Excellent supportive staff, who work well to accommodate the needs of my son. The whole team have helped develop his self confidence. Lovely environment too, particularly the outdoor space.
I have had three children cared for and nurtured by the staff at Mosaic. They have thrived there and have enjoyed every minute.
The Mosaic nursery team are brilliant. My son has been with them since he was nine months old. They are warm, caring attentive and have built great bonds with my son. They offer lots of different play and learning activities throughout the day and the outside play area is just brilliant. Management, nursery staff, catering and cleaning staff - can't fault anyone. They are all great. So pleased we chose Mosaic for our son.

Both my children have loved going to nursery. There is a great feeling of warmth there, and all the nursery nurses are on hand to give the kids a hug if they need one. The team also really invest in the kids and are excited for them when they do well\and achieve a milestone.
I find the management team always understanding and flexible where they can be with days and hours. They always help when they can.
There are lots of themed activities, and the kids learn through play and are taught about basic life skills as well as spending loads of time outside which I love. My favourite activity was that they picked blackberries in the garden and made them into pies!
My elder daughter has allergies and skin problems, and the team took everything in their stride with respect to this; which gave me great confidence.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them!
We are so glad we chose Mosaic to send our son to. We knew it was the right decision within the first week as he was really well cared for and the staff all gave him a lot of love while also being exceptionally professional and well organised at all times. Our son has been with them for 18-months now, and the service has always been the same - exceptional. Mosaic is a fun and friendly place that is well run and somewhere my son loves to visit each day. He knows all the staff's names, and you can see they are really fond of him and he is taken great care of. The staff as individuals; are really lovely and as a team they are brilliant. I'm so glad our son goes there and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mosaic Centre to anyone thinking of sending their children.
His progression in the three months has been great, and it’s clear that the staff all care about him and each of the children and parents they have.

Hi, my name is Michelle, I have worked for the LTHT Nurseries for 20 years and am Deputy Manager and Special Education Needs Co-ordinator for the nursery. In my role I support the day-to-day running of the nursery and work to support any children and families with SEND, liaising with outside agencies to coordinate support. I have a level 3 qualification in my early years, a BH Honours in Business Management and am a qualified EYP.
