Happy Tots Day Nursery

My son attends the holiday club and always has a great time. He enjoys the quizzes, arts and crafts and the trips out to the beach, dock museum, candle factory and many more he also loves to play outside in the large open space provided.

He enjoys the homemade meals provided and the staff are always very welcoming and happy to help.

My son has been attending Happy Tots since he was 5 months old and is now 4, when he first started he had a milk protein allergy and consuming any form of food/milk that had milk protein in it would make him extremely poorly, but this was managed to the highest standard by the staff, and the cooks catered his food towards his individual dietary needs and not once did they fail to do this.

I love the way the nursery's teaching style is very structured and educational, as well as catering for every child's individual needs. All the key workers and management are fantastic with the children and are very friendly.

In my opinion I feel that this nursery excels the rest as it is clear to me by how happy my son is here, he loves the staff as well as his friends he has made here, he has learnt so much academically as well as developmentally, the overall proof is the fantastic Ofsted report they achieve time and time again , this says it all, 'outstanding'.

My Granddaughter has attended this nursery from being a baby, right through pre school and still attends after school and holidays now, she is now eight years old and still loves going at every opportunity. The staff are like another family to her and I have every confidence that she is now and always has been fantastically well looked after, she excels in most areas of school work and I personally think that a lot of this is due to the care and attention she has always recieved from all the staff at this nursery. My grandson has also started attending and I am hoping he will be as articulate and accademic due to attending this nursery.

She would enjoy all the art, crafts and sports and loved the trips out they went on throughout the school holidays.

Staff were brilliant, great fun and appeared to have just as much fun as the children. Very caring team.

Very reliable, clean and friendly nursery. I would recommend to many for childcare. My goddaughter attends the after school club and holiday club most days and always enjoys herself and gets looked after well. Very happy with the care Happy Tots gives her and other children I know who attend.

Happy Tots is a wonderful nursery where both my daughters attend. They have fun every day and love going. The care and attention from all the staff is second to none. The staff are all very friendly and only too happy to help. My youngest daughter has settled in extremely quickly and I put this down to how caring and nurturing the staff are with her and have made her feel comfortable when away from me!!! I would highly recommend Happy Tots to friends and family and have done so on many occasion. Keep up the great work you do with all the children.

Lots of space outside for children to play when it's nice and lots of dress up days keep children's excitement high!

We have now placed our second child at Happy Tots as our first child is now in Reception but attended Happy Tots from 18-moths until preschool. We have currently been very happy with our 11 month old child's experience in the baby room. Amy Wilson has done a fantastic job settling him in and communicating with us his daily routine. We find the computer log Happy Tots created very helpful. We have found all the staff very good over the years although there was a period of too many changes of staff with our first child and that was disappointing. Happy Tots grounds and facilities are excellent. Our 5 year old has excelled since his time at Happy Tots.

The Service and the kind helpful staff are professional and caring. They have and attend all his needs from learning to potty train to being the young well mannered boy he is now. For working parents to feel your child is in a warm caring clean environment and have the variety of play equipment both inside and outside to enjoy and learn is very much peace of mind, and the home cooked meals and snacks have always been a favourite for him.

For our family Happy Tots is like a second home for our son and would recommend the services they provide to all parents wanting the best for their children.

My daughter joined Happy Tots in April 2014 where she was welcomed with open arms to a fantastic Team of Staff.

She has a VSD and there have been times when the staff have had to deal with a very sick little girl but they have done an amazing job in following the list of symptoms I provided and how to deal with them, with complete calm and professionalism.

She has been getting ready for Reception Class at Primary School and I am amazed by what she can do, count to 30 without any hesitation, she can write her own name, can dress herself, and is an extremely independent and confident little girl. She has also been looking after other children in the class which has also led her to support and look after her older brother who is Autistic and brought him on with his talking, manners, sharing, interactive play etc. Her manners are unbelievable ALWAYS please and thank you.

They do lots of work that is usually carried out in Reception so that your child is ready for Main Stream School. The staff at the Primary School are really looking forward to her starting and can see she is already advanced and bright.

Anyone thinking of a Child Care placement for their children then Happy Tots is the one and I cannot recommend them enough. With 2 outstanding Offsted Inspections you cannot miss the opportunity to put your child in their safe, capable and professional hands. She attended from 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday and she has come on in leaps and bounds. Yes these costs don't come cheap but worth every penny to us when we have seen a very sick, timid little toddler turn into a very happy, polite and glowing lovely little girl, especially when myself and my husband both work full time on 2 businesses.

I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and care they give not only to my daughter but to many others. It has been a wonderful experience watching her and her class friends growing up together.
