The staff were very supportive when my child moved in from another nursery with short notice due to staffing concerns, and helped her settle in easily and make new friends. My child has been happy here and I believe she has learnt lots. Staff are also friendly and nice. I wish there were more opportunities for other type of activities such as trips, visits to park or farms etc.

Woodlands has been a great nursery for our son since January 2025. They always do fun activities with the children. We love receiving daily updates on food, activities, sleep and pictures. All the staff are always friendly and we have never had any issues. We would recommend to anyone.

Our son goes to the baby room at Partout Woodlands Harrogate. He is our only child and leaving him to have to go back to work was the hardest thing ever. Trusting someone you don't know is so difficult but don't worry because the staff is amazing, caring, loving and our son loves going in and play with the team and his little friends. He settled in quite well and I m so pleased to see he enjoys going ! They offer alternatives when they don't eat well and they are very accommodating with their initial needs example milk, feeding times, naps etc.. I m very happy with this nursery and would recommend to anyone looking around Harrogate. Thank you for everything you do to our son !

I'm very happy with Partou Woodlands, especially since Poppy joined the team. Since my daughter has been attending I did notice things started to slide when they went through a period with no manager but now Emma is in place things have started to pick up. Communication has greatly improved and they are started to try new initiatives to enhance the nursery offering (fire brigade visits, cooking club, gardening club, sing and sign). My daughter is very happy and settled at nursery. She has a good bond with her key worker, Daisy, and Poppy appears to be managing the pre-school room very well. They know my daughter well and help bring out the best in her whilst working alongside myself and her father. Safety at a nursery has always been my number one concern and I feel comfortable that my daughter is safe. The gate is always locked when children are outside and I've seen their processes for ensuring no child consumes an allergen. They are doing a great job and I would recommend.

I have children at Woodlands Nursery, they both absolutely love nursery days. The staff are all upbeat and fun as well as nurturing. My boys refer to them all as their friends. Communication is brilliant as well. It's always a relief when you can leave them knowing they are going to have a great time and be well looked after. Highly recommend.

Woodlands has been wonderful for both my sons (who are 4 and almost 2) since we moved them from another nursery late last year. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive, and have supported both my boys to grow and learn whilst also acknowledging their individual interests and strengths. My Son was moved from a different day nursery temporarily (due to staff numbers) to Woodlands nursery as were a few of the preschoolers from the same nursery and woodlands nursery were really good at sorting all the moving over arrangements, they made my son feel welcome and comfortable straight away, he was always happy to go to nursery. All the staff at woodlands have been lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter loved her time at Woodlands Day Nursery. She was very well cared for and her needs were always met. As she got older and became school ready she was encouraged to learn to start writing letters and was given a writing book of her own to do activities in. The outdoor space was also a favourite and at any opportunity the children would play outside. She made lots of friends and has very fond memories of her 3 years at Woodlands.

The staff have changed over this time. Managers have come and gone and staff members have evolved. Throughout this time my little boy has been cared for with the utmost quality and dedication. He has grown into a chatty confident little boy and this is no doubt partly due to Woodlands Nursery.
