Our son loves his time at nursery and they have really helped him to develop his language.

My son has been coming here since he was 11 months old and we both absolutely love it. His language and skills are beyond what we'd expect for his age and we attribute much of this to his time at nursery. He's made some lovely friends and the range of activities is great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery, the staff treat him like family, and we know he enjoys being here which gives me peace of mind.

Whilst the care is great and he has fun, signing him up into nursery, deciding starting dates and days for him were a challenge.

Our daughter has settled in very well in the nursery. All of the staff are really welcoming and made great environment for my child. She is really bonded with me and I was really worried that she won't like nursery but she just needed a couple of sessions and she started to be comfortable with the nursery and staff. It's good to see her happy staying here when we are going to work.

Nursery Communication has declined and fewer emails are sent. Notice boards are being used instead.

My child loves going to nursery. She has the best time and loves to tell me all about her day. The staff are excellent and so engaging. My daughter's speech and development are constantly improving. Since the transition to Kids Planet, there has been a lot more communication and the visits outside into the local community are fantastic. Thank you, Kids Planet.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet since June 2024, and she settled in very quickly and she's been happy there since. All of the staff are so lovely and build personal connections with the children.

My daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 1 and is now 3. I can't fault the staff. They are very helpful and my daughter loves them. Her communication skills are second to none and I believe this is from spending time at the nursery.

My daughter started at Kids Planet about 3 weeks ago. I've been so impressed with the level of care of the staff. I would say the care and kindness of the staff are what has impressed me the most. My daughter has settled so well and that's because of the staff. The handover at the end of the day is really helpful and I love seeing all the lovely foods my daughter has eaten too. Naps were a bit of an issue for my daughter but just after 3 weeks at nursery, this has improved at nursery and at home. The one thing I'd like to see slightly more of is the Golden Moments on the app but if I ever message on the app there is always a swift reassuring reply.

The nursery is fantastic. They have supported our child as her special educational needs have emerged. All the staff care so very much about our child and are really engaged in her progress and development. The staff are a real credit to the nursery and if it wasn't for them, our experience would be very different. One thing is that the new owners could communicate better the changes with parents. Also they had promised a coffee morning with parents which has not happened.

Our little girl absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff are just lovely and it feels that they really care about our little girl and know a lot about her. She comes home from nursery talking about what she has done with the staff and her friends. We have had a few incidents where our little girl has been bitten by children in her class, however, the staff have tried to deal with these incidents promptly and helped us feel reassured as parents that she is safe.

The nursery provides a safe and welcoming environment for my child. The staff are caring and attentive and the facilities are well-maintained. My child seems happy and comfortable there. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience so far.

The staff at the nursery are fantastic and our son loves being there. He's been in the baby and tot's rooms and loved both. He gets so many activities and we've noticed huge developments in him since starting nursery. Thank you to the amazing team!

Our son loves nursery and regularly doesn't want to leave! The care for him has been outstanding and his learning and development is clear.

Both of my sons have attended the nursery since they were a year old. We're very lucky that its on your doorstep but we 100% have chosen it anyway. The staff are all lovely, patient and kind with the children (and parents!). You can tell they all love their work. Both boys have thrived in the nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other parents.

Since the change to Kids Planet we have been thrilled with the communication with the nursery and the new pick up/drop off system. My little one always has a great time and loves all the staff.
