Both my boys go to west end and love it they are always so happy when I pick them up all the staff are so amazing friendly caring and go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend this nursery most of my friends sent their kids also and are very happy. It's so lovely how much the staff really care about the children.

We couldn't be happier with kids planet west end the staff are warm and caring and genuinely interested in every child's development. Our child settled in quickly and loves coming here. The nursery is clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities and encourage creativity and learning communication with parents is excellent, we always feel involved and informed. We highly recommend any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Louise

My daughter aged 2 started at nursery in October and the staff have been so amazing at supporting her and me to settle in! She had a few emotional weeks but each day the staff had her happy and engaged in play within minutes of me leaving. Aunty Emily and Aunty Sarah especially have given my daughter so much care and loving attention. All the staff have been so kind and made her nursery mornings fun. My daughter is now skipping into nursery and wants to stay when I pick her up! A total success!

My little one started in March 2025 when he was 15months old, he took around 5/6 weeks to settle fully as it wasn't used to that environment, he absolutely loves it. The staff are always lovely, keep you up to date on the app with nappy changes, food, naps & activities. I highly recommend this nursery to others.

My baby has been coming here since he was 6 months old - he's now 18 months, and he absolutely loves it! The girls are all so friendly, and he definitely has his favourites who look after him The staff are always planning fun, engaging activities for the babies, and they often take them outdoors for walks, which my little one really enjoys. He also loves playing in the garden - it's one of his favourite things to do!

We've had such a wonderful experience with kids planet.From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring, and attentive. They were well informed and assisted greatly in getting funding. They've created a safe and nurturing environment. The activities are thoughtfully planned and help support learning and development in such a fun, engaging way. It's been amazing to see how much my child has grown in confidence and skills since starting- especially the filling up his own breakfast bowl. We're truly grateful to the team for the love and dedication they show every day. It's such a relief to know our child is happy.

My daughter loves it at Westend Springfield Nursery, she always comes home happy! Love the new mother and father's day breakfasts, where we get to spend some time with our little one. Staff are always friendly and accommodating x

I am very happy with the nursery they are giving us regular updates throughout the day on the app. I would appreciate a bit more photos as to see what they have been up to throughout the day.

We love this nursery, the staff are so friendly, they give us regular updates and always reassure us when needed. My child loves all of the staff and children, and comes home so happy. They have a huge garden and lovely play area, regular activities and they go on outdoor visits to the beach and park. The food and snacks are healthy and my child enjoys it. I really recommend this nursery, I feel very trusting in the staff there and I know my child is happy. I know if my child was ever upset they would let us know straight away so it reassures us as parents.

We are really happy with the nursery and all the staff. My daughter seems really happy there and is well looked after. We are kept informed of all of her activities throughout the day, which is nice.

Beautiful nursery with fantastic staff, always welcoming, informative, lots of activities for the children. Overall very happy with the nursery and would not change! Always looking to be innovative and convenience for the parents and children is key to this! Smooth recent change of management and take over with considerations to all involved.

As a first-time mum, leaving my baby for the first time was incredibly daunting, but as a working mum, it had to be done. After researching several nurseries, I'm so glad I chose Springfield Nursery West End. The entire team is amazing and truly your best supporters, but I have to give a special mention to the two ladies who have been absolutely incredible with my little girl and with me. Their care and attention have made balancing work and motherhood just that little bit easier. If I had another baby, I would 100% feel confident putting them here. I can't praise them enough!

Amazing nursery with the best staff! All the staff go out of their way to help and support the children. They take on board any feedback regarding changing routines etc to suit individual children. Always willing to take them on trips/walks. Would recommend this nursery to anyone and everyone!

My little boy loves all the activities they plan at West End. He's been to the beach, on the train, the zoo and even the car wash! All the staff are very caring towards the children. You can tell as all the children look happy when you do drop off/pick up. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

I am so happy with choosing this nursery for our little boy. I am a self-confessed anxious mum, and the aunties have done everything they can to make sure our little one is looked after and that they reassure us as parents. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending. Such as using a spoon, colouring, painting, speech and interaction, it's been lovely to see his development which the baby room aunties have helped him with. The new setup and toys are so lovely and developmentally appropriate. I have recommended it to friends and they have sent their little ones here too.

Cannot fault Springfield's West End. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional, and my child loves going there four afternoons per week. The premises are great, the food is excellent, and the care is second to none.

Springfield West End is a fantastic nursery. The staff are so welcoming and my little girl just loves spending days with her 'aunties' and friends. The recent renovations are wonderful. There is so much to do and play with. They nursery uses an app that keeps families updated with observations, learning experiences, and a care diary. We are over the moon with our little girl's development since joining Springfield. We would highly recommend this nursery to other families.
