Mazehill Nursery

An amazing nursery that I would thoroughly recommend. Our daughter has attended since she was 9 months old and has come on in leaps and bounds. She smiles on the way in and on the way out which speaks volumes about how much she enjoys her time there. The manager has been incredibly supportive, understanding our concerns about leaving our daughter for the first time, especially as she was a premature baby. She is very approachable and has patiently answered lots of my questions as a first-time mum. She really goes the extra mile for the children, parents and her staff. All the staff are incredibly caring, friendly and supportive. We are very grateful for all their hard work in supporting our daughter to develop. We really look forward to reading her daily progress and monthly development reports - these have been especially important as we haven't been able to go into nursery many times due to COVID. We couldn't have picked a better nursery.

An absolutely fantastic nursery that goes above and beyond for the children there! Amazing support for parents with any concerns re development. I truly could not recommend this nursery enough! My only sad point is that my little girl leaves this summer and we will all be truly sad... thank you for everything you have all done for us!

My son has attended Mazehill Nursery since being 8 months old, he continues to attend pre-school despite living now out of the area. The management and staff are very caring, friendly, supportive and professional. Staff put a lot of hard work into supporting children to develop and learn. The manager always offers time to talk and is very approachable. We have been very happy with the facilities at Mazehill Nursery and highly recommend to others.

My son loves going to Mazehill Nursery. All the staff are warm and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. I love to know how my son has been and what he has played with. I get a slip of paper with all the information on and a verbal report which is lovely.

I've had 2 children at Mazehill Nursery now, both have excelled in confidence and overall growth. My youngest has come out of his shell a lot. He's always coming home happy and smiling and when I drop him off he runs towards the door and waves goodbye to me. I feel like I'm leaving him with family.

They also help with good behaviour and how children should act around other children, such as sharing and being nice to other children. My little girl is due to start next month and I can’t wait to see how they help her grow. The staff are amazing and there when you need them, they also listen if you ever have concerns and do everything they can to help. My little boy will miss everyone when he leaves in July.

Mazehill Nursery is an outstanding nursery in our eyes. As a family, we have been blown away by the standard of care they offer. We have had 2 daughters at Mazehill, both have thrived in their caring, friendly and warm atmosphere. The facilities are spotless and the staff take huge pride in their work, treating the children like their own. All the staff are a credit to Mazehill.

During the time my grandson has attended Mazehill, almost 2 years, I have found the nursery provides high-quality care to all children especially during these unpresentated times. Very child-focused keeping relatives up to date with any concerns they have, for example, staff noticed a potential problem with my grandson's hearing, suggested a referral to audiology, thankfully all ok. Very informative about subjects they are covering every term which is helpful. Would recommend nursery keep up the good work and well done.

I cannot say enough great things about all the staff at Mazehill Nursery. This year has been tough, to say the least, but the staff have never failed to deliver the highest standard of care and professionalism. My child has always had all of his needs met and if a problem occurred I was confident that this would be resolved within a day! I cannot praise the staff enough and feel words are not enough to get the message across at what a fantastically run nursery this is with the highest level of compassion and care for every child.

Both my children have attended Mazehill, my eldest was always well cared for and always happy to attend she made some life long friends here. My youngest daughter has been attending Mazehill nursery for nearly 2 years now and she is always so happy to attend and is well looked after. All the staff are very approachable and have the children’s best interest at the forefront of their work. I cannot recommend Mazehill enough.

My son has been at Mazehill from being 10 months old and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery. The staff go above and beyond for my child and are extremely helpful to me. It’s so reassuring knowing that your child is safe and cared for, especially through these difficult times. Would definitely recommend Mazehill!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was about 13 months old. She has thrived in this environment and I trust the staff completely to look after her. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them whether that's some brief instructions from us on the day about her routine changes or me calling during the day just because I want to see how she is doing! Her development has come on so much since attending the nursery and she has a great time with the other children. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough and I thank all of the staff for the kind and attentive care of my child.

I wouldn't dream of sending my daughter back to her old nursery now. She has come on so much since attending Mazehill. She loves it there!

The staff at Mazehill are welcoming, friendly and always available for a handover on collection of my two sons. It helps to put your mind at ease when you know your children are in safe hands, having fun and learning at the same time. My 3-year-old son is always asking if it’s his nursery day. After having some time off during Covid, he was eager to return and ran in to greet the staff. Thank you for being so patient during the settling in stage at the beginning, it’s much appreciated.

The girls at Mazehill are fantastic, my son loved going to Mazehill and talks about the girls all the time. There's not a bad word I can say about this place. I will definitely send my younger child here when it's his turn to start preschool. They reassured me when my son wasn't keen on staying in the first two weeks of nursery and even told me to give them a ring mid-morning to put my mind at rest. Once again the girls are amazing I would recommend.

Both my children attend Mazehill Nursery one of them will be staying a couple years longer but the other one who has been attending since she was 1 years old will be moving on to Primary. Mazehill you have been amazing with our girl, she has come on so much and she has made some lovely friends! It will be very emotional to see her move on up in the world and I’d like to thank how amazing all you staff have been through COVID and just in general. Couldn’t ask for better care for my children! Definitely recommend!

The Manager and the rest of the staff can't do enough for you, any issues are resolved within 24hr and both my boys love the nursery, many happy memories here and there's plenty of info given out on a monthly newsletter. The children are always happy, smiling and laughing anytime you go in, it's very clean, fresh, healthy food cooked daily and plenty of snacks and drinks for them in-between. Highly recommended!

Outstanding nursery. My 2 boys have been attending since 9 months and they both love it. The manager and the girls are all amazing and put me at ease anytime I call or am worried about anything. They have helped my boys no end with their behaviour, learning and general well being. The price is very competitive and the outdoor space is lovely. World book day and VE Day have been some examples of lovely activities they have provided and their support and enthusiasm through the Covid pandemic has been nothing short of brilliant. As key workers, we had absolutely no concerns with our children attending through lockdown. I feel the staff go that extra mile with everything from help potty training to support with discipline and any anxieties my children experience. I cannot rate this nursery highly enough and feel lucky my children attend.
