My two-year-old daughter settled in very quickly, this was down to the lovely welcoming staff. The outside facilities are fantastic, the children have a lot of space to play. I personally think this is the best nursery we have been to.

Our daughter had been so used to being with me that she struggled a little to settle at first. The staff were so lovely with her and kept me informed and reassured about how she was getting on with regular phone calls. Now she loves attending and has wonderful relationships with the staff. They are
all very welcoming and friendly! Our daughter seems to always be busy and I love when she comes home messy or in a change of clothes as I know she has been busy exploring. Going back to work has been made easier knowing that she is well looked after and cared for when I can’t be there. I’m so glad she has home cooked food too!

Our daughter has settled in really well at The Academy and this is 100% down to the staff making the experience so smooth for her. We have been kept informed of all her progress and how she has been every day with a comprehensive end of day report when we have picked her up. The Mrs and I are extremely
happy with how much she seems to enjoy being at The Academy and would definitely recommend this nursery to any parent - so much so that we already have as my friends are now taking their child too!

Outstanding nursery. My daughter loves going to nursery, the staff make every day exciting for her. The activities they take part in are amazing and my daughter always comes home telling everyone her new adventure. The staff also take the children's ideas for activities into consideration. The staff
have also been very supportive to me. Anytime I have needed to speak to them it is actioned quickly and resolved. Can't thank the nursery enough for looking after my little girl and will miss everyone when she leaves.

My son started at the Academy aged 24 months at the end of January when I went full time at work, was anxious as I know he was a late starter and had been looked after by family until now. He was struggling to settle in the two days a week I was sending him and it was heart-breaking for me and the staff
to see him this way.
The manager and the team have gone above and beyond in their efforts to settle him. They have got him into a routine in which he knows the layout of the day and that I will be coming back after tea. They have also kept me informed every step of the way in my sons settling in with reassurance telephone calls and pictures and videos of him having fun. There are now no tears which mean a happy child and an even happier mummy. The team at the Academy do a vast amount of interaction and activities with the children to encourage in their development. I cannot wait to see what fun they get up to next.

I cannot rate the Academy highly enough, the extra care and attention that has been given to my son, who has special needs, is above and beyond what I would have expected. Everything from the chef's home cooking to his key person (who he chose) has made going to work each day and leaving him a lot easier.

My 8-month-old little boy started 2 days a week at the beginning of Feb and the staff at the Academy have been amazing. He settled very, very quickly and is excited to see all the staff in the morning and comes home happy at night. The food they provide is healthy and homemade and going back to work
has been made so much easier because he is so happy at Nursery. Would recommend the Academy to anyone and everyone!

It's a fantastic nursery, my son has come on so much with his speaking and also potty trained now with the help of the staff. My son loves going here and is always happy when I pick him up. After moving him from another nursery he settled in straight away and has enjoyed every minute of been there.

We currently have two children attending The Academy. One child in the baby room and one child in pre-school. Both our children have flourished whilst at The Academy. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and extremely caring.
The choice of healthy food is brilliant and the activities both in and out
of nursery are fantastic.
Our children have always been very happy and settled here.

A fantastic nursery would highly recommend.
Staff are incredibly friendly which creates a real "home from home" experience for the children.
My child has special dietary health issues - all of which have been managed to ensure his safety but also to limit exclusion from his group or activities.

My daughter has very recently started attending and she loves it. It's been so easy to return to work knowing she really is in experienced nurturing and happy hands. Her day starts with a warm welcome in the baby room where all children are welcomed together for breakfast. She is a fussy little lady
and I did worry she might be upset. However, her day is so well planned and the food is so good she has settled straight in. All the Staff have taken the time to get to know her and I see this when she waves and giggles at them. The Academy regularly encourage parents to stay and play and from going and playing in the rooms I know they are a safe, clean environment for her to explore. I have a good relationship with the staff and know they would not hesitate to call me at work if they had any concerns during the day. I would highly recommend The Academy to anybody looking for outstanding daycare for their children.

My son has been at nursery for 3 and half years, since he was 6 months old. He settled in very quickly and in all the time he has been at nursery I have never had an issue with his care. All the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. My son has had several key workers as he has moved through
the age groups and various rooms, I have had the opportunity to review his file and look at photos of him undertaking activities, and comments on what he has done and how this fits in with the education guidelines. The nursery have various events through the year where parents can take part in activities - Stay & Play and Parties and this allows you to see the surroundings and meet staff that you wouldn't normally come across. Also, feedback on the food always sounds delicious, my little one often has second helpings so it must be good. The nursery seem to encourage independence and discipline. I would recommend this nursery.

Our son has been at the Academy for 18 months and really enjoys it. The staff are great and really take the time to get to know and understand the children. Our son is a fussy eater but the staff have gone above and beyond to get him interested in eating - which is finally paying off. There are regular
events such as stay and play, and Christmas and summer parties - which keep parents and carers involved. We'd highly recommend the nursery to anyone in the area.

If most young mums were like me and were worried due to anything they had thrown at them, they certainly were professional in making me feel at ease and letting me know that all my worries and concerns were just a mums instinct. I would recommend this nursery to any mum out there, I honestly couldn't
ask for amazing staff with great communication skills who are so polite and they do everything for the best for your child. They really are amazing and since my son started I have had no worries or problems x

The nursery is very clean and staff are friendly and lovely I am very confident that my grandson is very well cared about and cared for whilst there. Highly recommend this nursery to others. The food is nutritious and well made. My grandson loves going and his face lights up when he sees the staff
The other kids there seem happy and are always doing something productive and learning along the way.
The staff are well trained and are a nice mix of ages.

The staff have a great relationship with each other, children and parents.
The nursery staff always on hand with positive feedback with nothing too much trouble for them.
My son has been going for a few months now and he is learning new things every day, the biggest change being his speech.
The
staff are so cooperative in implementing anything I do with my son at home so he has continuity and structure.
He loves to go so much so that I am lucky if I even get a kiss goodbye or a second glance but, I know he enjoys his time with his friends and the staff. He walks inside to go to sit with the others to have his breakfast, he's very sociable and the nursery staff encourage this too.
The only downside on my part is my little boy is growing up too fast and is learning his own little self, which is brilliant for him.

My son has only recently started attending this nursery after taking him out of another. I am extremely happy with how he has been treated and has settled fantastically. The staff are professional and polite. My son is always well fed and is always happy. Also the food served is always is of a high
standard. Think he eats better than I do alot of the time. Already recommended to a friend and she has enrolled her child too.

The staff have a great relationship with each other, parents and the children.
The nursery staff always have a positive upbeat attitude.
My son has been going for 7 months nearly and he is learning new things nearly everyday, the biggest change being his speech.
He loves to go and most days just
waves dad off. He walks inside to go to sit with the others to have his breakfast, he's very sociable and the nursery staff encourage this too.
