The staff team are fantastic, and the nursery overall is exceptional.

Absolutely amazing, staff are very friendly to both adults and children, every time my child has come home from nursery I've seen improvements with her communication and education skills. I'm so happy I decided to choose this nursery.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. Both of my children have attended The Cedars Nursery from being a very young age and my youngest is still there! The manager and the team are just fabulous. They build brilliant relationships with both the children and families to help support the best possible care that I could ask for my children!

My daughter has been attending The Cedars Nursery, Sunderland, for around 18 months now. At first, she was really nervous and would be upset, but the staff were brilliant, they put her and me at ease and always keep me updated with her progress. Anything the staff can help you with they will, always go above and beyond and they are approachable and professional. Now my daughter loves going to nursery always happy to go and happy at home after enjoying her day at nursery. I could not recommend The Cedars Nursery enough and all the amazing staff.

My child has attended this nursery for a while now and I couldn't be more satisfied. After my little girl not settling at previous nurseries, I was so nervous, but seeing her make positive progress and be so happy here is so mind-settling. Also, the staff are the friendliest ever and food meal menus are so beneficial for little ones.

Their outdoor space and allotment area are exceptional and is one of the main reasons we chose Cedars over the many others that had tired-looking or small outdoor spaces. They have worked with us through some sleep issues and are working with us on potty training too. They have also been flexible where possible when our circumstances have changed.

Our daughter has attended Cedars for over a year now and we could not recommend this nursery enough. She has made some strong connections with the other children and the staff. She struggles to leave us, but the staff are very assuring, that she has a wonderful day as soon as we leave, this is evident in the photos I often see on her online journal. The lunches sound delicious and are well-planned with lots of variation, our daughter always seems to enjoy the food. I am more than confident in the care my little girl receives when she is at the nursery.

My grandchildren have attended Cedars Nursery since just over 1 year old until leaving August 22 for infant school. They have a lot to deal with in their short lives and with the manager's help and her amazing staff, they have helped them develop into amazing kids. The manager says it's down to me too but yes I agree up to a point. I have the utmost trust in them, as a nursery and honestly cannot pick a fault with them. My grandchildren are confident, bright, happy, outgoing and the way they helped them to adjust to starting school and making them look forward to it was brilliant. They have settled into school life perfectly. No worrying about it or tears. I cannot express how brilliant this nursery is. Highly recommend it to anybody and everyone.

Wow, what an experience! The Cedars Nursery is amazing. 100% recommended to anyone that needs childcare or even if you want your child to have that little extra before nursery. My little girl started her next chapter and was so, so sad to leave all these beautiful ladies! I can't thank them enough for the help and support they gave my little girl, they helped her grow so much and her confidence is through the roof! Her speech came along beautifully as well, these people don't get enough credit for what they do! Thank you again, everyone! Keep doing what you do best!

My three-year-old grandson has been attending The Cedars Nursery for nearly two years and absolutely loves everything about it. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and caring. I know that when I leave him he's left in very capable hands. I can't speak highly enough and would 100% recommend sending your loved ones to this nursery/daycare.

Cedars Nursery Sunderland is an outstanding Nursery. My little girl has been here since she was 6 months. She is now 4 years old and is growing up fast. Cedars has made her ready to join her new school in September. All the staff and the Manager have been amazing. My little girl will miss Cedars when she leaves however she will be ready for her next step in life. Thank you again.

I receive any queries are addressed when made, staff always have a smile, the manager is 'hands on' which you don't often find, great menu, always clean. Through the whole Covid crisis all guidelines have been adhered to great to ensure the safety of children and staff. Thank you to all the Cedars staff for making my boys first year of nursery amazing and enjoyable.

Couldn't recommend Cedars Nursery more. My son has attended this nursery since he was one and will be staying here until he starts school. The staff are all so lovely and professional and my son absolutely loves his days at Cedars.

My two daughters aged 3 and a half and two and a half both attend Cedars nursery. The nursery itself has large spacious homely feeling rooms with a great outdoor area which I felt was important when choosing a nursery. All of the staff are extremely passionate about what they do. I feel content knowing my daughters are loved and cared for in a safe environment. They have both thrived since starting nursery at age 2. They both look forward to going to nursery and have built close relationships with all of the staff there including the nursery manager who also has an active role within the nursery with the children. I love picking them up and hearing all about all the different activities they have done throughout the day, meals they've had etc. I highly recommend this nursery and can't thank the staff enough for all that they do.

Children know what they like, and my 2-year-old grandson runs from the car to get into the nursery! From my personal interaction with staff members, they always make time to listen and provide updates on his day going into detail when asked and welcome, and wave goodbye with smiles in their voices and on their faces. During Covid, they have always complied with protocols on handover/drop off, and I am aware they not only flag concerns verbally, but email in a timely manner. Great staff, organisation and the perfect place for my grandson... well done!

My daughter loves The Cedars Nursery - Sunderland. She gets excited the night before she goes as she knows her friends will be there waiting for her to play. The staff are all very professional and lovely to talk too. All procedures relating to Covid 19 are adhered to and they are clearly marked at the entrances and exists what needs to be done. All the children are happy and smiling and my daughter always comes home telling me the exciting times she's had at nursery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other friends and family.

I can see that my little boy is really enjoying his time at nursery. The staff team have been amazing, brought his speech on and potty training on. Absolutely fantastic.

My son cannot wait to get to nursery, he enjoys every day and is always talking about the activities he gets up to. All the staff look after him so much and are so personal, each day he has a wee story about someone different. Sue has been great in terms of communication regardless of the content and is always available to discuss matters good or bad. Standards are never anything less than impeccable it is constantly apparent each member of the team working there genuinely love their role and the natural relationship between themselves and the kids shine through. I'd like to highlight one member of staff as one of the most genuinely caring young ladies and although everyone there are stars, this person stands out daily for me and my son regularly talks about her and how she is his "favourite". The recent Christmas party was a real treat and clearly well-considered and planned. There is clearly an expectation set and is delivered consistently.

Our son was having some difficulties before he found The Cedars. The team were fantastic in addressing our concerns and putting a plan in place to support him. He has flourished in the time he has been at Cedars and that is all down to the fantastic facilities and the wonderful staff. Every single person at Cedars is warm and friendly, you can tell how much they genuinely care for all the children in their care. It's the only nursery I would recommend.
