Fantastic nursery, perfect for my son. He loved nursery every day, he loves the environment mainly outdoors which is perfect! Always comes home dirty at the end of the day, which tells a good story. Nursery nurses are all lovely and the sports coaches are fab, he gets to play football every day. Thank you to all the crew - we will miss you.

Amazing nursery, my child has learnt so much and loves coming. The sports he does with the sports coaches is his favourite. Friendly staff. Couldn't do enough for you.

The review really should be from our little girl who absolutely loves going there. She’s been there for around 2 months now and the growth in her development has really accelerated, which is helped by being nurtured around other children. I like the facilities they have to offer and the energy and effort the staff put in to celebrate what’s going on in the world, making each day different and getting the children involved. The food has great variety and they really take time to tailor the needs of your child which I can’t imagine is easy with the amount of children they have. Overall we are extremely happy with our choice of nursery, it was the stand out candidate from the start

My child really settled well after a difficult time moving house. Staff are very supportive and are caring towards individual needs! Activities seem fun and craft activities especially are appreciated by my child. My son's speech has really improved and he has come out of his shell and made a lot of friends.

My daughter loves going to nursery and can't wait to see the staff and helpers. She loves one member of staff, in particular.

My son is a very strong and challenging character, who certainly keeps everyone on their toes. The entire staff are a fantastic caring team. They have worked closely with me on pushing my son's communication and behaviour where it needs to be and he us a much happier and less frustrated child. All the staff at Kids Planet, especially the pre-school, really make my son's experience personal. I feel like he's important to them. Thank you all for taking the stress of parents and giving us the confidence that we are leaving our son in great care and in a loving environment.

Staff is like a family to him by now and he will be really sad to move on to school.

Always worked with me to better my children - we have had slight issues at home with attitude and moods, nursery supported me and provided a book and mood faces that helped. My children have made many friends and happy relationships with both other children and teachers.

Our child has settled in so well into the baby room at Kids Planet Fulwood. All the staff have made us feel really welcome and have shown the greatest care for our child. The team in the baby room have got to know our child really well and have made us feel so confident and comfortable leaving her there. Would highly recommend Kids Planet Fulwood.

The staff are welcoming and friendly and the nursery has organised some great events for the children including a recent Halloween party.

Our daughter loves Kids Planet Fulwood, she started in Toddlers room. Staff and activities are excellent, our little girl was always happy and safe with plenty to do! She is now in 'rising 3's' and loving that too! Staff in rising 3's are brilliant, all the children always look so happy, there is so much for children to do! We love it! Management and deputy are fantastic too, always friendly as are all staff and helpful too. Fantastic nursery, even the chef is great.

We feel like Kids Planet attempted to con us out of money, along with all of the other parents. Each month, they would include a £50 charge on our invoice. We paid thinking the pupil premium was part of the payment.

I've been with Kids Planet Fulwood since before it changed hands and the standards/level of care has been excellent throughout. The staff are friendly and so understanding, and my son always comes home happy and content with a full day of activities. The app has been extremely helpful and the communication via it has been great however face to face communication could be improved as sometimes it does feel like all I do is find out about things from the app. However, I and my son could not be happier with Kids Planet and the staff.

Poppy and Jacks is just fabulous, our little girl loves it and always has a big smile on her face when she goes to nursery. The staff are outstanding. They are so friendly and caring towards everyone. The food - it just perfect.

Our little one has been attending this nursery for over 12 months now, and we're so glad as he's come on leaps and bounds in this time. He always looks forward to going; enjoying the wide range of activities, great food, and is very fond of the staff too. The nursery manager and her team work tirelessly to provide such a quality learning environment for the youngsters. They've been of great support to us too, as we're caring for vulnerable children; going out of their way to support and guide us through our early days. I am very impressed with the level of experience, commitment and enthusiasm of all the staff, which shines through. They've had to adapt quickly to the issues that come with dealing with COVID. We've been kept well informed of any measures being introduced. The way in which they've dealt with COVID has been very clever, as the measures that they've put in place protect the children, but don't in any way impinge on the "having fun whilst learning" ethics. Highly recommended
