's so lovely to receive updates on the app, they are always taking part in educational, fun activities. As an only child my daughter has thrived since attending nursery, she engages well with other children & has become much more confident.
Overall, my daughter is well cared for, just the reassurance you want when having to work full time and navigate the changes to child care. But our experience has been nothing but comforting and positive.

The nursery is always exceptionally clean. They offer a great rotation of food for the little ones. The app is fantastic and I get regular updates as to what Noah is up to, with pictures too!
The staff are super friendly and professional. I visited a few nurseries and none of them could compare to
Pobl Bach. The activities and toys they provide for the children are in great condition and very entertaining. There are plenty of sensory elements, a reading corner, and they use twinkly lights and white noise to help them sleep which helps my boy so much. I can't fault it!

We couldn't be happier with the care and commitment to first class early years education and support that the Pobl Bach Johnstown team provide for our son. He was quite anxious about being away from us at first, but the team were very patient and supportive of him through the adjustment. We value their
communication on everything from his wellbeing, to what he's eaten and what activities he's done. He enjoys his cuddles, and play time with each of the staff and always comes away happy and smiling. We're grateful to have such an incredible environment to entrust him in on our doorstep. Thanks so much team!

My grandson has attended Pobl Bach for three years now since he was a year old. I have dropped him off and picked him up on numerous occasions and have always found all the staff to be very friendly and approachable. They send photos of what activities he has participated in and keep us all informed
of what events are happening in nursery etc. He says the food is yummy too! My grandson has loved attending the nursery and has made lots of friends there and he will be sorry to leave there at the end of this month after which he will be in full time school. Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

Pobl Bach is an amazing nursery. We always have a warm welcome in the morning from staff and my little boy loves attending. The fact that the nursery is bilingual is fantastic. Communication is great with the staff and using the app allows for parents and carers to see what their children are up to
and there is a clear line of communication. Staff answer messages very quickly. My son loves attending and I would highly recommend this nursery.

I have placed my two boys in this nursery as they needed some interaction with other children as we dont have family near. It is a great place very friendly staff and loads of activities for them to do in a day.
One of my boys is on the autism spectrum and is non-verbal. The staff always cater to his
needs and help him with his struggles he has grown so attached to the staff now from when he started. They always adapt activities if needed for him as he doesn't really like to get involved but I have seen a real difference in him.
The staff have great communication with the parents and inform them if they need items for example more nappies or wipes and also very friendly when dropping off or picking up.
The nursery overall is a winner in my eyes as it has really helped my boys interaction with others and learning new things with confidence.

Fantastic in all aspects. I won't go into specifics because I'll be here all day but the staff are excellent, the activities they put on daily are so thoughtful and educational and by the sounds of it, my child eats better than me there!
You will not have to worry about a thing once your child goes
inside- I could not wish for a better place for mine to be cared for whilst I'm at work.
I could not recommend this nursery enough.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at this nursery. The staff are incredibly warm, patient, and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child. Our daughter has grown so much in confidence and independence since joining, and she's always excited to go in each morning.

My son went to the nursery from the age of 2 until he started full-time school. He loved it and always came back happy. My daughter joined when she was only 1 month old. Now she's 3.5 and still at the nursery. She simply loves it and has lots of friends. They have a large garden outside and plenty of
space to play under the colorful roof and inside the building.All the staff are so kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Sian has been a member of the Pobl Bach team since she was 16 years old. She has gained valuable experience over the years and is currently our Nursery Manager in Johnstown. Sian is also a fluent Welsh-speaking member of staff.
