My son has been coming here 3 years and absolutely loves it. I was one of those mums who didn't want anyone to look after my child and doubted anyone would be good enough! but after visiting every nursery in Pudsey and been disappointed, we walked into Kindercare and it just felt right. After a lot of tears (on my part) off my son went and he's never looked back! The staff are amazing, the nursery is warm and homely, they're always cleaning up, they're very organised, the security system is fantastic there's the outside door, an intercom, and 2 inside doors that you have to wait to be opened for you, even I can't get in sometimes haha, but no stranger gets in and no child gets out so it's perfect! They also attend to my son's lactose free diet very well, the only problem is my son will be starting school next year and I don't know if schools gonna match up to all these standards! There's always something going on, parents eve, nativity, sports day, Easter bonnets etc to involve us parents as much as possible. We get a summary of their day on collection which is lovely to know what little ones been up to while you're working hard! As well as a monthly summary and portfolio to take home and have a giggle at. I can work in peace with no stress knowing how well my son is looked after. Accidents are tended to in the right manor...compress and lots of

cuddles, I can't do with these places that say you can't cuddle children...if my son falls take it as sin he needs a hug and I'm grateful the girls are so lovely they're only too happy to comfort him! I have recommended Kindercare to my friends and now their little one goes and loves it! I have just had a terrible 2 years being taken through court for custody by my sons dad...twice! Which I've won...twice, And nursery have been fantastic, they have supported me and my son in every aspect! I'm really going to be sad when we have to leave and getting emotional just thinking about it! Thank you for been such an amazing place for my son to learn and grow in, you need to open a primary school now!!

Michelle Kirk
Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am the centre director at Pudsey Lowtown.

I have been within the childcare sector for a number of years and have a level 6 qualification. Within Busy Bees I have gained more knowledge by doing our training courses such as, Safeguarding Lead, Paediatric First Aid and First Aid at work, to name a few. I enjoy helping the staff to make a positive difference to the children's learning and development, by enhancing the areas of play.
