My son will be leaving Kids Planet Fulwood this month ready to start school after almost 4 brilliant years at the nursery. Since starting in babies, he's always had the best care and the transition periods between each room have always been smooth. The staff have been fantastic, especially the Preschool team who have really helped to bring him out of his shell and overcome anxieties at morning drop offs! He now happily goes in to see his friends and teachers and can't wait to tell us what a great day he's had at pickup. Thank you to all the staff especially to three staff members who he loves so much and I'm sure he will miss lots!

My daughter has recently started at Kids Planet, and the difference from her previous nursery has been amazing. Her speech has improved so much in a short time, and the communication from the staff is fantastic. We receive regular updates, including photos throughout the day, which makes us feel really connected. She absolutely loves all the staff and her peers. We couldn't be happier with her experience so far!

Both my boys have attended this nursery, and it's been such a experience for our family. From the start, the staff have been incredibly caring, the kind of people who genuinely love what they do. My youngest absolutely thrives there, soaking up new skills, making friends. My eldest also settled in beautifully when he attended and I've always felt reassured knowing they're in such a nurturing environment. It's more than just a place to learn - it's the whole ambiance: warm, welcoming, and filled with kindness. You can feel it the moment you walk in.

I have had an excellent experience with Kids Planet Fulwood. All staff are kind and considerate to both children and parents. Communication throughout the day is great through the Famly app. The range of activities and exercises throughout the year is varied and ever changing to help with your child's development. The food is varied and healthy. They deal with additional medical needs of children with professionalism and understanding, ensuring adherence to guidelines and care plans. The manager overlooks everything professionally and positively, she is extremely organised and helpful.

My son been at the nursery since he was 9 months old and he has done nothing but thrive. He adores all the staff and loves all his friends, he is an only child so I always thought he would struggle with sharing and hes been the complete opposite. He loves helping others, he's caring and loving and seeing him grow into such a bright little boy gives me so much pride and being at kids planet has 100% made an impact on him. Thanks for all your great work with all the kids, your kindness and patience is well appreciated.

I cannot fault this nursery one bit. If I could keep my child here rather than her start school, I would. Excellent provision. Well managed and friendly, enthusiastic, incredible staff. You will all be missed!!!

My son has been attending Kids Planet Fulwood since he was 11 months old. He has come a long way in terms of his development and I believe nursery has played a huge part in this. He is learning every day he is at nursery and has made great relationships with his peers and the practitioners. Staff have always had great things to say about his progress and always support me with any concerns I have had, such as his speech. His confidence has definitely grown over the last year and I can't wait to see how he gets on in his final year. Thank you to all the staff who truly do a great job - you are all amazing!

This is a fantastic nursery who really do put the care of your child as the upmost priority. My little one is in toddler room currently and you should see his face light up when he sees the staff in the morning for breakfast time. We moved from a nursery that was shut by ofsted to here and honestly it is like night and day! My little one has thrived and really developed at such a speed. The team keep you updated as a parent and they truly feel like an extension of you for when you cant be there yourself. My only small bit of constructive feedback is to review the medical policies regarding exclusions as it isn't always a one size fits all toddlers. However, the staff team have worked with us and have accommodated us in a logical and supportive way. Can't recommend enough!

We have had our son at Kids Planet Fulwood from 9 months old. All staff that we have interaction with are extremely pleasant and love spending time with our son and he loves going into nursery. Overall, a very good experience so far

Overall I would say it is a good nursery the outdoor space for preschool is big but for babies and toddlers is quite small. App is updated with lunch not any updates with pictures etc. Staff are friendly. Hygiene wise I would say its okay my son always comes with snotty nose all crusty. The downside is there is literally no activities outside the nursery. My child has been there for over a year and not one visit to the park, or a local walk or visits from anyone. I have friends who send their child to different nurseries and they have petting farm visits, fire engine police ambulance walks parks etc. This is a bit of a downside as I think children would benefit from these kind of things. I have seen on the social media, some visits are made when the term time children are off nursery and I really think this is unfair to the other children who miss out and have to play in the same yard everyday. A local walk would be easy to arrange. For this reason I have given it 3 stars.

We couldn't be happier with the care our toddler receives at Kids Planet. The nursery has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts us at ease. The rooms are interesting with lots of engaging activities for the children to explore. The manager is incredibly accommodating, always approachable, and ensures that all our concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The room leaders in the baby and toddler rooms are fantastic and genuinely invested in the children's development. They create a safe and stimulating environment with different activities each day. The staff are friendly, engaging, and truly go the extra mile to make every child feel cared for and happy. We are confident that our little one is in great hands and highly recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for childcare.

Wonderful nursery with a focus on outside play/learning and encouraging the children to explore and be independent. Brilliant staff across the board, very caring and child-focused. There are also male members of staff who are brilliant role models for the boys. I am very happy to have sent my son here.

We could not be happier with Kids Planet Fulwood. From the moment our daughter started in the nursery up until her last day, we have been shown nothing but love and support. Our daughter has flourished and made strong bonds with staff and children. The staff are so caring and hardworking. What a wonderful setting.

An amazing nursery that provides a safe loving environment filled with endless learning opportunities allowing any child to develop and grow. Outstanding members of the team who show genuine care and understanding towards the children. They build great bonds with each individual child which is a lovely thing to see and also provides reassurance for nervous/anxious parents whose child is starting nursery. I was provided daily updates via the app as well as face-to-face interactions with nursery staff about my child's daily activities. Absolutely fantastic nursery!

Excellent nursery and the staff are all amazing! My little boy absolutely loves going and is so excited to see his room leaders and key workers. He is learning a lot from being with the other children and I can't wait to see him grow in the years to come.

Absolutely loved my child's time in nursery. He talks about the sports coach and all his friends. I feel his numeracy, sharing and social skills have excelled. Extremely happy with nursery and my child is happy every time at pick up.

My son has really come out of his shell after initially being very nervous about pre-school. The staff are extremely caring and patient and have really brought him on to a place where he is more than ready for school in September. He also loves all of the sports and activities run in the garden and can't wait to tell me about these at the end of the day.

Overall the nursery provides a very wide space for creativity, inclusiveness and learning environment for all the children there. It enables them to set freely into their imaginations, make their own decisions and explore different ways of approaching things. These were some of the things I wanted my child’s nursery to have and they have certainly provided it.

So far, after experiencing a few bumps in the road at the start of my child's nursery here at Kids Planet, we couldn't have asked for anything more from a nursery. My child has come on leaps and bounds here and we are so pleased for him! One member of staff especially has been a massive help.

Recently my son's confidence has grown massively. He has come on leaps and bounds in his social and emotional skills. Any issues have always been dealt with promptly and appropriately by the manager.
