I've had a good experience with the nursery but I feel they can improve on cleanliness which is good at the moment. My baby loves it and has improved cognitively and is more social, the staff are friendly too and care for her.

Excellent, cheerful and friendly staff. My son adapted quite well and quickly and he is now happy to be dropped off. I also really love the app where I can check up on his day-to-day activities.

Lovely staff and very happy that they look after my child. Good facilities and food. Regular updates. Children go outside and lots of activities. Parking can be an issue, otherwise very happy with the nursery.

Excellent experience with very friendly and hardworking staff members who provide updates on well-being of the child and progress during the day. They always make sure the child is being involved in group activities and progressing in their developmental milestones. Good communication and can track
the child's activities with an app which is helpful. Safe environment and makes it easy for staff to drop off and pick up the child after work, making it less stressful for the parents. Overall, would recommend it highly.

Amazing staff, the little one is very settled and happy. Had no issues getting her settled in, the staff are always helpful with any questions and I know I'm leaving her in capable hands when I go to work. She has learned loads since being there.

The nursery has always been so accommodating. My little boy started in Aug/Sep 2023 and I was very anxious about this. The staff were very reassuring me and ensured I did enough settling in days. My son was only around 14 months at this time but due to their hospitality, he settled in nicely within
2 weeks. The staff never made me feel like a nuisance whenever I called to check in they were very warm towards me. My son loves it there now and is developing very nicely.

Both my children have attended Mosaic and have had the most wonderful time. They are always happy to go and love spending time there. The staff are amazing - so caring, enthusiastic and great at communicating. I feel very lucky that my children have built such great relationships with them and have
fond memories that will be cherished forever.

My daughter attended the Nursery 2019-2021. She really liked the Nursery and made and maintained lasting friendships with other children. The staff at Clarendon Nursery are very friendly and one can see genuine bonds and relationships between staff and the kids. After my daughter left the Nursery for
school nursery, she missed Claredon Nursery immensely. So it is not surprising that when we had our second born, he also was enrolled and still attends the nursery. The care the team provides is exceptional. Very considerate and accommodating, seen when my son was unwell for a period of time. The support received from staff and management is commendable. I highly recommend the nursery.

Both my children have attended the Mosaic Centre and have been very happy there, developing an array of social and practical skills. Because of this, my eldest has integrated into school life easily, making new friends and being able to perform the activities relatively independently. My youngest still
attends and although she was shy at first, due to lockdown, her confidence has grown significantly, we will be very sad when she leaves.
The staff are very down to earth and approachable and the childcare hours available are flexible.

Kind and considerate team.
Very informative with updates and review of standards they meet.
Nice, clean room and good bathroom/changing area set up.
Small outside space, but have done lots with it over the past three years (new slides climbing area etc.).
Good communication from management team.
My
boys have loved their time in Clarendon, always happy to run in on a morning.

My daughter has been attending Clarendon Nursery since she was thirteen months. She loves it and made lovely friends! I could not have chosen a better nursery for my daughter. The staff are brilliant; very caring and loving. My daughter has learnt a lot and I watched her confidence grow massively. It
is a small nursery so we all know each other and they work together like a family. The key workers, manager and deputy manager are all great and very professional. Excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. Variety of food options for vegetarians. The app is great as I am able to see photos of my daughter; her activities, what she has eaten and her developmental milestones. Excellent opening hours and location for someone who works at the hospital. Overall, the nursery has exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for your hard work. Keep up the good work. This will definitely be the place to go to when my second child arrives!

A brilliant nursery with hardworking and caring staff. My little girl has been there for over three years and has developed massively in confidence during that time. Due to its size, it has a nice ‘family’ feel to it and I have never had a negative interaction with any of the staff who work there. Extremely
grateful for having both of my little ones go there.

Our daughter loves nursery, she settled in quickly and has really bonded with the staff and has made lovely friends. The staff seem to know her well and we get regular updates on her day through the app. The nursery seemed to have dealt very well with the pandemic and remained open throughout, which
has been a huge relief. I recommend this nursery to anyone who asks.

This nursery is excellent in all aspects. All the staff are caring and dedicated. The kids love them and my son is very keen to go to nursery as he finds it a very enjoyable experience. My son has been attending the nursery since he was one year old. We have only had good experience with staff and care
provided. The manager is proactive and great in communication, she is helpful when adjustments in days of care are needed, even at short notice. We are very grateful for the excellent facility and both me and my wife go to work with absolute confidence that our son is well looked after at Clarendon Nursery.

Small nursery, we know all the staff and have a good relationship with them. We feel they know our son well and have always been very happy with his care there. They stayed open for key workers during the early stages of the pandemic which we really appreciated. Very convenient hours and location for
us too. Thanks.

Mosaic Nursery and all the staff really are amazing. All very welcoming smiley and helpful. My son has attended from 11 months of age and has settled from day one. My little boy has additional needs and the staff have been so supportive from taking on education/training sessions for him to just being
mindful of his needs on a daily basis and making him feel nurtured and settled, while also encouraging his development at his own pace. From the layout of the rooms to the outdoor space it has everything you could need/want from a nursery and the fact they have a 7am start is always great for an early working mother like me. I would definitely recommend this nursery to family and friends etc and is great value for money also.
