Kids Planet Longbenton

Both of my children have attended kids planet nursery. My daughter, who is now in school, absolutely loved it.The staff are so nurturing and kind towards the children and they helped to build a solid foundation for her school years. My son is currently at the nursery and he has special educational needs, with many aspects of his care being challenging at times. The nursery staff, his key worker and the Senco have been incredible. There is a genuine desire to do their absolute utmost to help support him and us as his family during a difficult time. I genuinely dont know what we would've done without them and they feel like part of our family now. They are working tirelessly to help prepare him for school in September, the problem being I dont want him to leave! An all round fabulous nursery for children to thrive.

It's lovely to see them flourish and make bonds with both the staff and their peers.

The women in the baby room are so lovely and they are so loving with my son, hes generally only comfortable around me and my husband but he clearly loves them and they clearly care for him so well. Hes grown so much in confidence.

Our daughter started at Kids Planet Longbenton in May 2025 and our experience has been wonderful! You can tell everyone there really cares for the children they look after and are passionate about proving them with the best care possible. Our daughter loves getting involved in all the activities offered to her and loves to explore outside. The care offered is child focused, they are encouraged to do what they enjoy. Alongside this her development as sky rocketed with their support, definitely putting her in good standing for when she starts school. Sending our daughter to Kids Planet Longbenton is one of the best decisions we have made for her.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Longbenton for over a year now and loves it! She always comes out of nursery full of joy. She started when she was 15 months old and I remember how apprehensive and anxious I felt about it. But from day one, I felt reassured that she was somewhere safe and that the staff would take good care of her. I love hearing about all the different activities they do and seeing how my daughter has thrived in this environment. I've also always appreciated being listened to and how attentive both the staff who take care of her and management have been. They really do a fantastic job!

My twins have attended this nursery since they were 8 months old. We felt so comfortable with it from the beginning and I knew I wanted them to go there, this was before it was owned by Kids Planet. Nothing has changed since the change in ownership, the staff are all lovely and I am confident that my children are getting a rich educational foundation while being surrounded by lovely people and a fantastic environment.

The nursery has been a safe haven for our daughter to learn and grow. She has blossomed into an intelligent, sociable and curious girl with confidence and joy. The staff at the nursery have been like a family to our daughter and she loves them very much. We could not be happier to have put our trust in these caring individuals, who have guided our daughter through the most formative years of her life.

Staff are amazing, don't do themselves justice how good the nursery is run. Little boy always comes out happy speaks volumes.

Kids Planet is an inclusive, relaxed nursery that prioritises child care with lovely, friendly staff.

The nursery has been excellent with my son. After a year together I was nervous with his transition but the staff were amazing; they ensured my child was comforted and supported and he quickly settled in. Can't thank staff enough for making this an easy transition. Handivers are througher and pleased my son is in kind and caring hands. Communication is also great.

Great, feel my son is looked after and enjoys his time at Kids Planet. The staff make him feel welcome and safe to explore. They do an amazing job in the tots room.

Let down with how missing properly was handled by staff - no remorse, felt like I had to push for updates.
