My little boy loves all the activities they plan at West End. He's been to the beach, on the train, the zoo and even the car wash!
All the staff are very caring towards the children. You can tell as all the children look happy when you do drop off/pick up.
Would definitely recommend to other parents.

I am so happy with choosing this nursery for our little boy. I am a self-confessed anxious mum, and the aunties have done everything they can to make sure our little one is looked after and that they reassure us as parents. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending. Such as using a spoon, colouring,
painting, speech and interaction, it's been lovely to see his development which the baby room aunties have helped him with. The new setup and toys are so lovely and developmentally appropriate. I have recommended it to friends and they have sent their little ones here too.

Cannot fault Springfield's West End. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional, and my child loves going there four afternoons per week. The premises are great, the food is excellent, and the care is second to none.

Springfield West End is a fantastic nursery. The staff are so welcoming and my little girl just loves spending days with her 'aunties' and friends. The recent renovations are wonderful. There is so much to do and play with. They nursery uses an app that keeps families updated with observations, learning
experiences, and a care diary. We are over the moon with our little girl's development since joining Springfield. We would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

My name is Molly, and I am the manager at West End. I started working for the company in 2019 at the Conwy site as an after-school assistant, moving on to a nursery nurse and quickly into a supervisor role. I then moved to Ashbourne House as Deputy Manager and have worked my way up to the position I am now. I enjoy all aspects of my role, but I most enjoy seeing all the children develop and grow.

Claire Jones – Deputy Manager & SENCO
Hi, I’m Claire, a very proud mum of two boys. When my sons were younger, I realised just how much I loved watching them grow, learn and develop — and that’s when I decided to follow my heart and change my career to work with children.
I joined the company in November 2012, and over the years, I’ve grown alongside the setting. I started as an Assistant Nursery Nurse and, through completing my qualifications and gaining experience, worked my way up to Deputy Manager. It’s been such a rewarding journey.


I’m also our setting’s SENCO, which is a role very close to my heart. I feel incredibly passionate about supporting every child as an individual and working closely with families to make sure all children feel valued, included and able to thrive.


In my role as Deputy Manager, I support our Manager and the whole team, and I step in as the person in charge when needed. I love being part of a team that feels like family and helping to create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy and confident to be themselves.
