Kids Planet Westerhope

Lovely, spacious nursery with helpful staff. They have been great helping my little boy settle in and I love hearing about his day. The management were extremely helpful offering the preferred hours once they became available, enabling both of my children to attend at the same time come April

The team are amazing and very responsive. The boys have gained even more confidence since attending. We really couldn't ask for more. Excellent facilities and team.

As a first-time Mam, I was incredibly nervous about leaving my daughter in someone else's care just before her first birthday. However, the staff here have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire transition. The settling-in days were handled with so much care that I felt instantly calmer. Now, my daughter has so much fun every day she attends. We are always greeted with a warm smile, and it's clear the staff truly care about the children. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The staff at this nursery are fantastic. They are so attentive, positive and friendly. They will go the extra mile and try to make the children have a great experience. The food menu is varied to allow for exposure to all types of different food.

Kids Planet Westerhope is an outstanding nursery. The staff are always smiling and are absolutely brilliant with the children. Both my children love it there and they have been fantastic at managing both my son's allergies. I would recommend this nursery to any body who is looking for a place where their little ones will thrive, to me KP Westerhope is just like part of the family!

As a child on the spectrum, my daughter's needs are always met with incredible accommodations. From the manager answering every question during the tour to the staff adapting daily with ear defenders, meal support, or anything else she needs, their dedication is unmatched. I can't recommend this nursery enough-they're welcoming, caring, and truly wonderful.

The nursery provides an outstanding environment for our daughter to thrive in. She thoroughly enjoys attending nursery and is always excited when she knows it is the day to go. Our daughter has made a lot of friends at Kids Planet and that is down to the way the staff encourages the social aspect as well as providing a safe space for her.

Amazing school and amazing staff, always there to help and support you. My little girl loves it there. The staff are really good with the children; my little girl has come on so much since being at that school.

The Nursery is fab, they have excellent staff and are always very helpful. My daughter loves it. The room that she is in has lots of different toys for her to choose from, the food that she gets is always very good and there is lots to choose from.

He has made a lovely bond with the staff and children there and loves his time at nursery!

I love how we get updates of what he has been up to that day via the app.

The staff have been great with my child, regularly updating the app with their progress and how their day is going. Which puts my mind at ease at work on a daily basis. Additionally, they have built a very positive relationship with my child and they appear to enjoy their time at Kids Planet. The staff are always friendly and welcoming when I do drop-offs and pick-ups and provide additional information during these times.

Staff have been great in the baby room. Always update the app which gives me reassurance when I’m at work and I like how there is the same staff every Thursday who know my child, the consistency helps me know she is not just passed around and can build a rapport with the same people as she only does one day a week.

I have been very happy with the care my child has received whilst at nursery. The settling process was well thought out and adapted to meet the needs of individual children and families. My daughter enjoys the range of activities and the soft play area is a bonus. Each morning we are greeted with a smile and my child is greeted using her name by management, the cook and the staff within the rooms. Communication has been clear via the app and management are very quick to answer the phone for important messages or just a check-in. I would love to see more pictures of what my child does during the day in regard to learning through play, although I understand this due to time constraints.

The loveliest bunch of staff, I feel 100% comfortable leaving my son at nursery, I never feel judged if I have questions. A lot of support with my SEN child. Lots of lovely activities that he wants to also do at home. Also lots of learning stories and photos on the app. They also spend lots of time outside.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Westerhope since April 2023. She has absolutely loved every moment of being there. She has amazing relationships with her room staff and the managers. I have always felt at ease since the moment she started, I always knew she was in good hands which was always my main concern. My daughter has flourished, grown in confidence, independence and knowledge since attending this nursery. It was the best decision we’ve made. My son will be attending this nursery when it’s time, I’ve told all my friends and family members this is the nursery you need to use. I’m forever grateful for the staff at the nursery, how welcoming, accommodating and all round lovely they are. Not to mention when my daughter first started, my son was very small and the staff would watch over him while I got my daughter settled. Well done Kids Planet Westerhope. You’re all the most amazing people and run the most amazing nursery.

My son started Kids Planet Westerhope in October/November and I can honestly say it’s been the best decision. I was quite anxious about leaving my baby when I returned to work but the staff and management have made this transition so much easier than I thought possible. My little boy will happily go in at drop off and there is always a smile on his face when I pick him up. Their outside space is lovely and I love the fact he is getting plenty of fresh air. On rainy days they have a lovely sensory room and soft play room which you would happily pay money to use! I feel the staff in his room really care about my son and have got to know him really well. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring fun nursery for their child.

Very good nursery with friendly and responsible staff. My daughter attended earlier and now my son also goes 3 days a week. My boy settled well and looks happy to go. There are lots of indoor and outdoor activities to play with. Communication app excellent and updated regularly. Would definitely recommended as an early years child care facility.

Fantastic care team, really supportive to parents and child. My daughter loves being there. The food seems amazing for choices and really accommodating of dietary needs. Lots of variety in activities. Very flexible when needing extra days. Fabulous experience.
