Kids Planet Southfield

Both of my children have attended this nursery. My daughter is in year 1 and still talks about wanting to go back to nursery. My son is still here. all of the girls have been lovely and supported them both really well. I love the activities set out, very creative and beneficial for learning. All staff have been so pleasant with us and I'm so glad I've chose this nursery.

After having bad experiences with previous nurseries I was apprehensive when choosing a new nursery for my children. Kids planet Southfield has been a breath of fresh air. The staff know each child extremely well and take time to make sure all of their needs are individually met. I know my children are safe when they are there and the staff are extremely friendly. The environment really allows for open and honest communication and they are always providing excellent activities that also tailor to the development of the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough and my children's development has really come on leaps and bounds thanks to the staff.

My son has really settled into Kids Planet baby room, he has made lovely relationships with the staff and is excited when I mention certain staff members names, I can tell how much they care about him and know him when they tell me the things he has been doing, playing with and enjoying. The girls in the baby room are kind and nurturing and my son is always happy to see them which is what is really important to me.

Management are very open & approachable. Overall I think the nursery is very well managed & I look forward to watching my little boy continue to thrive. Highly recommend.

We needed a nursery last minute and Kids Planet made sure to accommodate us which was excellent. My little girl was very attached to myself and the baby room has helped her flourish in so many ways. She comes away with a big smile everyday and gets to experience so many new things. The staff genuinely seem to care about my child, and the manager was in touch regularly when we were off for a long illness. Due my second little one later this year and they're already registered!

Our daughter has been very happy at nursery, since starting at 9 months. The staff work hard and know what is going on with every child; both at home and in nursery. We love getting the updates during the day, of what she is doing, eating and how she is sleeping. We are so impressed with the team and glad we chose Southfield as her nursery.

They offer a great variation of foods and I always look forward to hearing what my son has tried each day.

I picked my granddaughter up from nursery staff were brilliant they help me with car seat and were very helpful.My granddaughter loves the experience and is thriving a nurturing environment. I have found that she is enjoying all aspects.

My little girl started at 10 months old in the baby room. She has absolutely loved attending Kids Planet Southfield. She took to it easier than I thought. Recently she has moved up to the next room, again taking it all in her stride.

I put that down to the friendly staff and engaging activities. She absolutely loves the food. The communication is second to none which has been a great peace of mind whilst working full time.

Kids Planet was my first choice for my little girl's nursery and I couldn't be happier with it. The staff are wonderful and I know she's in safe hands. She's learning so much and she absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend!

I enrolled my little boy, when he was 18 months after having a negative experience at a previous nursery.

The settling in experience was fantastic, he had 3 settling in sessions, one with me, one where he was picked up before lunch time and one where he stayed for his lunch. He loved it from the first minute, the staff were so kind, asked what he liked to do and immediately got him things out to suit his interests.

Each time he's moved rooms, I have been introduced to his new key worker who has made me feel that his needs will be looked after and cared for. All the staff are approachable and I wouldn't hesitate getting in touch with anyone if we had any problems.

It has been so lovely to see a particular staff member in the kitchen receiving a 5 out of 5 in his food hygiene rating, the food always smells lovely, and my little boy always eats it all. It's reassuring to know that he's getting healthy balanced meals, prepared in a clean kitchen

Southfield nursery has been amazing for my little girl who has been there just over a year now. From starting here at 9 months old the staff here have been amazing with her, the reassurance and communication I get to know she is ok throughout the day is great. My little girl absolutely loves it here, her development and confidence have came on so much since starting here and that is honestly down to the amazing staff and the genuine care they have for my daughter. She has made the best relationships with the staff here, even the staff who have never worked with my daughter always stop to speak to her and make so much effort. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

In short, would I recommend this nursery to other families? Absolutely, yes!

My daughter has gone to this nursery since she was 6 months old and she's now just over 2 years old. I can't recommend Southfields enough. The staff are amazing and my daughter absolutely loves them and the nursery. She runs through the door every morning. I feel so comfortable leaving her, knowing she really enjoys her day at the nursery and has lots of fun.

We've had such a good experience I've recommended them to friends and family!

My little boy has been coming to Kids Planet Southfield for almost 18 months now and I couldn't rate it more highly. I absolutely love the nursery's focus on providing healthy meals and snacks for the children. The staff's welcoming and caring attitude makes me feel at ease every time I drop him off. My little boy is constantly talking about the nursery, the staff, his friends, and the activities they have done and it's clear how happy he feels in their care.

Really reliable and has lovely clean facilities.

My son absolutely loves attending Kids Planet Nursery in Southfield! The girls he interacts with are amazing, I am kept up to date throughout the day on how he is doing which is very reassuring for me as a first-time mum.

Southfield is an amazing nursery, my daughter has loved every minute of being there. The staff are amazing my daughter was sometimes a bit unsettled going into nursery but the staff would always approach her with a happy face and always seemed to make her laugh and give her the cuddles she wanted. The nursery rooms are well organised and the outdoor space is big. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, would 100% recommend it to other parents. Couldn't be more grateful. As a working parent, I always felt so comfortable leaving my daughter knowing she would be looked after so well. Highly recommend.

My granddaughter has been going to this nursery for the last year and absolutely loves it. They have really helped her not only academically but with important things like sharing and how to meet new friends. She gets excited to be there which is brilliant and makes dropping her off a lot easier. They also kept us all informed with pictures and updates on what she was doing. Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.
