Kids 1st Wansbeck

My son goes to Kids 1st Wansbeck and he absolutely loves it - he has made some really close friendships with the other children and the staff that look after him are great. He enjoys the various activities that are done throughout the day and loves to tell me all about it when I pick him up. I have no concerns whatsoever and I know that my son is well looked after and cared for when he is at nursery.

My child has been in Kids 1st Wansbeck since she was 9 months, she is now 18 months. I have found the staff lovely and reassuring. I like the fact that I am able to ring for an update anytime and speak to a member of staff who has been looking after my little one. I like the thorough review you get at the end of the day.

In addition, I like the parent app which gives you information on development.

Both my children have attended kids 1st Wansbeck, my son who still goes has attended since he was 7 weeks old, the staff have spent so much quality time with him and has guided him to where he learnt skills, to walk and to talk. I have seen my baby develop into a fun filled little boy who loves to attend nursery. The staff are compassionate about the care they deliver and the activities and life skills they provide, they have effective communication with us and keep good documentation and evidence of what my son has done through his day at nursery. The nursery holds regular parents evenings to keep us up to date with the progress of my child and areas we can develop at home with. The team is well lead and management are fully approachable and assist me with childcare when needed at short notice, I have great confidence in the management and her staff team at kids 1st Wansbeck and wouldn't dream of sending my child anywhere else.

I do not have a bad word to say about Kids 1st Wansbeck. My son has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old and I can not think of anywhere that can provide the same level of personal care as they do at Kids 1st. I was very nervous about going back to work and leaving my son in childcare, but from as early as the first visit to get him used to the nursery he has loved every minute. Was lovely to see how much he progressed through each stage, with a personal run down each day of what he had been up to, including photos and a personal file that you get to look back on from day one.

My son is now in his final class at Nursery and will be leaving in September being more than ready to start school, thanks to Kids 1st Wansbeck. The care here is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has come on so much during his time at Kids 1st Wansbeck. His vocabulary has improved massively. He now tries a lot more different foods than he used to. The staff are so good with him and he thoroughly enjoys every day he attends nursery.

My son attends the nursery he had gained confidence since he started there and has been there since he was about 8 weeks old, the staff have shown compassion and empathy for him and have worked with him to get where he is, he has a good rapour with the staff members and all show love towards him, they are all patient and show compassion in their work. I think the parent pod is fab, I can log in at home and see what he has been doing through his day and look at the food diary and see what he has eaten etc. I get good handover to allow me to know what he has been like. The nursery has developed my child with life skills and he has developed through every stage. The manager should be proud of her team and the level of care and compassion that is provided by her staff. I wouldn't send my child anywhere else and would recommend kids first to anyone

Our son started going to nursery when he was 9 months old. He's now 22 months and loves going to nursery. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which makes handing over our precious boy so much easier. The standard of care he receives is outstanding. The staff are happy to work with your routines and preferences and try to make parents feel as involved as possible. The variety of activities they undertake really helps the children's development. The daily feedback and regular observations are amazing. I love logging into the parent zone app to see what our boy has been up to. I have a happy boy who loves going to nursery and happy boy equals Happy Mummy.

I love Kids 1st Wansbeck. It has brought both of my children out of their shell and the staff have all been amazing. I would recommend Kids 1st Wansbeck to absolutely everybody.

We have two young children here, one in the top class and one in the "baby unit". The staff help to put your mind at rest and in many cases will go the "extra mile" to help and offer support. There have never been any major problems and I know from speaking to others that Kids 1st Wansbeck are top for learning and keeping young kids happy. The children are well fed and watered with lots of tasty food- most of it healthy with the odd treat too.

Kids 1st are excellent at catering to the individual needs of the child. They keep the parents really well informed and often offer advice of strategies to use at home. The variety of food on offer is great for encouraging the children to try new things.

The nursery is spotless and I have never seen an unhappy child here. All staff are happy and welcoming and my daughter loves coming into nursery and anticipates the fun she will have. She has come on leaps and bounds whilst attending and I feel confident she is in safe caring hands.

Very happy with the nursery staff, they have made my son very welcome. Always happy at nursery with no concerns which makes it so much easier leaving him. Lovely, clean setting with lots of toys and activities which he enjoys very much. Staff are all very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I am very pleased with the way that the EYFS is implemented from an early age. My children have learnt so much since returning to the nursery after the summer holidays. All of the staff are very enthusiastic about the children's abilities and are so positive and approachable. Keep up the good work, my children love coming to nursery and have great relationships with the staff members.
