Honestly cannot fault the staff/setting at all. My boy has flourished so much since joining. So welcoming and helpful with any enquiries I ever have. So accommodating. Two particular ladies' best team ever!

We are very happy with this nursery! Our child loves it and goes every time full of excitement to see the kids and the staff! Thank you for what you doing for our children! Keep the good work up guys!

It is coming to a year since we've placed our little boy with Partou Lidgett Lane Day Nursery & Pre-School. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. It isn't just about the friendly faces that greet us each time we drop or pick him up, it is the overall care they have given to my son. My son has severe eczema and as parents, even we find the routine of keeping his skin moisturised tedious. This routine will have to obviously continue when he is at nursery, and all I can say is the staff at Partou are dedicated in ensuring he gets exactly that. When I drop him off, I never have to worry about his time there. My son enjoys his days at nursery (especially the outdoors) and I am kept informed and updated of this each day; from various activities promoting diversity to scrumptious meals. It is nice to find a nursery where the care and happiness of one child is their utmost importance. They have also been very flexible and accommodating with any extra needs and care requested. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent care in the baby room. Welcoming from settling in sessions to care. Lots of contact with parents of what our baby is doing.

Our daughter loves attending nursery every day and the staff have made a real effort to ensure she forms excellent relationships with adults and other children in her room. Her development and progress has been incredible and the regular updates from the nursery mean we are reassured and kept up to date. My daughter has an allergy and all members of staff have been amazing in supporting us with this. Although we had a few problems with the billing process at the start of her time at the nursery, the manager at Lidgett Lane Day Nursery & Pre-School has been incredible in supporting us with this.

Excellent staff, very professional, outstanding nursery, clean and warm, welcoming to parents. Staff are caring towards children. Always give feedback at the end of the day. Their interaction towards children is very good. Very happy with the nursery.

Exceptional and proffessional staff member. The moment we walk through the doors staff are so welcoming and smiling. Always give a review on how the child's day went, so reassuring. Our children have adapted to the nursery so well. We are very happy with the care.

I do think staffing needs looking at - as in numbers. So they have time to update at exact times. The staff in the baby room are great. Please ensure they are supported.

Overall a wonderful experience, however would have benefited more if full time fees are slightly lower and affordable.

The space is always clean and staff are friendly and caring.

My daughter started in January, there has been so much selection in activities and the range of events for parents and children since then. The nursery has some lovely environments throughout and my child has settled so well with all staff has made lovely bonds with other babies. Great nursery!

My child is always happy to go to preschool and see other children and her teachers. She feels safe and I'm very happy with the care and attention she receives. Over a few weeks, she has made excellent progress with her toilet training and expanded her vocabulary.

Lovely kind staff. I feel at ease when I leave my child with them as I know that they will take good care of her. I’m always reassured and am able to call whenever to check on my daughter and staff are very kind and understanding. I can’t fault anything as I’m satisfied and very happy with all the staff that take care of my daughter. She’s in good hands.

I am very pleased with the progress my daughter has been making so far. There is usually something new with regards to learning and she appears to be enjoying her time.

The staff set up and facilities are all fantastic. Great communication when we need flexibility with bookings. Our daughter absolutely loves coming to Mulberry Bush.

My grandson loves coming to nursery morning. I feel his development and needs are all being met. The staff are all very welcoming and keep me informed of all that's happening on a daily basis. This last term has been particularly inclusive, parents and carers have been invited to take part in many of the activities.

Both my children enjoy attending nursery. The staff are kind and helpful. Since the manager returned from maternity leave there has been a huge improvement in communication and experiences planned. We receive feedback daily from the staff in the rooms. We receive monthly newsletters and are invited in for certain events eg Valentine's Day and Easter egg hunt.

I have no complaints, he always enjoys his days and his confidence and interactions have improved drastically.

Fingers crossed the nursery continues to improve and build on success.

Cleanliness - The cleanliness is very good, but one thing that we noted was the use of bleach/detol being used for the end-of-day cleaning, whilst the children are still in attendance. Cleaning chemicals are notoriously bad for general health, especially bad for babies, so switching out those for safer eco products would be much better or completing the end-of-day clean after all children leave.
