Overall a fabulous nursery and would recommend to all.

More photos would also be good, especially as LO has now moved into preschool - it would be great to see more of what they are learning.

My son has struggled getting used to a nursery environment from first starting mid April and I feel the staff have done a brilliant job ensuring he eases into being away from me and taking there time to comfort him as much as possible during the process this is very reassuring to me as a parent.

My little boy is having a great time at Kids Planet Ashbrook nursery! I'm so pleased with the wonderful staff who are taking such good care of him. It's truly heartwarming that he's in such a supportive and nurturing environment.

My son has went to this nursery for over a year, when he first started he had severe separation anxiety, the staff helped him so much in overcoming this. The staff promised me that soon he will be running into nursery smiling and saying bye mam; I never believed it, could never see it happening. Sure enough now he loves nursery and waves me good bye with a smile on his face. He has came so far thanks to the nurturing staff in both toddlers and preschool. We can't thank them enough for how they have brought his confidence on! The admin side of things lets the nursery down, with the slow response to email etc but they are always very apologetic about this.

Very happy with the Nursery and have no worries at all.

My little girl loves nursery she started when she was just 9 month and loves going her little face lights up when we pull up she knows we're she's going it's crazy how she just goes straight to her teachers and loves them so much the staff are all way there to help with anything she is coming in so much so thank you girls

Very happy with the nursery for my child. My son really enjoys his time there and speaks highly of it. The staff are very welcoming and warm. Communication is good and any queries can be answered quickly.

Thank you for always looking after Elias. He loves nursery and has really progressed during his time. During his time at nursery Elias has made lots of friends and has been supported by every staff member.

We absolutely love Kids Planet and all the staff. Our child is so happy, and that makes us as parents happy. Our son has come on so much and is learning loads every day, and it's great to see. He has made some great friends with the children in his room, but also with the staff. He always talks about his day, and it's always positive

Our daughter loves going to nursery! The staff are amazing and go out of their way to get to know the children. Staff are approachable, helpful, kind and welcoming. They have formed lovely relationships with our daughter and she talks about the staff at home. Staff plan amazing activities which engage our daughter and help her to make progress in all areas of learning. We've had a really positive experience from the day our daughter started in the baby room and would recommend the nursery to other parents.

Lovely nursery all three of my children have been to kids planet in Ashbrooke the nursery nurses are so caring and loving. My daughter comes in excited for her day and puts her arms out for cuddles , they offer well balanced food and nap areas

The staff at the nursery are great, they are very accommodating and are extremely understanding. Our little girl's development has come on massively since joining this nursery, and her confidence has gone through the roof. This is all thanks to the people working at the nursery, special thanks to her Key Worker.

My son only attends Nursery one day a week, but each time is happy to come into Nursery. The lovely staff put me at ease and I love knowing he is being well looked after and cared for, with a great range of learning opportunities available to him. Thank you!

I am totally happy with the nursery, my son enjoys his time. He learns new things, teachers are very helpful, they help him to understand everything so I am very satisfied with them, they provide good facilities, food, activities, things which help them mentally and physically. Thank you

We love this nursery.

My daughter attends one day a week and she absolutely loves it. Initially, I thought I'd need more days to help her settle, however, she loves going, she gets very excited when we pull up and happily goes in. All the staff are wonderful, nothing ever a bother, always happy to help. We love that our daughter is always doing a range of activities as busy working parents we may not have the time to do.

My son loves it here and the staff go above and beyond in everything they do. They answered all of my questions and were really patient with my circumstances. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery!

My child has started nursery at 2 and a half, having never been before. I was understandably nervous to see how he would settle but I needn’t have worried. The staff were so welcoming and kind and despite a few teary days, my child looks forward to his time at nursery now. I really enjoy the app and being able to get updates on my child. Communication with the nursery has been excellent and I always get a swift response to any questions or queries.
