My two children love coming to the holiday club here. The staff are very professional and friendly. The nursery is very well situated in the middle of the park making use of all the natural surroundings. My son has food intolerances and the nursery was more than happy to accommodate all our needs.

My son enjoys nursery and has come on in leaps and bounds. Any problems are addressed and dealt with and we feel comfortable raising any issues.

Only negative is the food is not consistent, nothing different offered when he doesn't like a meal.

My son loves being at Busy Bees at Ashton House. He really enjoys the interaction with the staff and the other children. His favourite activity is spending time in the garden (which is one of the main reasons we chose this nursery). The staff give full detailed handovers. The only improvement would be lines demarking parking spaces in the carpark.

It has been quite daunting leaving my little boy at nursery but the staff have made me feel reassured by being so friendly and informative. It is extremely clear that my little boy has an amazing time. The room staff are very clear with everything he's been up to through the day and they have his best interests at heart. He is developing daily and this is enhanced by the work the room staff carry out. A big thank you to everyone and very well done :)

Staff are always very friendly. A varied food menu is great to allow children to try different foods. Any time I've needed to speak to anybody about anything, matters have always been dealt with.

I am very happy with Ashton House as a full-time nursery for my daughter. She has attended since January 2016 and she is always given a warm welcome by all staff. The EY Educators in her room provide exceptional care and my daughter has always formed a friendly, trusting bond with her key workers. She is always actively involved in nursery life when I return to collect her and she happily settles in the morning. I am confident that she is in safe hands.

My son is very happy here, always keen to go to nursery. He is fed very well, and the facilities and activities are excellent. They have various gardens in the grounds so each group can have their own section which I like. The rooms and gardens are very spacious giving the children plenty of space to play in. The staff are all very friendly and appear more than competent in what they do. I have never had any reason to complain. I like the way the children are split over various rooms, my son is 2 years 6 months and in his 3rd room, I prefer this to the standard 0-2, 2-4 age split.

Nursery staff are brilliant.
Nursery itself is great, but I wish prices would be better as they go up in May.

Needs more indoor and outdoor toys.

Fantastic staff, they pay attention to the children attentively.

The facilities need an upgrade with worn out carpets and general ware and tear items.

Cring staff, good atmosphere, nice building.

Paying via direct debt caused constant problems as it was never correct.

I am very happy with the staff in my son's classroom. I think they give the children a lot of time. They do a lot of learning and development. I have noticed my son has really come on in this classroom and will be ready for school.

More learning toys are needed.

Overall, a good nursery. Great room staff. My daughter is very happy, however, they could improve the communication.

Outside space is good with specific areas for different age groups.
