Happy Tots Day Nursery

Happy Tots Day Nursery is fantastic my little boy was shy and not very social with other children. He now freely talks to other children he is now toilet trained and is beginning to count and learn colours. I am very impressed with the level of care he has received.

My child has attended Happy Tots Nursery since he was 9 months old. During that time, he has flourished - certainly in part due to the excellent care and teaching he receives from the members of staff there. The staff have always been helpful, kind, considerate and have gone out of their way to keep me updated with my child's progress. He's been extremely happy there and the baby that started at Happy Tots has now developed into an inquisitive, talkative and delightful toddler. Many thanks to the team - you're all amazing!

We have had children attending Happy Tots Day Nursery for the last seven years and have always felt that we could fully trust the provision to keep our children stimulated, safe and well looked after. Our children have always enjoyed attending and have built great relationships with the staff working with them. We really like the facilities, especially the large outdoor area, as well as the different rooms so that children experience variety throughout the day. The communication has been great too, with handover between staff and parents and the ParentZone App and we have been really pleased with the variety of activities our children have been involved with.

My granddaughter has recently started Happy Tots in January and I am very impressed with not only the standard of care that she has received but how caring and understanding the staff have been towards myself and her mum. We receive very detailed handover at pick up and lots of up to date information over the app. The photographs we receive are amazing. They look fun, exciting and reassure us that my granddaughter is having an amazing day.

My daughter started Happy Tots on 11th January so I could go back to university. She quickly made a positive relationship with her key workers and other children. She is thoroughly enjoying herself and her confidence is growing thanks to the staff at Happy Tots who take their time and care to support her and encourage her to grow.

My little boy has been at Happy Tots for 18 months now and we couldn't be happier with the service they have provided and continue to provide during this time. Our son has come on leaps and bounds whilst attending Happy Tots and has developed some lovely bonds with his key workers. The support given to families during this challenging year has been excellent and ensured a caring, safe, creative and fun environment for our son at nursery. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Happy Tots to anyone!

My son attended Happy Tots from the age of 1 and has just left preschool. The staff are a credit to the team and are always professional, friendly and helpful. My son built up brilliant rapports with his key workers and they were always positive regarding his progress and milestones throughout the years. The nursery is always clean and tidy and the large outdoor space is always filled with various toys and activities for the children to play.

My children loved this nursery and that speaks volumes. Over everything, the staff are incredible, really care for the kids. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a lovely, safe environment.

I literally could not recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has been attending since the opening after lockdown and she absolutely loves it. The staff are always happy and pleased to see her and are extremely professional. The communication with the nursery is outstanding and as a primary school teacher myself, I appreciate the extraordinary amount of time and effort that goes into the constant updates while also looking after the children, but as a parent, they are just fantastic and really help put your mind at ease. We are regularly updated on the activities and learning taking place and like to see that observations are done and targets are set but love even more that first and foremost the happiness and safety of our daughter is the most important thing. We were worried how the lockdown would affect our daughter, but her confidence has blossomed and she has become a little social butterfly, which I know is down to the amazing care and support she receives at Happy Tots.

Our Son has just started at the nursery and we have found all of the teachers have helped him to adapt and enjoy a new environment. He has settled in and is now comfortable and confident to play and interact with everyone. He also goes to the teachers for comfort and is reassured by them which shows he has quickly formed a trusting bond with them. We were anxious about him starting, especially due to Covid and him being in lockdown with just us but the staff have all helped to put our minds at ease and they keep us updated on the app which is absolutely fantastic!

No fussing they’ve really put my mind at ease. Can’t recommend them enough. The place is fab too, the outdoor area is amazing!!

My little girl has attended Happy Tots since she was 6 months old, all the staff have gone above and beyond for her in each class she has been in. They helped her with her speech when she was a little behind. My little girl has loved every minute of her time at Happy Tots and is very sad to be leaving to start school, she has made friends for life with both the staff and the children.

Our daughter started in September and within a short space of time, she can spell her name, recognise other names and say all of the alphabet. The teachers are lovely and have really helped our daughter with her phonies and confidence. We would definitely recommend this nursery.

Deciding to put our little one into nursery was not a decision my husband and I took lightly. We had all the usual first-time-parent anxieties about leaving her but knew it would be great for her development. Without fail, every member of staff that we have come into contact with at Happy Tots has gone above and beyond to support us as a family through our little one’s transition into nursery. They have provided us extra settling in sessions, reassured me when I have called to ask how she’s getting on and always took the time to stop and talk to us in the corridor to see how we’re doing. Eight sessions later and she seems so much more settled and happy. We love receiving our little updates and reading her teacher’s observations. We’re really looking forward to watching her flourish in this lovely, positive, happy nursery environment. Thank you Happy Tots.

The trips for holiday club are great, and my child enjoys going to new places with the staff.

Three of my grandchildren and one great-grandchild have attended/still go to Happy Tots over the past 18 years, all of whom have been very well looked after by the staff. The nursery is well equipped for all aspects of any childs growing, learning and supervision. The care they provide for each child is excellent from management, key workers, students, cooks, cleaners and handyman.

My son has been attending Happy Tots for two months now, and I could not be happier with the care he receives. He is always happy to go into his class and always greeted with a friendly smile. The app is fantastic as I can see what he is doing throughout the day.

Happy Tots is a superb nursery with a fantastic Ofsted rating. My son has been attending for 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care and the service we receive. It’s not the cheapest nursery around but what they offer is far superior to others in the area. Both the inside and outside spaces are excellent, they have different rooms for all ages and levels of ability. I particularly like the fact that even though my son cannot yet sit unaided he isn’t in a room with toddlers so there’s no risk he can be walked or fallen on. The pricing structure is very simple with all meals included which is ideal as there’s no need to remember packed lunches etc. The care times are also, much more flexible than other local nurseries as they offer a wrap-around system. My partner and I highly recommend Happy Tots to anyone looking for childcare.

The most amazing nursery. From the first time we visited I knew this was the nursery for our little boy. The staff are attentive, friendly and go the extra mile for the children. Our little boy loves going to nursery and grins as soon as he gets there.
