Choosing a nursery for our little boy was a daunting task but the staff at Busy Bees have made him so very welcome and have helped him thrive from the very first day.
Our boy loves attending nursery and is kept endlessly entertained by a range of activities and educational activities that have supported and accelerated his development.

The most impressive thing about this nursery is the genuine love and care the staff show the babies - at one year old, all we want is for our little boy to know he is cared for and cherished no matter where he is and the staff at Busy Bees provide him with such warmth and affection that we really couldn't ask for more. We would recommend this nursery without hesitation and cannot speak highly enough of their work or of our gratitude for the way they support and care for our child - we feel very lucky that this is our nursery.

My daughter attended Busy Bees in Wakefield from the age of 10 months until we had to leave due to moving house when she was 3.
Busy Bees is a fantastic nursery which has a real family feel, which made leaving my little girl in their hands so much easier. My daughter is a confident, kind, fun loving little girl, in no small part due to the brilliant care she received from nursery.
I would absolutely recommend Busy Bees to any parent considering a nursery and a number of my friends children still attend.
The quality of staff is extremely high and there are so many activities going on every day. There is lots of time spent in the gardens outside and lots of painting and making and story book reading.

Choosing a nursery is a massive decision and I am so glad we chose Busy Bees!

My son has attended Busy Bees nursery in Wakefield for almost two years, and in that time we have been incredibly impressed with the high quality of care, support and guidance he has received. More than anything else he is obviously very happy to be there. We are regularly well informed of his activities, behaviours, personal care and progress. And he delights in telling us what he has done and eaten each day - further evidence of the excellent provision.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for the wonderful job they are doing - it is greatly appreciated.

The nursery does not just comprise of fabulous, hardworking, warm and caring staff, its a family! The kind of support every parent could only dream of.

The senior staff and nurses are always on the other end of the phone in any doubt and if necessary can reassure us of the amazing progress our babies are making on a daily basis. it is also reassuring for us to know that whilst we strive to work hard to make a future for our children, They learning and having lots and lots of fun!

The nurses often organise activities and experiments for the children, which is excellent, I have a fridge covered and draw filled with the most creative work you could ever imagine from both our 1 and 2-year-old.

The nursery is very attentive to our children's needs and our requests, The freshly prepared food is always so exciting and nutritious.

They are highly organised and very dedicated, if your thinking of enrolling your baby, DO IT! you'll be so glad you did.

From a happy mummy and daddy

My son has always loved attending Busy Bees. From day one he has developed fantastic relationships with the staff who have welcomed him with opened arms. They do great activities even from an early age. Busy Bees keep you well informed regarding your child's development and give you photos of them and all the special events they run. My son has come on leaps and bounds whilst attending.

I am really pleased with my son's progress at nursery and I'm also happy with his super awesome key worker. She lets me know everything about how he is doing eg speaking, numbers, playing with our children and eating. Also, in our parents evening, she answered every question we had, and made us know he is happy and having fun while we work. Super staff, super nursery.

My son has been experiencing instances of separation anxiety in the last few weeks. He was extremely upset form the moment I dropped him off. The staff at busy Bees Wakefield have been brilliant with dealing with the situation and have tried a variety of methods to help him get through this phase. I have the pleasure in writing that he has come through the other side thanks to all at Busy Bees and now cannot wait to get in and play. Thanks to all!

My son has left Busy Bees at Wakefield to go to full-time school. He loved attending and my son was always welcomed by the staff. They really supported him and gave the individual attention he needed. The room was well equipped, there was a range of toys and he was always bringing things home that he had made.

I felt the staff were friendly, approachable and caring. The whole nursery is lovely after redecoration and there is a new area for sitting in when waiting in reception. Overall, my experience for my son has been great. My daughter still attends and is also very happy in her room and loves the staff in toddlers.

My child has a good relationship with her keyworker which is demonstrated in her behaviour in attending nursery three days a week.

My child often talks about a good range of activities she has done at nursery and is excited to tell her relatives about her time spent at the nursery.

I have received my child's work to bring home regularly which is of a lovely nature. Overall, my daughter enjoys going to nursery and has made some lovely friendships in Room 10.

My child has been at the nursery from the age of 7months, he is now 4years old. The care he has received at the nursery has been excellent across all rooms, baby, toddler and preschool.
The staff have supported myself and my husband in all sorts of areas, from weaning to potty training, counting and writing.

My child is a very happy and confident boy and Busy Bees have played a big part in this.

Busy bees is a great nursery. My child who is now 2 1/2 has been attending since he turned one and I returned to work. It is a large nursery, but this allows the children to be split into different age groups. The staff are very friendly and my son is happy to attend. The variety of food given at meals always sounds delicious. There is a daily report when you collect your child.
When my son first started there was gradual introduction to the nursery, it is hard to leave a child at nursery but I really trusted them and he soon settled in. As he is an only child, being in the nursery setting among other babies and the toddlers has certainly assisted with his learning and improved his skills from walking to his speech.
The routine of nursery also assisted in keeping routine at home.
The nursery is well run and staff are very approachable with any queries.

I would definitely recommend Busy Bees nursery at wakefield.

My two children have been at the Nursery since the beginning of the year, both were welcomed into the Nursery on their settling in visits and everything was clearly explained to me. I am happy that both children are learning well, as I have been told at parents evenings. The staff are very friendly and approachable and supported me with drop offs which is helpful when having two children. My children look forward to attending the Nursery and especially when they have themed activity days. I have recommended this Nursery to other friends and will happily recommend to others.

Busy Bees in Wakefield is truly a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending since January 2016 and we have been thrilled with how happy she is there.
My daughter frequently comes home with drawings/paintings/biscuits and cakes she's made, which is a lovely surprise and she seems so proud of them. What's most important to me is the things she learns from nursery. Very often she will come out with a word or sing a nursery rhyme that we know could only have come from the singing and reading at Busy Bees. It's evident from this development and her behaviour that she is very happy there.
The staff in both rooms she has been in have been faultless and will always call me if they think she seems unwell or not herself, it's very reassuring. Watching her walk to them for attention or a cuddle is a huge peace of mind too.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery with fantastic outdoor space for them to play in and a warm and welcoming environment.
