Yellow Wellies Day Nursery

Staff are always welcoming, and caring, make a fuss of my daughter and we get an update at pick-up time. My daughter now goes into nursery, happy, content and comfortable with people she has a fantastic relationship with. We can't praise the nursery enough!

My other small issue is the cost of food/creams etc that is extra. I understand there are a lot of hidden costs and staffing costs that parents may not always take into account, but I feel the money we pay per day is quite steep.

Thank you for being the best, we think the absolute world of you, we appreciate you all and feel so lucky to be a part of the Yellow Wellies family.

My daughter started at this nursery in January 2024 and all I can say is wow! What an amazing improvement she's made over the months. I found it so difficult leaving her behind as I struggled to leave her and she hated being apart from me, but the lengths the girls go to are beyond amazing. I couldn't be more grateful, to be honest. I'm so pleased with how far she's come along. I mean she's practically running to them now, she absolutely loves being there. The staff and the rest of the team are miracle workers. They are so friendly, hard-working and will help your child no matter what obstacle, they overcome it every time. Even when it comes to allergies they are so careful and professional. I couldn't ask for a better nursery! The managers are also so great and so bubbly and friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. I personally feel very lucky to have my daughter go here. Thank you Yellow Wellies you really are one in a million.

Professional nursery with a high standard of care. My daughter, of 11 months attends Yellow Wellies 5 days a week from September 2024. She has Spina Bifida and requires extra care and support with her disability, the staff go above and beyond to make sure her physio programme is adhered to and will attend different training to deliver the best care. All activities are planned to cater for each individual child and their needs. I know my daughter is loved and looked after when I leave that nursery each morning. We cannot thank them enough for what they do.

Everyone has been amazing with my children and so supportive, would recommend this nursery again and again! The staff, facilities and communication is brilliant and they're always willing to work with the parents on individual needs for the children.

My 2 year old has been going to Yellow Wellies for a few months now and she has come on amazingly. The skills she has learned and hearing her tell me about her days and the excitement is amazing to see. The staff are amazing and genuinely care about the kids in their care. My 1 year old has just started and I can't wait to see how she flourishes too.

Amazing set of staff, nothing is ever too much for them. My child has come along amazingly since he started going there and couldn't thank the team enough! My child once would never let me leave without a fuss but now runs straight to them and it means the world to see him so happy and thriving in nursery!

Absolutely amazing nursery, our little one started earlier this year and they couldn't really talk or communicate with us. They have come on leaps and bounds. All the staff are extremely supportive of our home needs. And I'll be sad when they move on to primary school. It's absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My child's progress at this nursery was amazing. The team are the best, nothing is too much for them. They're always there to listen to your child's needs and will go that extra mile for every child!

Fabulous nursery, couldn’t fault it one bit, all three of my kids love attending this nursery and the staff are fantastic, they truly go above and beyond for you, I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else, the best nursery ever.

Since starting the nursery a year ago my son has grown so much socially and developmentally. The staff go above and beyond to support the children and parents, and they make you feel welcome right from opening the door. They are so amazing at what they do, both of my children leave with big smiles on their faces and are excited to go back the next day. I can’t fault the staff or the nursery’s facilities and equipment at all, and I can’t thank them enough for how much they have helped my son come out of his shell.

Yellow Wellies is a brilliant nursery. All of the staff are fantastic. They are very welcoming at drop-off time and provide a thorough handover when I pick my son up, so I know how his day has been. They also regularly put updates on the nursery app throughout the day. The staff have been great at supporting my son at nursery and have really helped with his development. The nursery provides an excellent variety of indoor and outdoor activities and puts an emphasis on making learning fun. My son always enjoys his time there. My daughter also attended Yellow Wellies before starting school. The nursery really helped prepare her for school, where she continues to thrive.

Absolutely lovely place, daughter always comes home with a smile on her face and staff are always welcoming. They go out of their way to ensure both children and parent happiness and are well organised, especially with updates on the parent app.

I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, my son has settled in so well and been made to feel welcome by all staff. The staff are absolutely lovely and amazing with the children, I’m always kept informed of what my son's doing through out the day which is so nice!

We get updates throughout the day via the app which I love so I can see what he's been getting up to every day.
