Busy Bees Sunderland, Fulwell

My little girl started when she was only 8 months old. Nursery showed her independence and she has come on leaps and bounds. I wish I could put her in more days - a discount, if children were put in more days, would be great, i.e. less for day 2, less for day 3, etc.

The management is friendly, approachable and knows her children very well. The staff are brilliant. They know their children so well. Everyone is friendly. The facilities are excellent. The nursery is always clean.

A safe and friendly environment where I am comfortable to leave my child, knowing she is well cared for and has a great time whilst there.

My Daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 11 months old and she is now 2 and a half. She thoroughly enjoys going and she has come on leaps and bounds. Every time I pick her up, it's amazing at the amount of stuff she has done in that day, the activities are brilliant. I am very happy with her development and social development. The staff in every room and the management are fantastic, I couldn't ask for more from a nursery as a whole. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I can't thank Busy Bees Fulwell enough for the way they have looked after and developed my little girl! She has grown in confidence and surprises us every time she comes home, with all the new skills she has learnt. The staff have been brilliant in encouraging my daughter to learn new songs and to starting to write her own name. I also know she is cared for at nursery and the girls always take the time to speak to you if you have concerns!

Staff are dedicated to ensuring the children are safe, happy, educated and more importantly having fun and making friends with both staff and peers. The facility is clean and hosts a brilliant mix of toys and educational learning tools. My child has always been happy to come to nursery and is happy when he leaves, as he's had a fantastic day. Thanks for taking care of my child and helping him grow, he and his family will truly miss Fulwell Busy Bees.

The standard of care our daughter has received in the Caterpillar room has been excellent! The staff consistently provide a varied, stimulating and safe environment, which has helped our daughter to learn and develop. Staff always make time to provide meaningful feedback and have been helpful with some of the challenges we have experienced, when both coming into nursery on a morning and when leaving at the end of the day! The transition process up to the butterfly room has been started in plenty of time, hopefully meaning it will be a gentle transition. Thanks for all your hard work!

Both children have really enjoyed Busy Bees, they have a good sense of community. Great nursery. Although both did not like to be left, I was kept up to date with their progress through out the day which put my mind at ease a lot. I liked the fact I could call at any time and see how they were.

My little girl loves coming here! She loves playing outdoors and this nursery has a great outdoor area with lots of outdoor learning and play available. All of the girls in the nursery are really friendly and my little girl loves seeing them on a morning when she goes in. We love the timeline feature on the parent's app that allows us to see what she has been up to that day. The meals are fresh and balanced, they get thumbs up from my daughter! I feel she has developed greatly through spending time at nursery, particularly with eating skills and also confidence when being away from her parents. Would really recommend.

As first-time parents, it was an anxious time for myself and my husband leaving our child at nursery while we both returned to work. We viewed a lot of nurseries but Busy Bees on Newcastle Road had a lovely warm welcoming feeling, as soon as we visited and we have had no complaints/problems what so ever regarding anything! Fantastic feeling knowing you're leaving your child in capable professional hands and that they are happy. Fantastic facilities and all members of staff are beyond amazing.

Busy Bees Fulwell have provided excellent care for my daughter since she was 11 months old. As a new mum, I was apprehensive about leaving my baby with strangers but they have treated my daughter with nothing but the highest care and attention since that first day. She is now 3 and 1/2 years old and the key workers are like a family to her, she loves the nursery and has thrived into a sociable and well developed little girl, which is in no small part down to the high levels of care and teaching provided at every stage in this nursery. The facilities, curriculum and excellent team of management and key workers provide a fun and stimulating environment for learning and development in those vital early years.

Both of my children have been to Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell with the youngest still going and will be until next September.

They both love/loved it. The staff are always helpful and treat the children like their own.

I have had no complaints over the last 5 years of taking my children there.

My eldest is doing brilliantly at school, which is thanks to the girls at Busy Bees Nursery for teaching him what he knows and giving him the best start to educational life.

Happy with the service and they are always very accommodating with swaps and extra days. Children seem happy there and talk about it and staff members when they leave. Outdoor facilities are a bonus.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 11 months old, she is now approaching 3. She has enjoyed every day. I can see her grow and her social skills are commented on by everyone, I give a lot of credit to the nursery and staff for this. I would recommend this nursery and would use this nursery again. I am dreading my daughters last day, it will be a very sad day.
