Mazehill Nursery

What can I say, I would highly recommend Mazehill, the staff are so considerate caring and compassionate, always keep you well informed and really care about the children, they are so fab! Really get to know parents too. Food is fab, lots of nutritious options, very flexible. Good facilities very welcoming relaxed environment/atmosphere. Staff are so good they go above and beyond. I will miss Mazehill! My little one absolutely loves Mazehill and the staff..... definitely best nursery in the area.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, our regular nursery closed. My wife and I are keyworkers and we desperately needed our two children to go to nursery so we could go to work. Mazehill welcomed them at extremely short notice with open arms. The staff and management are simply exceptional and it was with a very heavy heart that we returned the children to their regular nursery when it reopened. We will be forever grateful to all at Mazehill and will recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic Nursery! The staff, facilities, help, advice, learning and activities are all excellent. The manager goes out of her way to help as much as possible, nothing is too much trouble. Very easy to talk to and down to earth. I enjoy looking through my child's record book and it is always kept up to date. I enjoy looking at all the creative displays around the nursery. The Christmas nativity was amazing. From my child joining the baby room at 10 months old to where they are now in preschool, we have always been so happy with the care and support that has been provided and are so pleased we chose Mazehill Nursery for our little one, thanks.

My little girl has settled in so well at Mazehill. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery and she is thriving in the preschool. She is happy and content here and the staff are outstanding and really care for the children and teaching them important skills and lessons for their early years and to get them ready for school. The nursery/preschool is like a family and we have been made to feel most welcome.

All the staff, especially the manager, are extremely caring and are always available for a chat. They are all excellent with my daughter and they get to know how children are on an individual basis. I feel they genuinely care about my most prized possession and the recent nativity they held was excellent and unique. All in all, I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my daughter.

Both of my children have attended Mazehill nursery. I trust all members of staff with them as they provide an environment where my children feel safe and secure. They both have a lovely bond with the staff, especially their keyworkers. I feel I am kept up to date with the progress my children are making and if any concerns were to arise, the staff would inform me at the earliest opportunity. I would and have recommended many people to Mazehill. My children will miss everyone.

my daughter has been going here since she was 9 months old and has always enjoyed her time here, now more than ever. The staff have lovely things to say about my daughter and they know her very well. They are committed to my daughter enjoying her time here and I have no regrets at choosing this preschool for my daughter.

Amazing Staff. Very caring. Always happy to talk to you about your concerns. Very professional. Any concerns are dealt with straight away. Settle my girl when having a sad day. Clean nursery. Thank you for looking after both my children as if they are your own.

All the staff havre been amazing and cannot thank them enough for all their work looking after our daughter as she has learned so much in the time here and enjoyed it so much playing and making new friends so she will miss it all when she leaves for big school.

Mazehill nursery staff and management have shown excellent support over the last four years, not only to our daughter but for myself and my partner. We can't thank the nursery enough for offering our daughter the best start in early years education.

When my child started at nursery she was quiet and shy in the new surroundings. With the help of the staff and their great attitude with the children she has come out of her shell and loves going to nursery. Every time she attends nursery she takes part in a different activity which she is eager to talk about when she gets home.

Mazehill is a happy, friendly and nurturing place where my daughter is supported and encouraged. She enjoys going and is developing well. Thanks to their care.

Our little boy has attended Mazehill Nursery for almost 2 years now and we’re so glad that we chose to use this nursery.

From baby room to toddler room, the staff have been absolutely fantastic in their care of my son. The other members of staff, even though working in different areas to that involving my little boy, have always been extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to help.

Whenever we drop in, the children are always engaged in activities and appear relaxed and happy in their environment.

Cannot make even one complaint, daughter started at 18 months and just left this week to start big school. Had a gorgeous graduation ceremony as a last reminder. Perfect.

Maze Hill is a really friendly nursery, lovely caring staff. Helped my family so much, couldn't thank them enough. Really looking forward for my daughter going :)

Friendly, caring nursery who care and understand for each child. Had no issues leaving my child, knew she would be cared for as well as at home. All staff were willing to talk about your child and give feedback whenever required. The children were taught phonics and writing as well as lots of creative play. My daughter always came home singing songs they had learnt or asking to borrow books from the library that they had read. Loved this nursery and sad my daughter is now leaving to go to school but lovely that she is going ready to learn based on her experience here.

My review is a general review of my overall experience with Mazehill Nursery I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff are all highly trained, very caring and compassionate. The management are superb they know all parents and children by name and spend time each day with the children as well as doing their management role. The staff are fantastic when a child is ill for as long as is needed. The facilities are perfect too, excellent outdoor space.
