Kids 1st Wansbeck

My little girl loves coming to Kids 1st every day. The staff are all lovely. They provide the best possible care and learning environment whilst I go to work. I can do this knowing she is safe and happy. 5* childcare. Well done Kids 1st.

All the staff work so hard and it is well appreciated. The staff play a huge part in our two children's development. I truly believe that they help them to become the absolute best!

The staff here are very friendly, caring and approachable. Communication between staff and parents is excellent. Any issues or concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion.

Our child loves coming to nursery and has already made friends. Highly recommended.

My son really enjoys nursery. It's an unsettling time leaving your baby to return to work, however, Kids 1st have made the transition so much easier for me and my family. The staff go above and beyond and even though he is only in nursery two days a week, he has built up amazing relationships with the staff and children. Thank you for all you do for him.

The nursery is amazing. All staff so helpful and engaging. Our daughter has come on so much since starting and it's massively because of the nursery. They encourage her and we feel they have a genuine care for our daughter.

We have always been impressed by the variety and quality of the activities. Our child has benefited greatly from the interaction that they have with both their carers and other children at the nursery. All of the staff are fantastic and have a very personal approach to childcare. We would highly recommend Kids 1st to our family and friends.

I have never seen a child crying by himself, there always seems to be someone offering them comfort- unlike some other nurseries.

I love to see all of the pictures Kids 1st send me via the app and hearing about what he has done in his day. He enjoys his time at Kids 1st and the carers work alongside me for each new development stage and offer me advice on how I can help him to progress.

My son has attended Kids 1st since Feb/March 2017. I find the staff very approachable and deliver a high standard of care and interaction with the children within their care. As a working parent, leaving your child can be daunting however the staff at Kids 1st have made the process less stressful.

The induction period was very informative and the staff really get to know the children. Regular updates are provided and my son's progress, behaviour and physical/progression skills are monitored, encouraged and documented. The ratio of staff to children is encouraging and the activities the children do are educational and fun. I strongly recommend this nursery.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery and has settled in really well. Nursery life is helping her thrive and is bringing her social skills on leaps and bounds. The nursery staff are great at ensuring that both myself and my daughter feel at ease on a nursery day and give a thorough feed back to me at the end of the day. Management are very approachable and always try to accommodate when we need to book our daughter in for additional sessions.

My boy has been going to this nursery and I cannot fault them in any way. He has been going since he was 7 months and the staff had been lovely all the way through. My boy is now going to his last term before going to the reception. The staff in Dolphin 2 are absolutely great, doing all the things to prepare him for when he goes to the big school. They are very supportive and easy to deal with, willing to help parents like me in any way they can.

All the staff in the nursery are outstanding. My child has strong bonds with all her carers which I think is so important.

Brilliant nursery, my little bot has learnt so much being here. I couldn't ask for a better childcare facility.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be in more tears than my little girl when we have to finally say goodbye to this nursery in August. They have been an extension of our family for 10 hours a day, four days a week for the last 3 years!
