Nurserytime South Shields

We are very pleased with the transition our son has made into Nursery. He was very hesitant and would often get upset at first but after the support and guidance we received from the lovely staff our son is now loving his time at nursery. We were offered extra settling in sessions which put us at ease knowing this transition didn't need to be rushed. We are so thankful to the staff at nursery time and couldn't be happier with the progress our son is making.

My little boy has been to this nursery for nearly a month now and is absolutely thriving! At pick up and drop off he has the biggest smile on his face every time. All staff are so friendly and take care of my little boy with such professionalism and care. I am so glad we chose this nursery

An excellent nursery for my children. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly understand the needs of both parents and children. They create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment that makes a real difference. My son absolutely loves going there and is always happy and excited. I also had a very positive experience with my older daughter when she attended, which gave me great confidence in the nursery. It's clear that the team is dedicated, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and trustworthy place for their children.

My children absolutely love going to Nurserytime. My son and daughter both come out with beaming smiles on their faces at the end of each day and full of tales about their day. The app is always updated with info about meals and naps along with lots of photos of their outings and the fun activities they get up to. The staff are amazing and always show so much love and care for my children.

When I was concerned about my son's speech, staff were quick to refer him and complete tests with him at nursery. If I ever have any queries, Helen is always quick to respond and deal with it efficiently.

My daughter loves going to nursery here. The girls are wonderful with her and she learns so much. I feel that she's safe and well looked after, and I love seeing what she's been up to on the app! I'd be very happy to recommend this nursery to others (and have done already!)

My daughter has been attending the nursery since October 2025, and we couldn't be happier with the care, support, and warmth she has received during this time. One thing we especially appreciate is how thoughtfully the nursery has managed her dairy allergy. Every meal and snack time has been handled with care and responsibility, giving us full confidence that her dietary needs are understood and respected. The staff are always vigilant and open in their communication, which greatly reassures us. It's been wonderful to see how much she has gained in confidence, social skills, and independence since she started. We highly recommend this nursery to any family seeking a caring, attentive, and supportive environment for their child.

My little girl attends nurserytime south shields, and has done since Sept 25, her social development has absolutely rocketed, and she has made lovely little friends. The staff are incredible, they really care about the little ones and each staff member knows of each child, if not knows them well. They can be super flexible for my ever changing work schedule. Safeguarding, privacy and professionalism is great.

I am very happy with my experience at the Nursery. All of the staff are kind and welcoming. Lujane has settled in really well. I can't say much about activities or learning as I don't know much about what she does there. This would be the only thing I would say it would be nice to know more about. Thank you

The staff at Nurserytime have been amazing! My little one was hesitant at first but the girls have been so friendly and welcoming that it didn't take her long to warm up to them. She has made friends and loves going into explore and try out new different activities each week. They keep you upto date via an app and it's just so heart warming to see your child enjoying their time at the nursery. They have really helped take away the mum guilt and you feel content when you know your child is settled and happy. They keep your child clean as best they can and are great to ensure they eat well. They're a great team and take on any feedback. Thank you for everything!

I was very worried about putting my little girl into nursery and how she would settle and be without me, I looked at a few and heard nothing but good about this nursery and they weren't wrong. My little girl has settled so well she just walks in and barely even says bye to me half of the time and she's so excited when she comes out, telling us all about her day and what she has done. Couldn't recommend enough the staff are so lovely and polite.

I'm extremely happy with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery. The staff are warm, patient, and genuinely dedicated to each child's wellbeing and development. My child has grown in confidence and looks forward to going every day. The activities are creative and educational, and the communication with parents is excellent. I truly appreciate the safe, nurturing, and fun environment they've created - highly recommended!

My little boy attends the baby room at Nirserytime South Shields and is always welcomed with open arms and a warm smile. The team are kind, caring, and create a joyful, nurturing environment. We really appreciate the updates through handovers, observations, and photos - it's lovely to see our little one enjoying his time there. Each practitioner brings their own skills and talents, making the room a safe and happy place to be.

My 20 month old started here in January 2025 and was so anxious to begin with that I almost pulled her out as I felt she just wasn't ready to be away from me. Fast forward to May and she doesn't even look back to kiss me goodbye on her way in, she runs to the nursery staff and can't wait to start her day, which is all thanks to the girls and the effort they put into making my little one feel at ease and making her time enjoyable and full of fun, I can't thank them all enough.

I am so pleased I chose Nurserytime for my child. The staff go above and beyond to plan fun and exciting activities to excite, nuture and enable my child to progress their learning and development. Very friendly staff, my son loves the nursery and all of the teachers and always comes out extremely happy with his day, has improved in so many ways since starting and very happy with overall care and respect.

The staff at Nurserytime are caring and compassionate. They are always child led and the activities/facilities they access daily are always enjoyable; Yoga, local park visits, visits to the care home across the road, so children learn respect and have involvement in the community. My grandson was teary on his first few months at drop-off time , staff were always reassuring and empathetic with him about his fear, he now loves to go to see (the girls) staff.

Nursery time South Shields is an amazing nursery, my little boy loves going here and has the best time! He is very comfortable, loves all the nursery practitioners and always comes home to tell me about how exciting his day was! Always friendly greetings at the door and all staff are very trustworthy with the children. The little trips outside of the nursery are a bonus as well!
