My son has been at the nursery since he was three months old and continues to enjoy his time there. The staff are experienced and they all show a great deal of care and get to know the children as individuals. He loves exploring the outside and they very much encourage this. It has really helped my
son to learn and socialise especially during Covid-19 times where outside socialising has not been an option.

The staff at Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell are amazing, they have worked through Covid-19 and shown great care to the children. My son has gained confidence and knowledge through attending the nursery. The garden is lovely and he enjoys attending nursery greatly. Can’t recommend enough.

An amazing nursery with staff who genuinely care about your child! It took me a long time to find a nursery I loved and I knew this was the one within minutes. Our daughter comes home as happy as she goes in and I can’t thank the nursery staff enough.

Excellent nursery, staff are extremely approachable and excellent at keeping you updated. I have found their flexibility extremely helpful throughout lockdown and the ability to add extra days a huge bonus. The fantastic garden and focus on children playing outside is a huge positive and the focus on
creativity is brilliant. I would highly recommend this nursery as outstanding in every way.

Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell is a brilliant nursery, the staff are fantastic with my little boy. They do lots of varied activities with the children and the standard of care is excellent, as are the facilities at the nursery. Throughout Covid-19 the staff have worked incredibly hard keeping the
nursery open for key workers children and they have kept them safe and happy throughout, which is so important to both the children and us as parents. My little boy has really benefited from the consistency and the wonderful staff. We are very grateful to everyone at Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell for this.

After initially comparing multiple nurseries, Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell was by far our favourite due to the amazing staff and healthy food choices. Our daughter started Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell at twelve months old. As our first child we were obviously very nervous to leave her for the
first time. The staff were brilliant at reassuring us that she would be absolutely fine. The nursery have lots of activities to keep the children entertained, the outdoor garden is great and there is a good ratio of staff to children so they aren’t left on their own. We receive regular pictures and updates throughout the day of what she is up to via the app. Lots of drawing, reading, dancing, playing and the list goes on. I would one hundred percent recommend this nursery, my daughter loves it and we love knowing she’s happy, safe and learning.

Couldn’t wish for a better nursery! My daughter absolutely loves going! It’s always hard as a first time mam to find people who you can leave your child with but as soon as we had our first visit I knew that she would be well looked after and totally fine here. She loves her key worker and the other

My little boy is always very happy to go into nursery and also smiling when he comes away. I am convinced he is well cared for and also has a good time. He would be very quick to make it known if he didn’t like it. The online reports through the parent app are great! It is excellent to get photos and
updates about what he has been doing. You can always tell he is being engaged with and is enjoying the activities.

Absolutely love this nursery and all the staff are lovely. My little boy has been going for about a year now and he loves it. The nursery rooms are exciting and full of lovely learning and play areas suited to the ages and a beautiful garden. I love getting their photo updates of what he is getting
up to and seeing how happy he is. Not a single issue with this nursery and would fully recommend to anyone!

We’re so happy we decided to send our daughter to Busy Bees at Sunderland, Fulwell. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they really love what they do. Our little one loves her nursery days and she can’t wait to tell us what she has been up to! The staff have been really supportive with potty
training and our daughters social skills and confidence has come on leaps and bounds too! We’ve recommended friends and family to the nursery and will continue to speak highly of them.

Friendly and helpful staff who struck an instant rapport with us from day one. I have found the nursery manager as considerate and understanding. Together they have helped my child to settle down and grow with confidence.
There is a nice garden for the children to play and a variety of learning activities
to kindle young minds.

My daughter has recently been toilet training. The staff have been and continue to be, extremely supportive of her and us. They are kind, patient and professional which gives my daughter the confidence to do what makes her comfortable. She is now mostly dry all day and I am very grateful to Busy Bees
for this.

It is really hard to have to leave your child with anyone that isn’t family but with Busy Bees, I know that I can leave my child in a safe and loving environment. The staff are so reassuring and are genuinely invested in the well being of the children they look after. My son has grown in confidence
at Busy Bees and always has lots of fun (especially in the amazing outside space). The management are brilliant and very accommodating last minute. The food choices are brilliant and my son always surprises me with the new things he tries. This is a really big factor for me as nutrition is important. I’m going to be really sad when he has to leave for school nursery. Thank you for all that you do and keep up the good work, you’re all doing a fantastic job 5*

My little girl has been attending this nursery since December 2017 when I went back to work. I wanted to find a nursery that I felt comfortable with for leaving my child for all of the day and this nursery is excellent and perfect. I got the good vibe when I walked in the door and visited the nursery.
The staff are so welcoming, they are friendly, they all know my little girl by her name and always take the time to speak to me and her dad. The facilities are fantastic, the back garden is huge and there is so much to play with and explore.
The care that she receives is second to none, and the activities that she partakes in stimulate her and bring her development on.
She enjoys all the food that is provided to her and likes to try new things.
I am very reassured and calm knowing my little girl attends this nursery, I receive updates throughout the day and pictures. I couldn’t recommend the nursery high enough they are 10/10!

I couldn’t ask for better people to look after my child. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting this nursery (especially the bigger class). They have taught him so much and he absolutely loves going. I will actually be devastated when he eventually needs to leave to go to school.

My little girl started when she was only 8 months old. Nursery showed her independence and she has come on leaps and bounds. I wish I could put her in more days - a discount, if children were put in more days, would be great, i.e. less for day 2, less for day 3, etc.
