Fantastic nursery. All the staff are completely invested in my children's early years education and development.

Kids Planet has been a great experience for my daughter. They have helped her grow in confidence and make friends. She shows keen interest in all the activities, and I feel she has been well-prepped for reception.

Overall Kids Planet Longbenton is a great environment, the staff are very personable and have a great relationship with the children, including my older child who has left and started school. Communication is fantastic. The facilities are great for a child's development.

All staff in the tots room are so kind and caring - they always greet us with a smile! They know our child so well and always have her best interests at heart! We feel extremely comfortable leaving our child with them - they are fantastic!

Absolutely over the moon with my sons progress over the last few months due to the support from the amazing staff. The facilities and rooms are amazing and so accommodating to each stage of development.

Where a challenge has arisen with our son's behaviour, they have worked collaboratively with me and my husband and have been patient. There are loads of activities at nursery, and our son loves it. Staff have made sure they've built a positive and meaningful relationship with my little boy. He excels in the toddler room and has opportunities to explore. play and thrive. Staff are always friendly and informative upon pick and nothing is ever to big of an ask.

Both of my children have attended kids planet nursery. My daughter, who is now in school, absolutely loved it.The staff are so nurturing and kind towards the children and they helped to build a solid foundation for her school years. My son is currently at the nursery and he has special educational needs, with many aspects of his care being challenging at times. The nursery staff, his key worker and the Senco have been incredible. There is a genuine desire to do their absolute utmost to help support him and us as his family during a difficult time. I genuinely dont know what we would've done without them and they feel like part of our family now. They are working tirelessly to help prepare him for school in September, the problem being I dont want him to leave! An all round fabulous nursery for children to thrive.
