Brilliant nursery. So good with my son who is a little unsettled on drop off every day but the staff have put in place activities to distract and calm him. They are also very, very good with their food, especially as he has allergies!

The nursery staff are always polite and welcoming when dropping both of my children off. The centre director will always come and welcome parents and children. She will also get to know you and your child and is always available for a chat or help with navigating the new funding. Overall, two members of staff in the Buzz room have been amazing with our little boy and he talks about them both often. In Bombos, our little girl always comes back to us with a big smile on her face. Thank you so much, to all of you!

Outstanding nursery, my daughter really enjoys going there and has made huge progress since starting. Nursery staff are really lovely and my daughter has really bonded with them. I would recommend to anybody looking for a nursery. It has a home-from-home feel which I really like.

Staff are very supportive in the development and progress of my child. I am always kept up to date with the progress of my child. My child enjoys his time at the nursery and is very happy. The staff are very approachable and friendly.

Everyone at the nursery is amazing. Our daughter is well looked after and we can see the changes in her development. It's clean, the meal options are great and the activities are great. Each member of staff is great and genuinely cares about your child but also asks about you and how you're getting on. Our daughter is always going on about three members of staff in particular. She genuinely likes them which is a testament to their recruitment processes.

Overall great nursery all the staff are polite and kind towards me and my daughter, especially her new key work who also takes time to talk to me before leaving and the centre director and another particular member of staff who always comfort my daughter which makes me feel as ease. They keep you updated on how your child is getting on day by day. They comfort my child when upset and she always comes running with a big smile when I come back I would highly recommend. Great and friendly daycare.

The nursery is always clean and the vegetarian food options are great. The team make every effort to ensure my son eats despite his reluctance.

The Manager has gone above and beyond for my child to make sure he is settling in at each stage. He also has a dairy allergy and the staff are meticulous in ensuring this is adhered to. The nursery has a lovely warm home-from-home environment and would recommend it to any new starters!

My little boy started in November 2022 at the age of 4 months old. I was very anxious and nervous about putting him in nursery so young, but the manager was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable about putting my son in nursery at a young age. I love seeing photo updates on the app and how happy he is at nursery. He has settled in really well and I believe that this is down to the kind and caring nature of the staff in the baby room. My son is now 7 months old and is really thriving in his development, and I do believe this is because staff support and encourage his developmental needs.

This nursery is excellent. They know my child inside out and he enjoys coming every day. They are very thorough with all aspects, including communication, feedback and guidance. My child started during lockdown, in February 2021 and after never being able to leave him in the care of others for an extended amount of time. The manager was reassuring and supportive. I get the impression that staff turnover is quite high, but regardless, I would recommend unequivocally.

The whole Busy Bees, Lowtown team have been nothing but welcoming. It has been our first nursery experience and with the covid restrictions, we were quite nervous about what it would be like. It couldn't have gone better. All the staff members are really friendly and approachable. Our daughter has done nothing but thrived.

My little girl has come to the nursery since a very young age and has had a lovely experience. The staff are very caring. The photos I see on the app always look fun. I am looking forward to being able to come inside and see the nursery more.

My daughter is 2 years of age and my experience of her care has been excellent. She is always very excited about going to nursery and regularly talks about her friends in her learning group. This allows me online access to the type of activities she will be doing throughout the day including her dining menu. I am impressed with my daughter's eating skills at the dining table, communication skills and the fact that she is already counting to ten! I have watched her eat Chinese noodles better than I could myself and I put this down to the varied activities and careful structure to the day that the staff plan. The Busy Bees team are always available and dedicate their time to address any questions I may have. My daughter is growing into a settled and happy little girl and I feel the interaction at Busy Bees have helped lay these foundations. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to others and intend for her to stay until it is some for her to attend school.

We are very happy with our nursery. We have an excellent relationship with my child's keyworker, who speaks positively about our daughter and communicates regularly about her days. She loves coming to nursery. We had a few problems for a while when she first started and I felt we had to explain on numerous occasions about her food intolerances, but all is well now.

Excellent nursery. Caring and wonderful staff. Have been amazing at educating the children about coronavirus. Well organised and just a lovely nursery. Cannot praise them enough.

Since my son has moved to the older room and we have spoked with staff about the lack of information, communication has really improved. We know exactly how my son is doing, get updated every day through the app, and sometimes get homework to do with him that's an optional extra to use as suits him. Really helpful staff. Grateful for good communication and our son is enjoying himself.

My only quibble would be how long it can take sometimes for someone to get back to you when you have a question.

We have been using this nursery for seven years now and have been delighted with the care provided. It hasn't always been owned by Busy Bees however many of the staff have remained the same. My youngest is now in the pre-school room and always has a lot to say about his day when we pick him up. Very COVID safe and delighted with the care and support they offer.
