Kids 1st Wynyard

My two-year-old granddaughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and during this time, she has flourished under the guidance and care of the amazing, dedicated team who work there. She loves attending the nursery and can't wait to go each morning which is a testament to how happy she is there. The friendly, approachable team are always super helpful and welcoming and when we go to pick her up we are given a rundown of her day including what activities she has been involved in and what she has eaten. The food is varied and nutritious and obviously very tasty as my granddaughter seems to eat every morsel. A fab place with a lovely vibe and highly recommended.

My daughter started nursery in January of this year and with the help of her key worker and other staff she has settled in lovely. She thoroughly enjoys her time there and is clearly developing well with their assistance.

Brilliant nursery, my son has been attending this nursery since he was 14 months old. Since joining the nursery he has came on so much and I am so pleased of his progress. Staff are very friendly, approachable and accommodating they put everything into their jobs and the relationships they have with both the children and family is incredible. Highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are so very caring and provide my daughter with fantastic learning opportunities on a daily basis. She has a food menu that I am very jealous of and I never worry she will be given something she won't enjoy!

My daughter has attended Kids 1st Wynyard since Aug 2017 and has loved every second. She loves going to nursery and gets so excited even when we pull up in the car park. There is always plenty of activities on offer which I love to see and hear about when I collect on an evening. All staff are great with my daughter and take the time to make us both feel welcome on a morning, I would definitely recommend this nursery!

Our twins have attended Kids 1st Wynyard for a year now and it was the best decision we ever made. The staff, facilities, activities, safety etc are more than what you could hope for and our twins have vastly improved in confidence. The staff are incredible and they really care for every child that attends and ensures they have the best time while there.

Kids 1st Wynyard is an exceptional nursery which I would highly recommend. My daughter attended this nursery from 14 months, and was mainly in the Seahorse 1 room. Every week my daughter would skip into nursery, to be greeted with open arms by an amazing team. She was able to build special relationships with the lovely ladies who work there and made so many friends. This nursery has helped shape my little lady into the fun, confident and social child that she is. I always enjoyed drop offs/pick ups and chatting with the nursery staff. There was always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Both of my children have been in Kids 1st - my eldest 'graduated' last year having been right through from the baby room, and my youngest son is there now in the second room. We don't actually 'need' to put our children in daycare as we have plenty of support with retired grandparents living locally, however this nursery came recommended to us by a neighbor who had seen the difference in their grandchildren (one set who attended this nursery, and one set who didn't) and we've found (as they did) that our children have developed social skills which have really helped them, and the level of care and support they receive at this particular nursery has surpassed my every expectation. I couldn't recommend the nursery nor it's staff any more highly - I feel like my child is safe, secure and really developing as a person under their expert care. I know the fees are a little higher than you'd pay some other places, but that is more than worth it for the care they receive.

My daughter has been attending Kids 1st Wynyard nursery since July 2017. Every morning she is greeted with kind words and a welcoming feeling. My daughter walks into nursery happy and excited to see the staff and her friends. As a parent, I feel happy when leaving her as she is never unsettled and runs to her key worker and other familiar staff. Overall, this nursery is fantastic as I see a difference every day in my daughter's development.

I have recently returned to work after maternity leave and the staff at Kids 1st Wynyard have made a difficult transition easier and enjoyable. My daughter has only attended for four weeks so far, however, I am very pleased and she is already starting to learn new things and warm to the staff members. I would definitely be recommending this nursery.

My son has come on amazing in the 2 months he has been going, getting involved in so many different activities, I cannot wait to see what's to come!

After viewing many other nurseries, Kids 1st stood out as by far the best and made me feel completely at ease about going back to work. My daughter immediately bonded with the staff who were great with her, she has developed in so many ways since joining and looks forward to going into nursery. The daily diaries keep you well informed for daily handovers and the regular parents evenings keep you up to date with day to day progress, recommendations for advancing this and lots of photographs from the wide range of activities they get involved in. Overall I have been very happy with the first year.

My son has attended Kids 1st Wynyard for over 2 years now and we are extremely pleased with the nursery. The staff are always very helpful and professional. Kids 1st have been brilliant in helping with his development and he really enjoys attending. I highly recommend this nursery.

My eldest attended this nursery for over 2 years but my youngest started much younger at 9 months old. Although I was very happy with my past experience, I was very anxious about my baby starting but the staff couldn't have been more caring or experienced in handling my baby and me! After only three months, my baby goes immediately to the staff in the baby room and even waves me off (something my eldest never did). I sometimes watch through the window before I go in and I see her delight at exploring, the genuine care from the staff and a happy baby. I have now seen this nursery at all levels/ages and everything from food to the toys/experiences offered is very good. The dedication is obvious and the fact the staff recall, welcome and ask about my eldest shows their interest and how personal the service is.

Amazing nursery with fabulous staff. Always a warm welcome. My little boy has come on loads since starting this nursery and there's always lots going on to be involved in. The staff always fill in the daily diary of the happenings of the day and we are always well informed about what the group have been up to. Would highly recommend this nursery to everyone .

My little boy had a bit of a struggle with settling in which made it quite hard for both me and him. But the staff were all so kind and caring about it and made it so much easier for us both. He now loves going to nursery and loves to tell everyone about his friends and the staff "the girls" as he likes to call them.

My son started at Kids 1st Wynyard when he was 22 months old - a difficult time to start nursery - due to a change in our circumstances. From initial contact, all the way to the present day, every member of staff has been friendly and accommodating. They have helped my son settle into being away from family and made it an easy transition. He has grown his social skills and is learning all the time.
